We
stayed
here
in
August,
and
I
will
start
by
saying
that
the
accommodation
is
lovely,
well
positioned,
clean,
&
lacks
very
little,
however
I
feel
it
is
important
to
mention
the
rudeness
of
the
host.
Not
only
was
the
host
warned
that
we
would
be
arriving
a
day
later
to
the
accommodation,
which
we
had
already
paid
for,
but
she
had
also
messaged
us
that
day
and
asked
if
we
would
be
coming,
if
not
she
said
she
would
put
us
as
“no
show”.
We
responded
that
we
were
stuck
in
traffic
and
would
be
there
soon,
however
the
response
was
ignored
and
we
was
marked
as
“no
show”.
This
resulted
in
an
argument
upon
our
arrival,
in
which
the
host
vehemently
blamed
booking.com
for
the
“no
show”
rule.
This
may
be
the
case,
but
when
I
pointed
out
to
her
that
we
had
paid,
and
that
our
money
had
been
taken,
I
was
told
by
her
that
I
had
“an
attitude”.
Not
a
good
way
to
speak
to
your
clients
whose
money
you
have
already
taken.
A
little
bit
of
patience,
and
politeness
goes
a
long
way
in
these
situations.
I
will
reiterate
what
I
previously
said,
which
is
that
the
property
is
nice,
clean
and
in
a
good
location.
Shocking
attitude
from
the
host
of
this
accommodation.
It’s
amazing
how
much
good
service
&
politeness
goes
towards
star
ratings.
This
is
an
accurate
description
of
the
events
that
happened,
with
some
editing
due
to
google
considering
my
review
as
a
hate
speech.
I’m
sorry
you
feel
this
way
about
an
awful
experience
I
had,
but
I
thought
it’s
best
to
be
completely
honest
in
my
review.
