Worse service ever. Hard to communicate, they don't answer the phone, they don't call back. I wasted an entire day of my holiday waiting for them and finally they didn't come.

Understaffed, waiting time is very long if you are unlucky.

Pretty basic courier company. Sometimes you can get unexpected delays, lack of communication or they once delivered at 8PM even though they should bring your package until 5PM max, but most courier companies have ups and downs, so it's not that big of a deal. Edit: updated review to 1star because i called them at 5:30PM and they told me they were closed (they are open until 6PM).

You cant pay with debit card and its very expensive. For the same delivery DPD charges 50% less. If you are foreigner avoid using Fan Courier.
