Highly recommend! Nash was recommended by friends who said they are the best and very reputable and reliable. I can attest to that! I brought my eternity ring in for repair as one of the stones had come out. I bought my ring from another retailer and after careful evaluation of my ring, it was pointed out that a couple of the prongs were actually broken and likely more stones were at risk of coming out due to the fact the the existing white gold band was extremely thin and fragile. I was nervous to just repair the one stone and the setting so they gladly remade the entire setting in white gold. I'm thrilled with the outcome now that the band is much more substantial, but more importantly remade of much higher quality. I'm definitely coming back for all my repairs and I'm hoping to sit down with Greg and MaryAnn again to design a unique setting for 3 separate loose stones I have been wanting to wear. Let me tell you about my experience at Nash Jewelry.. it was phenomenal before I even walked into the door. I found them on Yelp for having the best reviews in the area. Called them to coordinate bringing an engagement ring in for resizing due to my busy schedule. They were very responsive over text even after weeks of me not being able to show up to the store with my fiancé for accurate sizing. I was given good advice over the phone on how to properly take sizing measurements for her while knowing they could loose a customer. I was eventually able to make it to their lovely storefront and they did a beautiful job upsizing the ring. You will experience nothing but quality when dealing with Greg & Mary-Lou at Nash.

The best! Bring your jewelry here. Everything is done on sight. My engagement ring needed downsizing and rounding out after going to a different jeweler. I thought my ring only needed to go down 2 sizes (the max I researched for most rings), but it really needed to go down about 3 sizes! Nash Jewelers worked a miracle because after 2 attempts, my ring now fits properly. It went from a 7.5 to about 4.25! On my first appointment, we decided to go from a 5.5 to a 5. I tried my ring out for a few weeks, but it felt slightly loose (not sure what changed with my fingers because I wish I could say I lost weight haha). I called Nash back, and no questions asked, they told me to bring the ring back in. I was ready to pay for a second resizing, but Nash said they wanted to make it right. Extraordinary customer service! Really, they're such a kind, friendly, and honest couple who are professionals. I've already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you so much! We could not have had a better experience with designing my engagement ring! Greg was so patient with my fiancé and I, and made sure that we were all on the same page for every aspect of the ring. I hadn’t seen a ring like mine in person before and he did an AMAZING job turning my inspiration photos/ideas into the prettiest ring I have ever seen. He brought in many different diamonds for us to look at (all of which were top quality), created multiple computer animated designs for us to look at prior to the ring creation, brought in multiple bands that were similar to what I wanted so I could see them in person, and overall ensured we knew & loved what we were getting. On top of this, we never once were pressured to spend more money or questioned if we were getting ripped off in any way- as is always the feeling at chain jewelers.
