Best view in Mangalia

It's a combination of self-service and order: one orders at the bar and has to wait until called by a display. Prices are per weight - but our dishes were much lighter than what we paid for, so they are quite expensive. Also, the vegetables were burnt. The gogoși next door are really good though.

An old restaurant in Mangalia for the tourists. Meals are unexciting, but honest, somehow stuck in the early nineties. It has an air of a worker's cafeteria, but with a spectacular view of Mangalia beach and the sea. It's presence has an effect of social polarizing of the boardwalk, strada Teilor, as it is placed on the opposite end to a hugely overpriced, luxury hotel. But these are the small paradoxes of Eastern Europe. The only good dish are the Gogoși, best on the southern seaside, most people take them to go.

Horrible, overpriced. Self-service and no credit card accepted. The pizza tasted like plastic. The only good thing was the view. The place could be a cool terrace with a better design and much much better food/choice.

It's a hibrid self-service: you place your order at the counter and you are announced when it's ready. They cook the food fresh when you order. Good price to portion ration. Very good cooking.
