    Regarding Panera bread on Northlake Boulevard in West Palm. The opening hours seem to fluctuate between 630 and 7 AM. Last week I was greeted by Kathy a long time associate that enlightened me that the store now opens at 6:30. So I get there today at 6:38 and the store is still closed then I’m told it depends if we’re ready or not that doesn’t help me as a consumer so I can’t participate anymore. I don’t know how you guys stay in business I really don’t. I had a company for 21 years and I never gave a reason for a customer to go somewhere else. Eddie

    Miserable experience the last 2 times. First I was overcharged and not even given all the food I paid for. When I went back to sort it out I was given a credit because "my boss wouldn't like it if I gave you your money back". When I went to go use my credit, I wasn't even allowed to use all of it and there was some kind of goo on my bread... Panera really fell off. I'm not going back. And the you pick 2 gets more expensive all the time despite the fact that the portions are getting smaller and smaller.

    Very nice restaurant. It was clean and the food was prepared at the right temperature and with care. Customer service was top and best of all the food was delicious. There was inside and outside seating. The outside seating was also covered. I think the management has hit a homer in with this location. Nice job Panera!

    Highly disappointed!!!! This is the 3rd time we've encountered an issue with Catering. The first time they arrived 1 hour late, the second time 1 hour 30 mins late, and the final and last attempt they delivered our orders through doordash and was sent to the wrong address. When I called to find out what was going on, the manager (who refused to provide her real name and said it was "Chris") stated there was nothing she can do about it and sorry we feel this way. Very unprofessional, unorganized and extremely RUDE. We will NO LONGER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

    I'm not sure if its what I ordered (citrus asian crunch salad), but their food quality was something out of a bag from walmart. I don't remember the quality of food being so cheap. Mind you the salad was like $13. For that quality I could of bought my own salad mix and done it at home for $5! The customer service was decent.

    Never ate at a Panera, probably won't eat there again. We were very disappointed. First they didn't have pickels ,sounds like they havnt had them in a while. We were told the Chipotle Flatbread was popular so we ordered it. We also ordered soup and turkey sandwiches. They were good. No diet Pepsi. We sent the Chipotle chicken Flatbread back after 1 bite. The manager told us there was no refunds. I've never seend much of anything back. He did give us another sandwich. Place was dirty and no one cared. They need a lot of help 911

    Daniel (coordinator) was excellent taking my order. Very polite and professional. Everything was going well till his supervisor started yelling at him from the other side of the establishment while he was taking my order. Not only was that unprofessional, it also made me feel uncomfortable. It’s unnecessary for a supervisor to treat their staff this way and especially uncalled for in front of customers.

    Definitely, this place has serious management problems! By chance I heard how "Mrs. Manager" addresses a potential employee and, while he spoke very correctly, she was extremely rude, rude and, I would say, even lacked respect and professional ethics... I don't understand what that type of guy maintains. of people in those positions who risk the operation of a business and its prosperity. Now I understand why they are always short of staff! I understand why she doesn't have many adults on her staff, she hires children (between 17 and 20 years old) who are trampled and mistreated without major consequences, she can't hire professional adults because she (the manager) is despotic and has no job education !

    This restaurant provides p*** poor customer service. The cashier refused to get me a manager when I advised. I had a coupon code that was not working. She also refused to give me the manager's name. Not only does the store no longer have apples or pecan. S so if you have a food allergy, there is no substitute. This store is disgusting and the personnel is rude. Corporate really needs to do a rehire and a reevaluation on the associ will be contacting corporate on monday because this store should be shut down and reevaluated

    Over all disgusting. Roaches seen many times. Only reason I go I sit outside, My friend likes there coffee. The smell in hallway when you walk in is atrocious, noone listens, Ive spoken to mgmnt, they don't care. Now they have lock on bathroom door because homeless live there & full of drug addicts. Place should be closed. I went to panera in Northlake very nice, very clean. Take that 2 the bank

    I ordered a "pick 2". Came out to over $20 but ok. Thought I was getting a half Chicken Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt and a Caesar Salad.... What I actually got appeared to be a whole sandwich and a French onion soup... Coworker was correct in describing Panera as cafeteria food. Paid $20 for lunch for 2 items and still didn't get my order correct.... Not sure if this was a better or worse experience that I've had here. Last time I ordered an everything bagel and it only had 3 poppy seeds left on it....3 There is no cost savings in "picking 2". It's just marketing to get you to buy more..

    typical Panera. Good soup, nice sandwich, drinks area not quite as clean as it could be. I just wish the order on line more accurately reflects when orders will be ready; in my experience it almost always takes longer

    Their food is definitely good.. but over the past year, the PEOPLE have made this a 5-star experience. I’m dedicated to this location (and Panera as a whole) because of THEM. We’ve grown close and I admire their service. Team Lead Natalie has such a beautiful spirit, work ethic, and a heart of pure gold! She’s diligent, excellent, compassionate, smart and fun. Same for Syasia!! Panera please give these women a raise/scholarship, they’ve earned it (I was NOT incentivized to say this). Natalie’s humble manager Louis also blew me away, going above-and-beyond. This gentleman hunted me down to serve my dinner with a huge smile when I didn’t hear my name called, and I don’t even know him. Wow. And the place is so clean! Thank you guys for such an awesome experience, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Bible study. High-fives and twirls to the whole team, you and your food are phenomenal! 🙌🏻❤️

