1 star hotel camouflaged in a 3 star one. Minimum services on the edge of all inclusive. Definitely not worth the price and stars it has. Wouldn't go there again ever.

Bathroom terrible and tiny, fan not working, AC works but looks like a germ dispenser, only 2 small elevators where you have to guess the buttons, and don't touch the food. Extremely bad food and very expensive. Bad bed, you can feel each spring. Only one very small window in the room with no mosquito net. Would not recommend coming here.

Horrible bathroom. they could send somebody with a silicon gun and a screwdriver and make some repairs that would make the bathroom usable. Everything leaked except the one thing that needed to let water trough, the drainage! Smell of excrement persisted even after we cleaned the bathroom ourselves, probably plumbing problem. Small room with just one extremely small window, so no fresh air. You cant pull the drapes fully so the sun does not hit you first thing in the morning. Open electric wires by the pool area. somebody will get hurt there sooner or latter Only thing good at this hotel was the very nice restaurant personnel and the breakfast there. If not for them i would give the hotel 1 star.

Very disappointed, I had to pay over 1300 lei just for the room for 4 nights. The rooms seemed to be ok at first sight but to discover that the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, the soap supports were not cleaned and had dry soap all over it, the plastic glass meant to be used when cleaning your teeth wwas not clean and some residue was left in it. The bed sheets were full of holes in it and on top of this the room service, didn't open the door for all 5 days, no cleaning have been done and no towels have been changed. Not what I expected. I'm very disappointed. The only thing we enjoyed was the live music and the food. 😔 I felt like in communism not having access to internet in the room and only in the lobby. If I went outside the lobby door the internet was gone. Not acceptable.

Pluses: the stuff; the room cleaning, even though the rooms are very old; the food was tasty. Minuses: no Wifi; no balcony; the food everyday the same, not too many options; prices for a 4* and services for 2*.

Not the best conditions for accommodation and food but worth give it a try. The outside swimming pool it's an added value for this hotel situated in Olimp resort.

Very well for 3 stars, very good value for money, it's worth any penny. The rooms are comfortable, is there anything you need (excepting hair drair), it's very close to the beach, it has a nice and clean swimming pool. The food is fresh, tasty and various, coffee is very good also, staff is proffessional, friendly and usefull, evening shows are very nice and proffessional artists perform every evening. Thank you for the great time spent here ! Highly recommmended !

I was very nervous coming here with my family after reading the recent google reviews, the place sounded a disaster. However surprise we had a fantastic time the kids loved the evening entertainment. Breakfast buffet was decent, evening buffet was good value as the kids ate for free but choice was hit or miss. Rooms were comfortable but basic however they have air conditioning which helped. Short walk to the beach from the hotel and last but not least the staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for family holiday.

No WiFi in the rooms, the staff can't speak English. Beds not so comfortable. There's a great view and tasty (but sometimes too salty) food though.
