I shouldn't even give 1 star for this hotel. I had the worst biryani of my life. They charged 150 rupees for that stuff with half boiled rice dumped with so much essence. Chicken piece served to us tasted rancid. I could not even eat a quarter of their so called biryani served to me. The lady at the counter had charged that high price after halting for a second and thinking. And I felt that she had charged that price simply by looking each customers. We only go into it, just because it was accessible from KSRTC bus stand, but ended up being very disappointed. I would never ever recommend this place.

Very bad service . only two persons are serving the food . Waited more than twenty minute for a normal meal . If we request for a water bottle in between No CHANCE 🥵🥵🥵

Horrible restaurant... Hopless ambiance. When I entered the restaurant I enquired the available meals. The lady at the counter informed me that Biryani was available. I asked her whether they prepared it with kaima or jeerakashala rice since I don't have the rice used for fried rice. She told me it was a small type of rice and even people from the Malabar side come to dine here. But as I expected it was the big sort of rice. Usually, the Biryani which I have seen doesn't come as yellow rice cooked separately and then chiken curry with gravy poured on it. Sorry to say, the chicken also was not fresh. I just had a bit of rice and wasted the rest. Overall, a never to recommend place. Don't know why such local shops are kept open to spoil the name of good restaurants. They charged Rs.150/- for that pathetic briyanii a.d Rs.30/- for fresh lime soda....

There is just one option ie, Chicken Biriyani. The quality of the food is very poor and they charge high.

Superb restaurant near to KOTTAYAM KSRTC bus station (100meters). Tasty food at cheap rate. Staffs are very polite and service oriented.

Okay, Biriyani is juicy compared to other biriyani I have had . The food is very good and the service provided is exceptional. Try to taste their special dishes which is a good mixture of variety dishes.

Not Cozy enough. I ordered a chicken biryani but me of the worst one I had. Since it was close to the Kottayam KSRTC I went there so that I can grab something to eat. The biryani seems they just took two piece of chicken and put inside the yellow rice. It doesn’t tastes like a biryani. They didn’t have the courtesy to ask how was the food before upselling me with juice and other items. The washroom is clean so two starts for that.
