    The house of Culture of Mangalia has 3.150.000 colorful pieces of mosaique (each measuring 2x2 cm) and measuring more than 300 square feet, the piece was evaluated to be the biggest mural from a socialist Eastern Europe country. It is worth it to see as it is nearby the see and the promenade. Quite, peaceful place to reflect and enjoy a colorful, inspiring art piece. Despite its roots.
