Brought my laptop into the store asking one of the staff if they had a charger for it. One of the staff I asked looked puzzled, said I need to go find the charger myself, and was texting on his phone while I was trying to speak to him. Another staff member was rushed and looked like he was doing all the work in busy. All in all some terrible customer service.
