While the rooms, services and personnel where ok, the food was AWFUL. It was our mistake, someone said this is a good place to stay, but avoid all-inclusive. This is my opinion too. If you are a vegetarian or have a particular diet, this is definitely A BAD PLACE. So lack of diversity and not so good quality of food were a big problem. (in the picture is all the hot food, French fries and other like that). Do not get the all-inclusive package, this is my sincere advice.

A 4 star hotel with nice staff that has nothing to do with a classy 5 star hotel. Mold in the bathroom, dirty pillow (we had 4), dirty toilet (vomit I guess), mediocre and cheap breakfast. I heard people at the pool which was by the way, nice, that they paid for all-inclusive and it was their lifetime hotel disappointment with draft coke (from 2L bottles) and one type of beer (cheapest in Romania, Golden Brau). The rest was not included. Not even a coffee which by the way, was 7lei/2$. We came here for 4 nights and picked this hotel in a late check-in because it has a nice pool. Battery taste of the Romanian tourism.

Decent accomodation (considering other local alternatives) with quick acces to the beach. The service lacks quality as there are many unexperienced staff members. Breakfast quality varies throughout the week. There are a lot of rules which don't make sense, such as the time limit for the pool (8 PM max). The turkish bath does not work. The sauna, however is quite good. Not the best location for spa services.

Very nice and cozy place. Very polite and helpful staff. However, the location is surrounded by noisy clubs even at night. Another negative part, regarding the private beach - the shore should be cleaned of seaweed daily. You can't effectively access the sea.

Had a 6 night stay at this hotel. The room was clean, had AC, everything a 5 star hotel should have. Comfort was not a problem. The pool was nice too. We chose the all-inclusive option. They gave us a plastic band to wear with the hotel's logo. Food was diverse but mediocre, nothing special...oh, we had been surprised one time at dinner with hard as a shoe grilled beef, pasta with no sauce or any other kind of garnish, and fish that had green bones. They had tables near the pool too, but we weren't allowed there at lunch or dinner. It was only for the a la carte customers who could instead eat inside if they wanted too. If you want to experience segregation, please come stay at this place. Servers were very polite and nice with us, and I can't thank them enough for that... I heard many times an older server, the same one that said to me I have to eat inside the restaurant, not at the tables near the pool, yell at them while we were eating. I can't see how that is very 5 stars like. I wish I could say i'd come visit again. The hotel is nice visually and the location good, but it's not for me.

Nice place, people were helpful, food was good, but not really 5* hotel. There was noise in the evening coming from the busy street and market and they had some issues with hot water not working 2 times.
