We got a bit lucky that someone cancelled their reservation and we managed to book a few nights here, it was so far the best place we stayed in Vama Veche, really clean and quiet and close to the beach. I do recommend this place 😊

A place with a warm atmosphere, nicely decorated, with wellcoming people and a very good price-quality offer. Close to the sea but far enough to not hear the noise of the beach bars. Has a well equiped kitchen, a living room area for reading or even working if you need and a courtyard with hammocks and chaislongues. They change the towels and bedsheets every 2-3 days. The only minus a can find was having too little furniture in the rooms, not enough for two people to put their clothes, luggage and other things.

Nice location. The yard has hammocks and garden tables which makes it a great place to chill. The living room has a library, couch and comfy chairs. The room was clean, air conditioned and has a fridge. The kitchen was accesibile to anyone but we didn't use. We did drink the coffee :) Overall we had a good time although sometimes it was hard to find someone from the staff. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Vama especially for families with children.

Excellent customer service: we couldn't honor our reservation due to a surgery I underwent and they kindly postponed it until I called back, gave me a deluxe room, view to the sea. Books downstairs are really enticing, not the case of no-name authors to fill shelves just so it looks good. Coffee on the house daily, water, like all the water in Vama, had a bad taste, but the boiler helped in that regard. Other than coffee, they had plenty of fridge space, a drawer filled with spices you could use, beans, lentils, rice, everything a bum vegan like me could hope for. Yura and Noemi were lovely. They were our hosts, and lovely hosts they were, always friendly, talkative, helpful.

OK: AC, hot water, clean room, kitchen where you can cook something. Around 5 min walk to the beach, some places where you can stay at the shadow in daytime Disinfectants in some shared places. Not OK : Covid measures: the mask is not mandatory inside and you do not know who is and who is not vaccinated ( or how much they protect themselves ) Not all people know that the water to use in the coffee machine needs to be bottled water. Someone might put some salty water/ tap water that is salty and you might end up having the bad luck of drinking salty coffee when you really needed a good coffee. Suggestions: To have the terrace from the kitchen covered to be able to eat in the daytime there in case other places that have shadow are occupied - more places at shadow where to eat / stay in daytime Washing machine in case someone stays for more days Dishwasher machine

Very nice, 5 minute walk from the beach, cozy and clean rooms, nice yard with hammocks and tables, common areas like kitchen and living room were a plus. The hosts were extremely nice and made our stay very enjoyable.

We didn't have a good hosting experience, Elena was yelling at some of the guests and seemed to be bothered by our presence in her home asking her to leaver her alone and not approach her.The place needs improvement in terms of hospitality which was non existent unfortunately.I guess it's good to let the owner know .
