Horrible
experience
that
I
ever
had
In
less
than
12
hours,
had
4
incidents
with
2
different
rooms,
this
says
quite
a
lot
about
the
hotel
management.
1.
Shower
in
the
first
room
did
not
work
and
had
to
change
the
room...this
was
happening
at
midnight
around
00:00
-
00:30.
Even
though
the
room
was
big
and
bright,
hearing
the
toilet
flushing
from
the
above
lounge
bar,
was
not
quite
relaxing
:)
2.
Changed
the
room
with
one
without
balcony
and
surprise,
the
shower
was
working
but
after
start
washing,
realize
that
the
shower
gel
was
empty
3.
Asked
the
receptionist
to
replace/refill
the
shower
gel
and
got
in
return
body
lotion...asked
again
to
replace
the
bottle
and
bring
SHOWER
GEL
4.
Second
day
went
to
have
breakfast
and
when
returning
to
the
room,
could
not
enter
the
room
because
the
access
card
was
not
working
and
had
to
get
back
to
the
reception
to
give
me
another
access
card
After
all
this,
had
a
chat
with
the
manager
on
duty,
who
acknowledged
and
agreed
with
my
complains,
but
when
closing
the
discussion
the
only
thing
that
he
was
able
to
do
was
to
offer
a
bottle
of
wine...at
09:30
in
the
morning,
bottle
which
I
left
it
in
the
room,
mentioning
that
you
cannot
make
my
day
with
a
miserable
bottle
of
wine.
