Very nice hotel and in very good location and very nice room's and sarvice is also very good and staff behavior is also very good and the best thing is this hotel also has bar and Jungle theme restaurant here pen fried momos are very good I advise you to eat momos once.

Easy to reach , clean , good food , staffs are not that good. We have to call them atleast twice to get a bottle of water 💧. Halls are well maintained, and food served was above average , no complementary breakfast . Hot water was not working , ac remotes , kettles were damaged. Tv was just for name sake , only 1 towel for a double room , They must take care of hospitality to get returning customers. No south Indian dishes available, could be better if they are offering atleast idli in early booking. Could be much better with few efforts.

The owner (Mr. Gaurav ji) is very friendly and had very good behaviour. Rooms are spacious and can accomodate 3 people. It is on the main Dehradun Road in Ramnagar. Haven't tasted food, But will update once I taste it. Halls are nice and Banquet plans are available for Parties and other things.

One of the worst restaurants in all terms. First of all service is worst. They didn't place even spoons despite repeated requests. Forgot to serve salad, food was served late and second serve was never served despite repeated requests. Cherry on the top was the food, worst food ever, roadside dhabas are five star in front of this. Charges are like a 3 star hotel. Don't ever go to this horrible place.

Hotel is very good and food quality is also good. But you will face the billing issue as they don't have card swipe facility with them. They only prefer cash or QR scan payments.

This is not a star like motel, for bar we have visited 4 to 5 times in bar but bar tender and his not lible to serve with respect and they don’t have manners for how to treat so please kindly tell them how it’s work on hotel industry, so bad service

Naming 'Motel', but there is no proper space for Car parking (you can park your expensive cars only on roadside at your own risk). Reception staff has no manner to talk with customers. I stayed there for two days, but LIFT was not working at all. It was very troublesome & horrible experience. To stay or book in this hotel is just wastage of money & ruin your trip....... worthless at all. Reception (9) & Room Service(11) both are non-responsive most of the times. In short, it can be marked 0/10. Despite of having EXECUTIVE CLASS rooms, customers cannot book online.

It was a very nice budget friendly motel with well mannered staff, beautifully designed interiors, the staff were very nice and cooperative. The rooms were clean. Our staying was great.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and the food is also nice. The biggest issue I had with the rooms is that they are not ventilated at all, the phone wasn't working and the Ac had its own mind, it was either chilling the room or it wasn't working at all.

This place is awesome to organize a party. All things are very very nice . You must choose this property only. Best property in Roorkee. The Rooms were clean, very comfortable and staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting down for party, stay and for perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

Poor service i had ever seen in my life I need half lemon but no one listen pls try another hotel don,t waste your money

This hotel is recently revamped with new decor and more space. It has one big party hall in the basement and two medium-size halls K1 and K2 on the first floor. Snacks especially dry Manchurian, spring rolls and Pizza are good. Can't comment on the Resto bar being non-alcoholic. Limited parking space so be prepared for that.

Location wise good. Nice hotel in roorkee. One suggestion is there should be Ventilation in room. Room service is appreciating.
