I attended this place with the intention of serving a coffee with my mum and my sister . Not only the waiter had a very bored attitude but he was extremely surprised and I think a little bit annoyed that I am lactose intolerant and I wanted a soya flat white. He very bothered told me they don't do any milk alternative and proceeded to recommend me lemonade instead!! My sister ordered " cappuccino vienez" and got espresso with cream! My mum was happy with her double espresso, at least they got that one right!! I am now on my way to Starbucks to get an almond flat white thanks

Great place for a date, brunch with friends or going out with family. The menu has different options and the drinks menu is also offering a lot of choices. I could change the smashed potatoes to grilled vegetables. The waiters are friendly and flexible.

Nice cosy place, great view of the Tabacariei lake, good service. The food however was not great, given the price. It was average regarding this aspect. This place could use some improvement. Generally good.

- Tasty food for an adequate price. - Waiters are too slow and pretend they don’t see you doing their own business. Sometimes it takes up to 20 minutes since you come till waiter bring you the menu, one per table even if there 4-5 of guests🤷🏻‍♂️ then you gotta circle it around the table to make people choose what they want. - Nice view.

Nice view, my pepsi had 25 cl and they have very long straws that actually reach the bottom of the bottle. 10/10 would recommend.

Great little place to grab a drink and appetizers. The girl working there does a great job and she speaks English, making it helpful for out of towners.

Nice place, AWFUL, and HORRIBLE STAFF!!. Asked for a specific type of drinks, and I was told that those specific drinks are out. 5-10 minutes later, the same drink I asked for is served to another customer who came way after I had been told that the drink I wanted was out. I ask the server where those drinks magically appeared from, and they gave me the regular BS that they didn't know bla bla bla. Yes, nice location, but for me horrible horrible staff. That was the first and last of my money this business ever got 😒

Nice place to chill BUT haha it’s an absolute joke with the customer service. They only had Heineken beer but other people were being saved other beers *thumbs down*

Went there 3 times, it was soooo good, from the music to the decor to the atmosphere to the staff. The food was excellent! We got sandwiches madame and monsieur, twice as they were amazing! Then we tried the burgers: one with chicken and and one luv burger. My husband said the luv burger was really good but I can say the chicken burger was "beyond all expectations" type of good. I guess their secret might be godsent sauces. ♡ We can also say the chocolate frappes and pretty were good but the star in my opinion were the smoothies, particularly the KALE PUNCH which is very refreshing without being too sweet. Overall, great place. Totally recommended it.

Frappe was good, didn't have ice, after asking we were immediately brought some. Had some good quesadilla. Would come back . Lovely view.

The view is nice, the food is alright. However it is way too overpriced considering this is a cafe in a mall.
