Abhishek Raman Sir is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person (which I feel is important when you’re listening to someone talk at you for an hour or more). His directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and he is very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. His classes are truly for all levels

I m dentist by profession since 15 years, and always have pain in my lower spine and cervical region, but after starting yoga with Abhishek sir, i think my pain has subsided a lot, actually he knows spine anatomy very well so that only painful region is treated with ease.i strongly suggest Raman yoga therapy for all technocrats
