I just had my second visit and am thoroughly impressed with the care I’ve gotten. From the first phone call with Shana, to Kimberley’s responsiveness, and the kindness of the techs, I got a clear sense that they go the extra mile for their patients. Dr. Rosenberg is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient, and spent a lot of time on my first visit reviewing my case, thoroughly explaining his recommendations. Based on that, I felt very comfortable moving forward him and the rest of his team. Highly recommend!

Literally the best dentist I’ve ever been to! They really care about their patients they started knowing me by name on my second visit and I always get a warm welcome… they do a very thorough job and was so accommodating when my temporary fell out and they saw me after hours… thank you so much guys!

Dr. Willoughby and my hygienist Andra are the best in the business! I love coming to this dental office because they treat me like family. Highly recommend and make sure you ask for Andra as your hygienist!

In my 66 years, this was the worst dental experience I ever had. I have taken regular care of my teeth every six months and had two great dentists during my adult life that both retired and when I went to this dentist I had major pockets above 5mm a $400 bill they tried to give me for periodontal cleaning. I had to pay for x-rays above my bite wing amount because they said they would not treat me if they did not have a full mouth x-ray. The hygienist spent 15 minutes cleaning and polishing my teeth and told me that she will not clean anything deeper than 3mm. She did not floss my teeth after polishing so I walked out of there with grit in between my teeth. I hope my insurance company does some thing about the scam that they were trying to pull off on me and the Excess charge.

Kristen was my hygienist and she was very professional and pleasant. Gentle but thorough cleaning. Dr Willoughby followed up with the check up and give him the same remarks. Great staff. I just don’t like filling out that iPad questionnaire that went on forever! Come on…every visit!?

Before coming to Advance Dental of Palm Beach Gardens, I really didn’t care for the Dentist. They make you feel at ease and do a great job at explaining what is going to be done. I really enjoy the care that they provide to me as a patient. Thumbs up to this group!

Relax, enjoy, and come out with white clean teeth.. the environment is fun. The people nice and social. I know..strange to say but you will enjoy going to get your teeth cleaned.

It is actually a pleasure going to the dentist. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Hygienist was awesome. If there was a down side, it’s the paperwork, evil necessity.
