Not a nice place with extremely bad and dusty road for 2 kilometers. Far away from the beach and you need to travel with the car on this road at least 2 times a day. Unfriendly staff, food is nothing special. Mosquitos are a plague and nobody takes care of them at the restaurant in the evening. Smell from the septic tank near the rooms ist awful.

Not beeing at the hotel, but i am travelling a lot on the coast and I can guarantee this is the BEST fish restaurant. It is the most distant place in the country from Sofia, but I do always find a way to go there. Fish soup is a must, carp, cat fish are excellent. Sometimes turbot is also good. You do not have to be naive and expect fresh fish when out of season, but carefully frozen is also ok. Love the place. View is amazing and very distant from civilization

We visited the restaurant the other day and were amazed. Fish soup is by far the best I have tried, while fish was also very delicious. The place itself looks really good and the only downfall was that it took 30minutes for a waitress to come and take our order. Will definitely be back again, but be aware of the road taking you to the place.

The place is nice and Cosy, near a protected area. It's clean and quiet. The food is good. Yes, the road is not good, but it's supposed to drive slowly, cause you're inside the home of thousands of birds. If you're looking for a place far away from noise, that's the place.

What an exceptional place, a complex of accommodation some with views over the Archeological Lake, children's playground a large restaurant again part of it with views over the lake. We stayed in the deluxe double room which is one of the largest rooms I've ever stayed in, in addition to the bedroom you have an large entrance hall and in this room type you have a bath if required. We stayed in Autumn and it was very quite. The restaurant has a good selection of meals on the menu and breakfast was plentiful in addition to the picture we also had fruit and honey available along with morning coffee and hot milk which doesn't happen very often. The only reason I've not given 5 out of 5 is because of small details like loose plug socket on the air conditioning unit which if you have small children could be a temptation, missing fly screen from the balcony door and no coffee option in the room. The room comes with air con, plenty of bedding and lovely pillows, it was very clean and comfortable. Overall a very enjoyable stay 😁

Pleasant hotel with a stunning view from the balcony. It would be great if breakfast could start at 8:00 instead of 8:30. There was a not so nice smell coming from the bathroom drain, but the room was otherwise clean and spacious (at least one of the two we had booked).

I have visited only the restaurant. Nice place just to the lake with beautiful garden, kids playground, tasty food. We have ordered fish soup, which i highly recommend, tarama and shopska salad. Very delicious! The staff is not very professional and smiling. The cleanliness was also not so good. A bit not tidy enough. But still must visit

The view is stunning, BUT WORST SERVICE EVER so the waitress doesn’t say hi ever. You are not allowed to eat outside?!?!?!? Everyone smokes in the restaurant :( No COVID regulations whatsoever.

Very poor customer service from waitress. We went in for a fish soup, which she handed it straight into my hand, not bothering to place it on the table. Surprisingly, the soup tasted like socks and came with a very salty pita. After sipping on a washed-out lemonade, as we could hardly enjoy the meal as the taste was so bad, we asked for the check. Once we paid the check in cash, we were waiting for the change. The waitress seemed bothered by the idea and straight away went for a cigarette and a long phone call at the back of the room. Because the change was considerably almost the size of the whole check, we went and kindly asked it after about 10 minutes of waiting. Then she slowly went to the backroom, where she started giving it in small portions, as if saying: enough for you, why ask for more?... Very bad experience. We will never return. Also do no advise you to go there either.

This is one of the most well-kept hotels I’ve stayed at in the region. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, well-appointed, large rooms. Excellent ambiance, quiet of man-made noise, relaxing with many birds singing. The food is good and reasonably priced. The service is warm and unpretentious.
