Worst experience in a hotel. The check-in was delayed by 1.5 hours, the room we were first assigend was already occupied (we walked in on people in the room). The next room we were assigned was horrible: the AC was not working, the window was cracked and stuffed with tissue paper, the balcony door was broken and there was NO RUNNING WATER!

This hotel should be closed bu authorities. I cannot find even 1 good thing about this hotel . The staff is talking very rude

They supose to change towels every 2 days and bed sheets every 3 days. But only the towels were changed. Rooms are nice but if they don't take care place will go to ruin. Perfect location for a hotel but the staff is untrained and acts like they are punished to work. Some people (weiters) are just sitting around and smoking despite place is full of kids.

Lousy hotel, small and crammed room, sockets coming out of the wall, a lot of mosquitoes and no way to keep them out of the room, bathroom so small you need gymnastics lessons to get inside. In the evening receptionists were having a drinking party right at the reception, reaked of alcohol. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Stay away, especially if you go with children!! No one cleans the room. Nobody changes the towels. The same breakfast every day, of very low quality. Insufficient employees, tired, who cannot cover the requirements. I forgot the most important thing: terrible noise!!

Best choice if you literally have no others. If you're from the unlucky 50% of the guests, you won't fall asleep before midnight as the restaurant next-door loves pretending to be a concert stage (even funnier when you learn it's also owned by the same hotel haha). Also bring your own plates on the breakfast buffet as I'm not sure if they wash them. The cleaning personal is surprisingly considerate however, which some wouldn't expect at this level of service.

The hotel is not perfect, but the room is clean. Be ready to pay tax and for using the fridge. There are not glasses or cups in the room. The food is OK, but it is same every day. By the way, in the evening you can eat at the restaurant, but you can't drink tea or coffee, you must buy one. The sea is really close and it is nice, but you must pay for the sunbeds

I would give zero stars but 1 is the minimum. Left 4 days without fresh towels, the toilet was leaking and no-one fixed it, impossible to get into the toilet if you are a big bigger as toilet is in your way, no hair blower, nowhere to dry your beach towels, no vegan food at the restaurant. Like i said zero stars for the entire service, will never go there again and recommend to anyone to stay away.

This is two stars hotel but located at 20 meters of beach. Everything is new inside the room. The room booking is very cheap: 25 USD / night.

It's okay. Clean rooms, close to beach. For 2 stars hotel i think it's more then decent.
