Old comunist mall. Cannot really call it a mall, is ok if you feel like grabing some mc*donals and you are in the area. The cinema there is smal with uncomfortable seats i dont recomand it. Good meating place if you are in the center of Constanta.

Nice mall, plenty of shops and food places. Near a little park with a wooden church from 1900.

Besides all ather can buy suvenirs, antique shop is there.

I went to solaris tanning bed and paid for 8 min. The bed stopped after 7. When i asked i was told i am VAI DE MORTII MEI and UN DISTRUS. Also i was hit and grabbed by rhe clothes by the manager.

It used to be the hottest shopping place in Constanța a few years ago. But now it is a shadow of it's former self. Despite that it still has a few shops you can go and buy nice things. The upside is that if you want to shop in a small mall that is not very crowded than here is the place to do it in.

Once the best shop in town, right now it is visited for movie theater, fitness center, food courtyard and convenience store. There it is also some shops were you can find merchandise for the right price (Ecco - shoes, Bigoti - men clothes).

A couple of decent stores here but not much selection. The only thing we went for is the McDonald's at the corner of the mall. Worth a visit to see if there's anything useful for you but Vivo and City Mall are much better options. There is an Italian Market across the street that we quite like though - look around the area because there are a lot of other shops close by that we like.

Central city point-like multilevel mall. Strong food anchor in level -1, GF, and level +1 with KiK, Pepco, Adidas well visited. Municipal, admin, tax authorities on the highest level bring good frequencies.

Visited this place before and was not impressed, but when I went there this time there were many improvements. It is cleaner than before and the underground parking has lights now. It is better for sure

Underground parking very narrow, it used to me the main attraction of the town.

Not sure how this place manages to stay open. Only a few shops left, escalators almost never work, it's creepy.

I loved it here! I went to Romania with school and on our last day we went to Constanta and it was a lot of fun

Small, a little bit old, but far away from the idea of a modern mall. It seems to be locked in time. Heavy to find more than… a MacDonald… But the location was excellent.

Once upon a time, this was a place where you would enjoy spending your money. Now, there are just a few shops. Good quality, but it is not what was back in time.

Big mall, nice shops and brands around, perfect to find some outfit or buy some groceries. Found very good price cigar shop with lot of variety of cigars and spirits. Huge H&M shop and many more.

The place looks old, upper floors are not pleasant to pass and do shopping. Last floor looked deserted. Only MC Donalds at ground floor gives the place a bit of life.

It is a bit sad the atmosphere in the place. The restrooms surely need improvement: they were dirty, 2 out of three could be used.

Ok mall. Not much crowd. Some brand outlets are there. And so are the known food outlets.

Not that much for a place called "Mall". Generally stuff there are cheaper but outdated unlike City Max.

Oldest mall in the town. It is small and the business here are kind of struggling. The main attractions here are Mega image and McDonald's.

Kinda dead. not much to see or buy. Only important store there is Mega Image which is pretty large. McDonald's and the surrounding streets are in construction at this moment.

The mall has a lot of nice potential, but unfortunately it doesn't reach up to the other bigger malls in Constanta. Low quality products and little people. Its also missing a cozy cafe. The restaurant is sad. Pizza hut is nice but it's only for take-away. I give 1 extra star for the location in the middle of the center, and the Mega Image food store in the basement - its big and great. And for the art gallery underground outside. It can be worth a visit.

Bustling and there's a lot there! From McDonald's to the store in the basement it was an experience! I'd go there again when I'm back in Constanta

Nice mall has everything you need

A collection of individual stores housed in the old Tomis store. A bit sad overall, with some overpriced and some inconsequential stores. Decent grocery atore in the lower level, bizarre top level that has not found a proper function. Sad to say, the Communist era Tomis was so much better.

Pretty good mall and surprised they had a taco bell there.

Feels old fashioned. Kind of narrow hallways. Not a lot of diverse stores.

It is good but after 20.00 it's so desolate. Some of the stores are closed that's why it look disorganized.

Tomis mall aint a mall good for shopping. The diversity of open stores inside is terrible and also the open ones have low stock on everything. It's generally visited for the 24/24 open mc'donalds and for sephora/Mega Image

Nice ! You can find any type of shop you need to go to . Moreover, if you fancy a meal you can just go to the fast-food on the ground floor. Very practical.
