I've stayed 5 days in this villa and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone ! 1 - We had a dirty bed cover with blood stains and told the owner if he could change it but we where told that they don't have a spare one and still to use the old one after we put some hypochlorite detergent on the stains and that will do... 2 - the beach it's not 200 m from the villa ! There is a nudist beach very close but the Costinesti main beach is at 1,4 kilometers away ! 3 - owner went in my room and he put the fridge to minimum power in order to safe energy , constantly switching off lights in the kitchen and hallways 4 - If you're going with kids be prepared of constantly being told that the kids are too loud imagine me telling a 9 mts old baby not to cry :) 5 - the bed mattress is so hard that you're better off sleeping on the floor that in the bed! Very unconformable ! Unfortunately I had bad experiences in this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

The host is an excelent man and very hospitable. The rooms are extremly spacius, clean, and well-equiped. I just can recomend this for anybody who want to spend a few days with the family in Costinesti. It is close to the beach, in a silent place.

Am avut aer conditionat (nu prea l-am folosit) si mini frigider in camera. De asemenea acces la gratarul din curte. Proprietarul chiar ne-a ajutat si pus la dispozitie lemne si tot felul de ustensile pentru gratar. Distanta de 5 minute de mers pe jos pana la plaja de la Epava. Puncte negative: Am avut o saltea cu arcuri, extrem de tare, se simtea fiecare arc, practic le puteam si numara. Nici pernele nu au fost chiar pe gustul nostru, acestea erau foarte moi, mai mult "goale" decat ceva puf pe dinauntru. E la distanta de 2.5 km distanta de majoritatea atractiilor din Costinesti. (strazile principale, magazine, restaurante, Obelix etc). Ca si concluzie, vila merita, statiunea nu! Noi am platit 200 de lei pe noapte, sejur luat prin agentie..
