Service was great. The sauce was too sweet and different than other pizza hut tomato sauce. There was far too much of it especially since we ordered it light . The garlic parm chicken didn't have enough sauce. The cinnamon rolls were burnt. We frequent the pizza hut in our town and found this one lacking.

We ordered a stuffed crust supreme pizza, we didn’t get that even tho we paid for it. It seems like it was put together some how. My daughter called twice and No one had the decency to talk to her, they kept on putting her on hold. I thought Pizza Hut was serious about business. Never again going or ordering from them. My money counts, if I pay for something I’m expecting to get it. Paid $52.00 in total for the order. I’ll go with my money else where.

Placed an order door delivery with garlic butter. Received the delivery with the garlic butter smashed open in the bag with the drinks. Not sure why the sauce wasn’t placed in pizza box. Only offered a refund for my sauce, so much for eating what I ordered and will have fun washing off my drinks! Wish you would have done more to make this right.

Worst service ever, my order was placed, CHARGED TO MY CARD (I seeing in my bank account) the order was in the space, I be transfer to other store that don't have order transfer me back and hangoff the call in multiple time when I was asking to talk with manager for cancell and return back the money to MY CARD let me in HOLD without mute the phone. Don't order stole money.

Ordered a large 2 topping pizza for just 8 bucks. I did it over the Pizza Hut app and paid when I got there. The service was super fast. Literally the entire process took less than 15 minutes. To order off the app. Drive to Pizza Hut and pick up the pizza. The quality was hands down very tasteful and the order was exactly as I ordered it. The cashier was very friendly and the place was very clean. The place is located right off Okeechobee.

Worse pizza I ever soggy, cold, and it was tossed all over the place inside the box. $30.21 plus a $5.00 tip down the drain. I couldn't even eat it I threw it in the garbage never again. First time I ordered from pizza hut here in West Palm Beach Florida.

Didn't get extra cheese. Charge for parmesam cheese and hot peppers. Made us order an pay upfront than find a seat. Tried to talk us into Togo order.

Jessica had the worst customer service from the moment we stepped in. Her eye rolling was completely unnecessary and instead of focusing on her job she decided to flirt and chat. It took us quite a while to receive our food and she even put in the wrong order. When she delivered the food to the table she halfway threw it onto the table. Luckily the other staff picked up her slack. I will not be coming back.

The front services was good the food was not prepared correctly.(I ordered a dinner box) Gave me sauceless boneless wings pizza with pepperoni all at the crust of the pizza and another pizza with cheese missing from a few slices like they ran out if cheese.

Language barrier messed up order 4x called in route could not understand told employee I will come in, came in and had to repeat my order 3 x if not more for the employee to understand. I sat down with my two grandchildren 20 min for them to say they forgot to put the order in….. I can’t make this up this happen on Saturday June 2,2023 at 2:45pm-3:15. Female manger offered us a free desert or chicken wings for the misunderstanding. We will not be back the place smells like mold and needs major updating. We stopped here from a 2h drive from leaving Disney Orlando.

Customer service was, excellent. And the food was delicious and well prepared. They where a little short staff, so we had to clean our on tables, however in this environment I understand. I still give them 5 stars for doing their best with limited staff.

Good customer service very cool seeing a sit down pizza hut also open late. I got a personal pan Pizza came out hot and good I just wish next time they'd spread the pepperoni around more!

I just called to order and the staff doesn’t know where their head is at. Incredibly difficult to have a conversation with.Asking for my address a million times only to tell me they don’t deliver to it. I’m 5 min away. Go figure.

The delivery guy was such a sweetheart but the food I cannot believe this is what I paid for! The food isn’t cooked all the way and as well the portions are not what I remember this is my pasta bowl (picture below). The pizza was undercooked as well very disappointed in the food!!!! For $20 that’s not worth it !!!!!

Just ordered for delivery and my pizza didn’t come as ordered and it was under cooked. I attempted to call the location and got hung up on or transferred. The Pizza looked thrown together and it was expensive. I don’t mind to pay for quality, but this was trash.

Wow, has Pizza Hut gone downhill. They don't serve iced tea anymore. Their tap water tastes terrible. They charge for parmesan cheese and red pepper. Their pizza tastes like something you'd buy in the frozen section of a grocery store. We will not eat here again.

I called here last night to order pick up, I was told 15-20 for a medium pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and xtra cheese, personal cheese pizza and breadsticks. I hung up at 9:20 pm and at 10:00 pm I’m in the restaurant waiting for the breadsticks. 40 minutes later ? Then when I get them they were hard ! And the pizza did not have extra nothing on it and when I checked it and said this is not extra cheese or pepperoni the girl goes let me get my manager, like no I’m good because who about to wait for another pizza after waiting 40 minutes as is, and atleast 5 people was working that I counted. I will never be returning. It was all unacceptable.

Never got my drinks until 20 minutes after ordering them. Had to keep reminding them what my order was and what we needed. Server kept going to every table that walked in after us. We got accused of asking for something we “never ordered”. We got questioned as to WHY we needed a to go box, as we didn’t finish all of our food.

Waited over an hour for my food. I order 20 piece cinnamon sticks only received 10. Barely any bacon or jalapeño. Bbq chicken pizza made poorly. I tried calling the store, I was on hold for 15 mins, no answer. The manager Jeremy walked out during the chaos, the young employee at the counter was frustrated and swearing at the cooks.

Great place, delicious food, and one of the best and most amazing experiences I've had in a long time ⌚! Everyone was so generous and went out of their way to make sure my family and I had in in quite a while! Definitely check them out as soon as you can

This PizzaHut is one of the good ones left. The food was great and on time. I wish they were all this reliable anymore. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Will not be returning, ordered a big Dinner Box today with wings. The wings were completely raw so I decided to call in to request a refund the response was “Mam I cooked those wings and they were cooked, you will have to call back tomorrow to speak with a manager.”

The three of us each got a personal pan pizza it was fantastic. Amazing customer service unbelievably quick pizza and a sit-down restaurant. Unfortunately the salad bar was not up and running from covid related Reasons I'm sure. Do plan on going back.

Salad bar was small, but the ultimate cheese lovers pizza was great. Comfortable place and fast service.

I ordered two large pizzas and received two medium pizzas. One of the pizzas was supposed to be half cheese and half pepperoni, but I received half cheese and half pepperoni, ham, and sausage instead. I was quite dissatisfied with their service.

Ordered my food at 4:13 still here waiting and it’s almost 5pm Cashier Randy was nice though.

The team taking care of this store are nothing short of perfect, I was treated with love and care since the moment I walked in, the large pepperoni pizza I ordered was absolutley delicious and was made with so much care, I loved how quick and easy it is to place an order. I will definitely be coming back because of how amazing this place is.

We had 2 medium pizza's a cheese and a pepperoni and sausage, let me tell you these pizza's were so good....We also had hot wings, they were also very good. Thats the only reason they get a five. Management needs to step up asap, #1 they ran out of cups, #2 they also ran out of drink products. This was a friday and a complete shame...

Waha did an amazing job adding the garlic sauce and clean cut the pizza after I called because I forgot to add these details to my online order. She was very friendly and professional. You guys are doing a wonderful job.
