A very nice place! The staff and services are very good. They really care for their customers. I enjoy sending some time here every year!

+ (pros) - Staff is amazing. Best team i ever encountered. From director to cleaning crew (actually those ladies are a little loud in the morning, but still the best). - The pool is perfect for our needs - Nice breakfast - Nice location - (cons) - own rules are not respected (smoking around the pool - and that is really a big minus . Jumping in the pool) - mosquito protection in windows/doors is far from perfect - soundproof built was not even a goal : you hear everything from other guests. And many are thick skinned. - AC is almost dead, you barely feel the cold Conclusion: 5 stars ? No. This staff should be hired by a real 5 stars hotel:) LE: one particular big minus for door mechanisms: It's like they are designed to make as much noise as possible when you close them

The best place to be when you go to the Black Sea. Always a great pleasure to be back here 🙂

Great place to start with family. Real 5 stars location

This hotel/complex is presented as being 5 stars, but it is not. The definition of 5 stars (Google simple search) is luxury items and luxury experience. This is not the case. It's a good hotel if you like quiet places, especially during the night. It is also a good hotel for kids, with a pool and space for them to run. But as a date or a couple trip, or with a group of friends, no. The rooms are clean, but the jacuzzi doesn't work. Some towels had old yellow marks on them. The staff from the reception is nice and friendly, but the same can't be said of the breakfast/restaurant area. No smile, no friendly attitude. There were no other activities being presented during our stay, no gym, spa, etc. What exists is a very tiny room, and that's it. The bar was empty all the time, and at night, the movement and activity were close to 0. Without being disrespectful, I saw more life at a graveyard than in here after 19:00. Again, if you want to bring your kids here to spend some time at the beach, it is ok. But for 2 or a group of adults, it's not a good place.
