Went there for a 5 nights stand, could only bare 2 nights stand = holiday ruined. I do not recommend. The rooms are dusty even though they look good - even though I've mentioned that to reception twice nobody went to solve the problem, we had to do it ourselves. Disinterested bold staff besides a waiter - on every request they said they are on it but they didn't move one finger. I told them about the dust, nobody solved it. told them about the broken fridge, had to insist two days. Told them about the bad door, used to take five minutes to enter the f room Inter Venus Hotel is the pure example of bad customer service. They lie in the description - The pool is not heated (as they say) and that was the reason we went there because the sea was cold. The same bold personnel tried to convince me the pool is heated, even though it had the same temperature as the sea - cold af. We tried to reach the manager to complain but they couldn't help us. Busy guy I guess...we tried to enjoy the place but we felt like we were tricked and fooled - couldn't take it - left after two nights. Official it is a 5 stars hotel, but it is 4 stars looks, 2 stars maintenance in a 0.1 empty dead urban area with a 0.1 stars customer service and up to sky airs. I strongly do not recommend.

Hotel is clean and has a very good sea view. Parking places are also available although the parking lot is pretty small and is not able to accommodate all vehicles. What is really disturbing and bad is the attitude of the staff. The personnel is sometimes not even responding to your greeting even though they should actually greet you first. Breakfast is poor and the staff seems to be disturbed by the fact that they have to serve the guests. At the pool it is forbidden for guests to “book” and occupy sun beds with the towel but the hotel owner “is allowed” to do so. This is simply a lack of respect towards hotel guests and it is not professional. Hope this review will help future hotel guests. @ Hotel: please do not delete my review again. Just do better the next time, improve your service & staff and serve coffee like a proper 5* hotel.

We come here every year sometimes twice a year. The rooms are nicely fitted and the view (pool side) is outstanding. Great facilities from the private beach to the pool to the lovely terrace. The food is ok too, I wouldn’t say great but not bad either. Staff is friendly. Looking forward to go back 👍🏼

a place to come to relax, nice views

Great people, delicious food, very nice accommodation. It's really a 5 stars hotel. Kids playground, different entertainment for kids, supervisors. Private beach, clean beach, lots of fun.

Great spot for several days stay at the sea. Good pool area, really good beach with great sun beds and shallow entrance, daily maintenance is on a high level too. The only suggestion to improve is to add kettle and tea bags/coffee sticks into rooms.

The best experience i’ve ever had in Romania. People were complaining from other hotels that the bed wasn’t good or the ac wasn’t working, and we had the best experience. The bed was so big that 4 people could fit in it:) Also, we were served champagne and ate cake at breakfast! One of the best breaks. We also had a towel ticket were we could change the beach towel and take others for the pool! Exquisite! Plus, we arrived too early and they allegedly us to store our luggage, change in our swimsuits and go to the pool! Amazing!

Nice small room. You have to get two interconnected rooms for families. But at least you get this option compared to Melodia. The pool is small if you have children. Poor tv services. Poor wifi. Boring breakfast. High prices. It is difficult to believe both Inter and Melodia are actually 4 star hotels if you consider how small the rooms are. There is a small fitness room. It fits a running mill and a basic multy exercise post. The restaurant is quite expensive especially if you order and the kids do not eat. The beach alloted to the hotel is not nice, very small, with many rocks. The water is dirty, muddy. You have to walk 1.5 km to the real venus beach to the right. That beach is said to be the best beach on the seaside.
