I’m a hard person to please. I went to over 6 jewelry stores to sell some jewelry and was hesitant to continue. When Sparkles offered 100s of dollars more..I then realized Sparkles were honest and trustworthy. Months went by I had some broken chains and bracelets Sparkles was able to make a custom piece that brought a sparkle to my wife’s eye. They really do live up to there name!

They know what they are doing...and they charge a fair price. I wanted to give my son a ring that was my dad's but it was much too big for his finger. Another jewelry store promised to order a ring guard but when I called a week later, I found that the owner did not even bother to order it yet. When I went to Sparkles Jewelers, Trevor tackled the issue immediately and saw that a simple ring guard would not work due to the large ring and my son's small finger size. A gold piece was soldered in and the fit is perfect. They also did this in a timely manner. Excellent knowledge and customer service. I will return for jewelry repair, but also to make a purchase from their fine selection. I feel comfortable dealing with Sparkles Jewelers. Excellent experience!

Visited my son for his Birthday and gave him a special watch. He needed it sized. We were leaving that day for the airport. Wanted to get it sized before we left. I looked up a nearby jeweler and I was familiar with the area. It was 10 am and Sparkle jewelry owner just switched his sign from closed to open. We asked him if her could do this adjustment as we waited and we were pressed for time. He took care of us and added the links to the watch. I would definitely recommend this jeweler. He accommodated us and had magnificent jewelry.

Great experience with Trevor at Sparkles -- very helpful repairing a clasp on a gold neclace. He helped us select the best clasp, did the repair while we waited, and acted as though we were long time customers even though it was our first interaction. Highly recommend this family-owned business.
