    Three good experiences at this location. I went to return something on a VERY busy Sunday afternoon and I don’t remember who helped me but they did their best to get to me with soo many people in line to try on jewelry. Also went back today/a weekday and Franchesca was soo polite and exceptionally friendly, what a pleasure to do business with! Update: Had an issue with the moments open bracelet and with my receipt “Jordan” helped me with it and was very friendly and helpful! ( I can understand at this location not every single associate is is super friendly. I have passed by here once and given a bit of the cold shoulder while looking at charms) Overall it is a good location.

    My experience shopping here with my mother was DREADFUL. We were treated like we didn’t belong and I’m assuming it’s because we’re black. Sarah was very rude to us while we waited in line to come in and shop. She scoffed at us that the line starts against the wall like there was a sign for us to read that told us that or we had prior knowledge of it. We ended up making three purchases. All bracelets. Karen was so sweet and helpful and if it weren’t for her we would have left. I paid for the last bracelet with cash and I could hear the manager Aeriel tell her to put the tray away which only had the bracelet I was purchasing on it and the cash to purchase it on it as well. She made us feel very uncomfortable like we were trying to steal something when we clearly had the means the purchase our items. Another instance is where the Caucasian customers had the trays taken out for them to look at different items and we were handed books to browse through, or only given the option to look at the product through the glass. We will never return to this store and I suggest anyone of color not shop here because they make it very clear that you aren’t wanted.

    The sales associates in the store were EXTREMELY rude. The attitude was as if I was inconveniencing them by coming to shop. When I walked in, despite there being 4 associates and 2 other customers, I had to flag down someone to help me. They completely ignored me until I approached them. The other group that walked in right in front of me was greeted immediately. I came in with the intention to buy, I used to work retail so I know this is not what is taught as a SALES associate. When I finally did get the woman’s attention, she was just flat out rude and unhelpful. I kept telling her what I wanted and she repeatedly told me how HER idea for MY bracelet was better. I came in looking for a few charms, not a coaching and to be belittled. I had two other people with me who noticed the associates (multiple not just the one I dealt with) behavior. In the middle of me asking for a charm, she stopped and started having a whole off topic conversation and giggling with the other associate right in front of me and ignoring me. She wasn’t subtle about her distaste in having to do her job. I asked her if I was inconveniencing her and her demeanor immediately change, she was still unhelpful though. I usually receive Pandora as gifts from my significant other and family so this was my first in store experience and I will likely not go back. I would not recommend the Palm Beach Gardens store to anyone. The associate I was dealing with was Sarah K. for anyone wanting to avoid a terrible experience here.

    My husband and I travelled to the Gardens Mall specifically to go to the Pandora because they were the only store who had the ring we wanted in stock. When we got there, we were told we weren't allowed in the store because the associates were busy. There was no line, and we counted four (4) customers. We were turned away and told to come back. We weren't even allowed to look around while we waited. We walked around for an hour and went back 15 minutes before closing, only to, once again, be told that we weren't allowed in the store, even though there were 3 associates standing in the back behind the counter with no customers. I told the girl that we knew exactly which ring we wanted and we knew they had it in stock, but she refused. We were absolutely shocked and appalled. I have been to multiple Pandoras (Boca Town Center, Wellington, Coral Springs), and I have never been turned away or not even allowed to enter the store. Never again will we support this establishment.

    Farrah reads from a script and has no empathy.. she is the assistant manager, her manager should be ashamed on how she conducts business. I received my bangle bracelet a day and half ago and it had spots on it, took it in and it was "cleaned" there is still spots on the bracelet, charm and the pandora clasp. When I called Farrah made it to be my fault. Worst customer service... she said have you been wearing it everyday day, I responded "yes" Farrah well it's not recommended to wear it in the shower ummmmm ma'am I took it off customer service training should be in order. I will never return to this store

    I was shocked and uncomfortable by the lack of customer service at this location. I walked up to the entrance and was greeted by "what do you want" and when I said to "look at some items" the lady said "what specifically do you want". I had to open my phone to show her the "exact item" before she let me in and acted like a gate keeper guarding the entrance. I asked to look at the variety of items but they only pulled out the items in the picture and wouldn't let me look at any others. The two women were super unfriendly and harsh when I asked questions about the product. They wanted to throw the gift in a bag after I spent $300 on jewelry and not even wrap it up with tissue. They were also in a huge hurry to get me out of there. I get the retail business is hard nowadays, but showing customers such disrespect is uncalled for. I have been to several other pandoras and none of them acted like the behavior I saw today. I was so uncomfortable I almost asked for another sales worker, or told them to forget it and just order it online because of how I was treated (I was even wearing pandora items so I don't understand the snootiness). I wish there was another pandora in town because the people they have working at the Gardens are nasty and unhelpful.

    I received a Pandora bracelet as a gift within one day of wearing it the charm broke and then not even 3 days later I noticed it was tarnishing! It's absolutely ridiculous that they would charge such expensive prices for absolute junk! Please if you're giving someone a gift don't buy from this store I have things that I bought from Walmart that have lasted me 2 years that I paid 10 bucks for unbelievable you will be disappointed and the person you get the gift for as well.
