Kids pool also available 🖐this hotel has great potential, and looks great from the outside 🖐low efficiency air conditioning system, feels old and useless sometimes 🖐the staff are not very friendly, but not bad either 🖐their private beach is located in the back of the hotel has a very strange smelling little "river" that flows directly into the sea. The seabed on that beach is full of big sharp rocks. Could have been improved 👎they don't care if the special Covid-19 rulles are taken seriously by their customers. We've seen alot of pleople without masks inside the lobby! 👎one of the most expensive hotels in Venus doesn't have anything in the mini-bar (after 4-5 hours of driving). You can ask them for smth in the mini-bar 👎we've found one pillow on the bed wich had some strange marks 👎on the bill there's written "all inclusive", but we bought "breakfast included" on booking.com 👎in some places, the walls fall off, inside the room 👎the cleaning lady was cleaning the floor inside the elevator without wearing any shoes.. that's kinda' strange to see.. 🙄 I guess the manager of this hotel didn't even heard of "Hotel impossible" TV show! :-)) Anyway, it was almost good for 2nights.. but I don't recommend, if you really expect a 4star hotel

I was the guest of this hotel an I can warmly recommend it. I think that the main reason for that is the ability to make you not only feel comfortable but also special.

The location is great, verry close to the beach.. the only downside is the smell of sulfur.. so pretty much you smell farts all day.. not the hotels mistake but you feel it and it's not pleasant..

not a 4 stars hotel but a decent 3 stars; all inclusive is misleading, the offer is very limited e.g. no coffee after breakfast

Old dusty rooms with no sea view at all on the first floor (although it sold as 'side sea view'). Receptionist useless and unwilling to help. Fridays and Saturdays the hotel hosts weddings and the music will keep you up all night. Also, the vents are old and cigarette smoke floods the rooms for some reason. The only good parts were the large pool and the proximity to the local beach

Intimate resort, great pool, decent food variety, rooms lacking amenities, noisy until midnight, AC in rooms as nonexistent, no mosquito nets in the room due to the frame size and closing mechanism, poor wifi, very good service.

Low quality hotel. The windows are not sealing the extremly high noise from outside. You can’t rest properly. Seeview is not avaiable from every room. Due to the solar panels, the electrical tension in the sockets varies, it burned my laptop charger. The mini fridge is empty at arrival. Check in at 6 pm( why??) The only good thing is the food :)

Room was very cosy, but cleaning personelle was not that great. Food was good although some more fish in the menu wouldn't harm anyone. The water in the pool was always too cold, and the hotel doesn't have a private beach. All in one it was a nice experience.

An amazing place with great service. They hosted my wedding and it was perfect.

Good hotel with nice swimming pool for both children and adults. The beach isn't the best, could do with some stones escavation and re-sand for a nice experience by the sea.

The lavender path is memorable. It feels like Dubai in here! The food is superb fine! The rooms are big and comfortable. Bathroom is uniquely designed, very functional. High quality service from the staff. I recommend it.

Lovely place with all inclussive. Clean hotel, hygienized, big pool, super varied breakfast and private beach.

Hotel without a sign of his name on premises(as far I could see)

Clean rooms, good food, amability, the only problem was the music too loud across the street until midnight.
