One of the best places on Romanian Black Sea coast. A family resort. Kids friendly. You can enjoy either the swimming pool or the sea. They have a private beach and a lovely kids corner. Comparing with other hotels that offers a private swimming pool and private beach the prices are affordable.

Overall, a nice place to stay, clean, good amenities. However, for their rates, they should improve their customer service. They made a mistake with our check in and then they wanted to make us pay for it, after a full morale on how it was just us supposing to know the hotel's schedule. Also, for us, it would have been nice if they had stopped some loud customers at 3am one night. Should they improve this, it is a good place for a relaxing stay in Vama Veche.

Nice, even in a winter time!

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are nice and clean. The service was medium at best.. A big problem was the loud music that goes on until late in the night. I wanted to go to sleep at 01.00 or 02.00 and was unable to.

Third year in a row we are chosing this hotel, prices are high but fair. Staff is nice, food is good. Pool is awesome for kids or stormy days. As a fan of Vama Veche i am looking for a cousy room to bring my family and Elektra has everything.

The location is unbelievable, never seen something like this before, feel like in a dream, everything is booming staff is friendly and helpful, food is delicious. Well done!!!! I would give them 100+ stars

Don’t get fooled by the outside appearance of the hotel and “4 stars” rating. Mold in the fridge; mold in the bathroom; bad furniture condition; stained pillow covers and towels; burnt and stained rug; bad staff attitude/condescending and no training (except bar staff which were nice); very poor lighting in the room; no sound-proofing in between rooms; if you don t leave the room when the cleaning staff comes, they won t come back, even if you put “pls make up the room” sign (we stayed 4 days, absolutely 0 cleaning); low cost breakfast (few choices o ly, ie: i had to ask for a tomato or cucumber at least); the “private beach” is a joke - you have to get the sunchairs yourself, no staff available even after we went to the reception to ask for someone to help; untrained staff overall and the list could go on. Pros: the pool.

Awesome pool - good value - nice and quiet -

Not a safe place! Poor customer service for what they pretend to be, a 4 stars hotel. No wifi, extremely poor atention regarding COVID-19, no lights on the last's floor stairs, the elevator is only available for 2 floors and makes strange noises which feel unsecure.

Exceptional from all points of view: room with superb sea view, very clean, very good food, nice staff, great pool with all facilities included in the initial price ( towels, pool sun beds, sea sun beds), perfect bed, big room. We will be returning next year for sure!

Marvelous accomodation! This location has a magic vibe, the pool, the rooms, the music, the food and the services... are wanderful. The staff is very hospitable and cariing. At the restaurant, you are well welcomed... Hope it stays the best in Vama Veche.
