First off, a huge shoutout for being such wonderful human beings! It was my first time experience- I went with reference to a reddit comment that recommended them for curly hair. Their staff was superbly nice and comforting, the salon has an artsy vibe- everything was perfect until it came to my haircut. Absolutely disappointed! My hairdresser (who I would not name because she was genuinely nice) did a wet cut on my curly hair and she was very confident about her work. I walked out with half-dried diffused hair, by the time I reached home it scrunched up to a very short awkward length and pretty much no shape at all- a troll in other words! I have been trying to hide it with clips and tie it in portions and praying it grows back soon, so I could get some good layers again! So if you have curly/wavy hair, I would suggest to please look for other places- only cause its not their expertise. But I would absolutely recommend them if you have straight hair and are looking for an excellent salon service/ hair treatments. Once again, you girls are amazing!! And your customer service is impeccable! Keep at it!! :))

I came in to get my hair color done by amber. She did a great job and she was so sweet! She was very kind letting me know about all the steps she was doing. The rest of the staff were also nice as well!

I’ve never ever in my life been so impressed and stoked with a haircut, she helped me find texture in my curls, listened to my wants and created amazing framing and layers. Was a new Client and had the lovely Amber do a full set of highlights and toner with a cut. She gave me a great colour and hair style. Listen to my demands and nailed it. Super in love with my new hair. Her professionalism was expectational. Got a cut and permanent hair colour by Jo and she was absolutely fantastic! The staff were all incredibly kind, helpful, and accomodating. Jo talked me through the process of what she was doing while doing my hair and it turned out amazing! Definitely will be coming back here for my touch ups!
