Don't go to eat there do not order from that shopin mall.🤬🤬 Previous times I've been there I got a little bit disappointed on the size of the order and also the color of the food(which is more darker then normal because they keep the oil to much). Buth today I've orderd from there by Tazz, I requested 1 American bucket ( which has 11 strips and 11 wings) 3 garlic sos, etc. When the delivery guy broth the food to my place surprise from one American bucket requested I received only the wings, ok their were more then 11 but no strips and also missing one garlic sos, and the color of the food was the same like before 🤬. I don't know what's happening whit this kfc but for sure from now one I will not come here or order from here any more.

Didn't like the food at all. My daughter said McDonald's is better. I was pleased only with cold tea on the menu and juice for the child. There was no gift in the children's menu, and a plastic cup was simply placed on the table. It turned out that this is a gift.🤔

This is the worst place in Constanta! Waiting for the order more than 30 minutes. KFC employees do not use a monitor, but announce order numbers in Romanian very quietly (for tourists, nothing is clear at all). When ordering non-spicy products (I was very focused on the fact that I need non-spicy products), they still gave me spicy! I don't recommend this place!

Long queues, quality varies and mostly it's either undercooked or really oily. The sodas are also really low quality.

A few years ago they deserved more than 1 star, however, they decreased a lot from all points of view

The food is as expected ! Delicious ! Would be nice to have the waiting time a bit smaller. Also the chef there used to put a bit too much spice (the hot wings were way way too hot) but that issue was sorted last time i ate there .

Very small and very crowded , especially when they get special offers or weekends

Absolute trash of a place because of bad management. They have a display wity orders, but no 'ready' order gets on it, they shout after your order number, so basically you have to stand and wait for your order to be shouted. The system is so bad that it does not even worth one star. Never going to go there anymore, instead I'll go at the one from Tom.
