shame for Constanta and the network!! place with terrible service!!!

Good food but very rude staff. They said they had no free tables inside so we took one table outside. They gave us order as takeaway, and when we told them we didn't want takeaway they rudely told us that we're undecided kind of people.

Pizza is fine but service is disaster, awaiting waiter for 30-40 min, and one hour for pizza

I passed my complaints about flatbread to the waiter. He insisted that the flatbread is what it is. I insisted back for sure that it wasnt as good as the last one i ordered there, doesnt have basilica dressing and not as hot as it was before. He said that the ingredients were obviously out from the fridge and sure to be cold. I asked for his superior. The waiter took it personally, waited for me to finish my meal and go outside. He swore to me just outside of Pizza Hut, in front of their back door. His name is Stelian HULENİ. I return his swears back to him. And if the management doesnt do anything about it, i comdemn them too!!!

Felt great to see Pizza Hut in Romania!! Food is great, you can sit inside and eat if you want. Upstairs there is a food court with other restaurants as well.

We had to ask twice for both an ashtray and sauces as one female waiter kept forgetting to bring them. We then asked another waiter and he brought them straight away. It also took about 15 minutes for them to bring a single Fuze Tea. However, food was delicious as always at Pizza Hut. Some tables have extra salt/pepper and tissues but most of them don't. They also didn't bring a receipt with what we paid.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. I liked it.

Sitting here for 30 minutes, husband went to the bar to order, they said that the waiter will come immediately, we spent another 15 minutes waiting until one finally decided to come over. Horrible, slow service.

The decoration and the furniture could be better and there were no music
