So me and my soon to be wife went too this jewelry store to shop for engagement rings and immediately we were humbly welcomed by Luke. He stepped up and as we walked around asked us about our perfect ring. And within an hours time we had THE RING. Honestly a great experience and to see my loves eyes light up accompanied with a smile I will forever remember. It goes without saying I highly suggest Luke if your looking for the perfect ring.

Jared’s the Galleria of fine jewelry is my go to place to purchase timeless pieces for my daughter and granddaughters. Everyone there is so helpful and informative. I have purchased items for myself and my husband purchased a beautiful diamond wedding ring set for me when he asked the big question. They stand behind their warranty too! Do yourself a favor and stop by their store and check out the awesome pieces they have in their showcases.

Do you research and get quotes at small business jewelers before having frustration and buyer's remorse. The staff at this location are generally nice--Jordan stood out as an actually great staff member. Unfortunately for everyone involved, the pricing and process of Jared as a whole is a complete joke. Quoted $150 per ring to resize a basic gold band, all other competitors quoted me $25-50 per ring. Overpaid immensely for a professional jewelry cleaning. The Fort Lauderdale location, where my fiancé got my engagement ring, wanted to charge me $1000+ for 2 basic gold bands I was able to get from a small business, custom, for $435. We overpaid for my fiancé's wedding band by $100s as well. Do your research! Your pockets and first financial decisions in your marriage will thank you. You can get a whole lot more for a whole lot less ANYWHERE else!!! And usually better quality, process and customer service. Unsure how these jewelers get their credentials. An Etsy shop asked me about 10 more questions about a custom piece than Jared did for the same custom piece they ended up screwing up 3 times before I demanded full refund...save yourself the headache and money.

I just wanted to say thank you here to Sacha Sherman, because she created my DREAM engagement ring. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she took her time with us every step of the process. She is incredible detailed and so passionate about her job, and thats the kind of person you want to talk to when you are looking to buy anything bridal. **PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ MY REVIEW!!** My boyfriend and I looked for engagement rings today for the first time. We started at the gardens mall since we knew there would be plenty of options. We went to several stores with not much luck; we even left the mall feeling discouraged after having a BAD experience with one of the store’s sales associates. We decided to make one last stop at Jared with not much enthusiasm. However, with the help of Jack and Luke at the Palm Beach Gardens Jared, our day has turned into one of the best! I showed Jack two photos of what I was looking for and with lots of confidence he ran through the store like a tornado and pieced together the perfect custom ring and band set that was everything and more that I was looking for! Along with staying within our budget!! Jack hand selected the most beautiful diamond since he knew exactly what he had in inventory. This was truly an effortless and most pleasant experience! Both Jack and Like were very welcoming and accommodating. Luke and Jack are sweethearts, we shared laughs and even some tears! We are so grateful for Jared and their associates for making this the best possible experience! I encourage anyone shopping for engagement rings to give this location a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

Not a good experience at all from Sheri and Luke, the sales duo 1. They mixed up the wedding band sizing and enlarged my wife’s ring to my size and made my ring smaller. 2. When ordering an engagement diamond they deceive in color, clarity and cut specs and do everything to make the sale. Not knowledgeable in diamond specifications and stingy when honoring price match from other Jareds. Palm Beach Gardens is not a good place to buy diamonds/rings. They want your money and will say anything to sell. STAY AWAY Felt like car salesman and ruined our experience! Greedy money hungry Double-check their discount calc methods, they offer 25% and then take of 10% and another 15% you loose

We are repeat customers and are always extremely happy happy w our visits. Adrian is typically our sales associate and we are beyond impressed w the service and experience every time.

So impressed with the way this store turned my experience around! It was so evident their goal was people oriented above all else. After not having a great experience, Sherri, the store manager at Gardens personally reached out to me and not only solved my issue, but she made it an overall amazing experience, expedited the services, and went above and beyond. We are now working together to create a new beautiful wedding band. I look forever to working with this team and Sherri for many years to come!!

I have been going to this Jared since 2014!! Shari, Christy, Sasha, and Luke are incredible! Even incredible is an understatement. They built this ring for me and made it the absolute ring of my dreams I am so in love and obsessed. Shari texting me updates and Luke helping watch my kids in the store so I can concentrate. They are so amazing 🤩

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in to upgrade my husband wedding band, was greeted by a black gentlemen. After telling him what we came for he immediately took us to the CLEARANCE SECTION. I looked around and asked why did he bring us to this section he said "its clearance and its cheaper*shrugs*". At that moment I knew we were done. For 1, he didn't ask a price point to take us to clearance. I called and was told " to leave a message they're short staff and the manager is off" I have shopped here manyyyyy times. But after today WE WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE. Imagine being racially profiled/discriminated becausey you're black. Don't respond asking me to call cause it's NOT HAPPENING. I'm going to do what I have to do.

My husband (G) and I (Y) just bought rings yesterday. We did not have anything ideas about ring styles. However, everyone in store helped us. We were so thankful so much. They are super fun and talent. We had some fun time and great experience. Thank you again for all the staffs helped us yesterday. You guys are awesome.

We had a great time picking out our rings. We spend extra 40min to drive here to meet them. I would like to thank you to all the staffs (Sherri, Mary, Luke, and Sasha) worked with me and my wife to picked out the best rings that me and my wife love. Super friendly staff and environments. Highly recommended, I would come back here next time to pick out awesome jewelries and to see the staffs again. Best experience ever for our first time shopping!

My husband and I love coming to this location. We bought my wedding band from Jared with the help of Marie last year. A few weeks ago, we returned because I needed my ring cleaned, and I can't stress enough how helpful and courteous she is. She is so knowledgeable, and if you can't find what you're looking for, she’ll do her best to customize it with you. Everyone there is welcoming; if you plan on purchasing a piece of jewelry, this location is the place to go.

I bought my wife’s ring here back in March as well as my ring. This was the first time buying a wedding ring and I have to say it was a great experience. They have really taken care of us with everything. The quality is what I was looking for. I did a little shopping around and really did my research before going anywhere and it led me here.

My fiance and I went to jareds to pick out my engagement ring. Sherri was so helpful and friendly! She explained the grading system and worked with us to find a beautiful ring in our price range. We ended up picking out a band from the in stock items and then ordered a diamond from "the vault". She showed us similar sized diamonds in our chosen ring so we felt confident the one we checked out online would be perfect and when it came in it was even better than we could have imagined. We were not spending as much as some others in the store but Sherri gave us undivided attention and never made us feel less important than those who were spending well above what we were. When the diamond arrived we gave back our band and it was set within an hour! The whole process was easy and so fun. I ended up with a ring I look at 6 times a day and swoon because I love it and my future husband so much! I'm definitely going to go back for our future jewlery needs. Thank you so much Sherri!!!