    Went in for Braided Pecan pastry and cashier attitude was nonchalant with no greeting. Cashier goes to the pastry area and as I'm looking I notice flys flying over the pastry and cashier choose the same pastry that the fly landing on!! The cashier notice and didn't say a word or showed any emotions that moment, but didn't know what to do with the pastry. I told the cashier you know what I want right? Cashier said yeah a refund and went towards the back and got the manager attention, but the manager was on the phone and it took two staff members to get attention to remind her that I was waiting for refund. Manager runs out and was trying fix computers or look busy. I finally got back my refund, but manager didn't say anything regarding flys on the food or in the area of foods, which is unsanitary and Panera dont have to worry my money nor that location.

    Not a bad Panera bread location. In the past, I’ve had issues with ordering online and them getting it right. Their help didn’t seem to have very much expertise. Lately though, I’ve had no issues. I go there for breakfast and get a sausage and egg sandwich on brioche and a bagel. Recommend.

    My tuna sandwich was out of stock on Fri, manager promptly replaced it with another sandwich of my choice. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the place is clean. We like this location much better than the Wellington one.

    For the first time, this Panera Bread's floor was so sticky that we actually tried to find a square that our feet would not stick to. The service was very slow because they talked the entire time over our food. The conversation had nothing to do with our orders. A young female employee was the only one working quickly. Disappointed 😞

    Requested items be taken off my salad. It was repeated twice by hostess. They "remade" the salad, but it looked like they just took off unwanted ingredients. Salt and pepper were not wanted, but the were still on when they reserved the salad. Extremely disappointing and I will suffer from salt tomorrow!

    This particular location was great ! It’s hidden and tricky to get to off of the main road , but the quality was definitely worth it I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt. It was so warm & yummy ! It actually was really big , so you could split it with someone! I orders it as a pick 2 , so I got half a sandwich ( which was so filling ) and a half salad. My 1/2 sandwich was filled with chicken, fresh avocado, melted cheese , a delicious sauce and the bread was cooked perfectly! I’m already craving this again ! You can’t go wrong with this sandwich. I can’t tell you about the salad because I was full from the sandwich, so I gave it away. Be careful if their teas and drinks , though. There’s a lot of hidden caffeine, sugar and calories in them .

    This place is going downhill especially this location. They don't have lettuce, so they can't make salads. They are incompetent about their menu items and how 2pick two works. Horrible management here. Got Baja bowl- mostly just tasteless cold dry rice. It was awful. Plus now they don't have metal silverware so you eat hot soup with BPA spoons. Rediculous. Not coming back

    Had a bad hostess today named Chatty Kathy, I had been there frequently and when I had purchased 6 muffins they qualified for a “baked goods” discount. I asked for the discount today on my 6 muffin purchase and she said NO. I said I had received the discount on 2 different occasions recently and she he didn’t exist. I said I wasn’t lying and she still would not give me the discount. I asked for the Manager but there was no one in the store. This is bad customer service as the lady obviously thought I was lying. I won’t be back to that Panera with employees like her.

    This location was out of all sandwiches at 6:30pm on Nov 1st. We ordered the Fuji apple salads due to this. The salads came with NO Apples. They were lettuce and chicken. That’s it. I asked and was told they were out of the apple chips. There was no offer of a parrial refund or another option. The response was “oh well” Unacceptable. I will not return.

    Employees where complaining about customers and working for Panera also didn’t seem trained well. I asked them y they put chopped salad lettuce on my sandwich they told me that’s how it comes. I eat this sandwich all the time I know that to not be the case. Will not be returning to this location.

    I literally never write reviews on here, but this store is beyond frustrating to deal with. It's by my work so over the last six years, I've gotten food from here. When I say EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY'VE GOTTEN MY ORDER WRONG, I actually mean every single time. Six years you think they could maybe once get a single order of mine right. I used to work at Panera, I'm giving you guys the benefit of the doubt, but my god the ingredients and everything are up on the screen its really not that difficult of a job to do! I've called and complained, I've written an email to the store and corporate hoping things would change, but today was the first time I have gone back in a couple months and they still got my order wrong. It's honestly just laughable at this point. If I could, I would give this store zero stars and encourage whoever is reading this to just take your money elsewhere.

    Placed an order on 7/16/22 at 1:50pm for a croissant, a cookie, and a large cup. Waited 15 minutes, wasn’t ready. Asked an employee, she tells me it’s “being made”. I was confused cause how hard is it to put 2 pastries in bags and place a cup on their rapid shelf. Waited another 10 minutes and nothing. Went back in line to ask for my order and finally got it after another 4 minutes. Are you telling me it takes 29 minutes to put 2 pastries and a cup on the shelf?
