Lovely hotel with all the amenities we needed. Staff spoke perfect English and were polite and courteous the whole duration of our stay. Parking is secure so I had no worries leaving our car there. Beach is literally on your doorstep and the on site pool is perfect. Room was so comfy, everything felt luxurious and it was very clean. Definitely staying again when we visit next year!

It was amazing experience to be there for a week. The rooms were very clean, service was nice and fast. The sea view was fantastic. It looks amazing to view from the balcony. Hotel have private beach and the beach location was perfect. Beachman were very friendly and so kind. I recommend to go visit this hotel for everyone to get your enjoyment vacation.

I tried to reserve a room and the personnel was very low prepared. I called 6 times in different days and I almost begged them to send me the invoice in order to pay it. Every time they told me they will send it. Guess what? They did not. Low standards from the beginning for a 5 star hotel. They just gave me a headache and a sour taste about this hotel if they are not capable to treat their clients good even from the reservation point.

This is the best hotel in Mangalia, but is far to be great, mainly due to the stuff attitude and their weird policies to isolate the famies with kids to floor 1, with view to... nothing. 1. They claimed to be 5 stars hotel  but in reality is only 4 stars. 2. We arrived (wirh a 3 years old child) around 1.30 pm and they said... we need to wait u til 4 pm as the room is not ready. After we insisted to check, because the baby was very tired... they give us the room as it was ready. The receptionist was to lazy to check... was easier to say "no". 3. We booked a room with sea view (frontal sea view) and we recieved a room with... view to a roof. They said... we cannot give us the room that we paid, as.... the families wuth kids can stay only in that area of the hotel (!!!!) to not disturb the other guests. This hotel is not family friendly at all, you can see also at the pool :). They have so many rules against kids... I do not understand why the hotel is not declared as "adults only hotel". Will be fair for everyone. 4. With few exceptions, the stuff wasn't friendly or helpful  with agresive and defensive attitude (front desk and manager). Also, there is kind of supervisor there... with a 007 agent attitude, extremly arogant, agresive and with no idea about customer service... 5. Rooms were clean, but the service was provided upon request or at the time when a family with a 3 years old kid is resting, 2-5 pm. 6. Is not acceptable as a 5 stars hotel to have... only 4 tipes of dry sandwiches, from 9 am to 7 am... no chef on duty during the night. 7. A plus for the waiters that are all helpful. The overall experience was average and I think the hotel is overated... I will not return, as there should be better options in terms of service quality.

Hotel have 5 stars on their building but this is 3 stars at maximum. Even on winter time, they put no heating in Hotel including the rooms. They are sitting with jackets in reception, and there was 8 degrees celcius in the room! You can heat afterwords with air condicioning, but it takes whole night to heat it. No wonder we were only gests in this huge hotel

Large rooms, pool very clean, a bit small, all meals included, tasty not too diversified but could find something new each time, no dryer for towels in the rooms and no spa/gym facility

This is a good place to stay with good value for money. The rooms are big, clean and feels luxurious. The junior suite we had for the holiday did not have a balcony, which wasn't a big deal but was somehow unconfortable to dry the towels or swiming suits in the room. The parking place is 35ron per day, for some people it might be awkward but I was aware of it from booking and hotel site. The private pool and private beach are flawless and I fully recommend them. The food is ok, not great, not terrible but even if you are vegan, vegetarian you have some options. Great breakfast and having a dedicate chef to pregare eggs (fried, omlete, etc) was nice. The staff was amazing and client experience was 10/10. Congratulations for the hotel management for the special care and attention to each customer and the strategy addopted.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was more than friendly and very helpful as well. The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the diversity of the delicious food as well. Per total, my stay at New Belvedere hotel was a great success! I recommend it.

A 5-stars hotel not comparing to a standard 5-stars hotel. I would rather rate it as a 4-stars hotel. The hotel looks fine, clean and well maintained, great location, right on the beach, the biggest issue would be part of the staff, especially the reception ladies who checked us in and out. Poorly trained in customer care, those kind of employees who need to be helpful and friendly, not because they really care for the customers, but because the manager might be watching. They really are a minus for this hotel. The parking is paid extra even though the accomodation itself is expensive for a city like Mangalia which offers nothing except the beach and the sea. On our last day we were told that the parking is available until 2 pm, not later, so we had to take the car out and return to the beach. The room was big and clean, with a very nice sea view. The toiletries are not changed on daily basis, so we had to use our own on the second day. The room’s terrace needs to be cleaned as well on daily basis. The hotel has a private beach which is great, especially now when we’re living special times and the distance is so important. Overall, a 2 nights stay is perfectly fine, with goods and bads.

Best hotel. I enjoyed very much my stay in Romania. Food was tasty and rooms very clean.

Very close to sea. You can walk by foot 2 minutes. Location is good but expensive. Not worth it to me

very nice room, super view of the sea!! nice pool! BUT: 1.they take a deposit for ,,room integrity,, (!!) - it's a 5 star hotel... let's be serious!!!!; 2. the food they served has nothing to do with the ,,stars,,... specially that they included an ,,all meal,, policy! 3. 2 of 10 members of the restaurant staff were wearing masks - and, when confronted, the manager said that ,,few members are asthmatic,,(!!!!) but ,,anyway, all staff are vaccinated,,.. 4. we've invited 2 friends to sitt with us for few minutes on the OUTSIDE area of the restaurant and the staff came to evict them because the ,,covid regulations,, - .. the SAME staff...!! it's SAD that we've ended to have such bad experiences in a very nice hotel (THE BUILDING!!).

This hotel was very beautiful, nicest I ever been to. I wish I could get there once again. Great swimming pools (outdoor and private beach). Very clean and awesome room's. I even got an upgraded room on arrival due to issue from previous hotel we stayed in. So the very best indeed. Thank you for this opportunity. Love this hotel.

I never ever write reviews but my god this hotel has the worst customer service I have ever came across! Booked one of our rooms to someone else and blatantly lied about it while making us wait in the scorching sun. I have never in my entire life interacted with a more stuck up and pathetic person as the manager, whatever her name is. She made up silly lies constantly to cover up her mistakes and lack of logical thinking. The brain of an 8 year old in an adult’s body. Also beware, she has a white knight buddy who has a superiority complex as well. Overall very dissatisfied mainly because of the behavior of these two people. Don’t touch this hotel with a ten foot pole.

For your own sake, please stay away from this shower of th...s. Absolutely appalling service from the so called management. Never , ever want to hear of them again...

Everything was perfect. Very stylish and extremely clean and friendly members of staff . Definitely the best hotel from the Black Sea so far .

Better stay away. My reservation was randomly canceled by the hotel 2 days before the trip. I called the hotel and said they did not know what happened. After that I told them on the phone to make a new reservation and then i can make a bank transfer they said it was not possible. The person talking on the phone was also rude and tried to hang up as soon as possible.

I enjoyed very much my stay at this hotel, perfect weather and nice service.
