Expectations were, perhaps, too high for an airport hotel restaurant. We, perhaps, got too excited about our discount coupon. Our hunger may also have contributed to this disasterous meal. God knows. I love calamari, but beg anyone reading this to not order the fried calamari. Under. Any. Circumstances. I also generally love pizza, but the Garden Pizza was also downright gross. Crust was undercooked and the asparagus and olives seemed stale. My partner's Italian pasta was essentially ramen mixed with spaghetti sauce and a sliced meatball. The service was friendly enough, but it would have been nice to have been warned about the fact that we ordered way too much food. Needless to say, I forced down two slices of pizza and refused the offer of a to-go box. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.

Decided to have dinner here since we were staying the night at the hotel. Service was really good. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Poke nachos were amazing! Huge portions too. Pricing was California hotel high but that's expected. Only real complaint...music was HORRIBLE. Screamo band stuff. Not relaxing at all.

The food was ok and the service was above avg for the price. The convenience factor was good as we didn’t have to drive anywhere for dinner.

When I ask the receptionist at the hotel if the restaurant was good she said she didn’t know so we were a little unsure but we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent and the service superb. I got the Rotisserie chicken and my husband got a pizza. The portions were large and the chefs did an amazing job. The waiter went above and beyond to make sure he packaged our leftovers in a way we could carry it with us on the plane as we had 26 hours of flying head of us the next day.

Great food, but very expensive. If you're here on vouchers, the food isn't bad but be prepared to use two days of vouchers for your meal. Had the salmon sandwich and it was awesome but the price ($26, not including tip) would be extremely expensive without my $20 voucher. Overall we used three vouchers and the tip we put on a card (vouchers cannot be used for tip). I would eat here again but it's very expensive without a voucher.

The food was fine, the service was good BUT the restaurant requires you to pay 5% on each item to pay “the increase in minimum wage”. Sad to see a company pass the increase to minimum wage onto the customer.

This really is a bar in the Crown Plaza Hotel, but they have some great food so we love it. We really don't drink, but give me a French dip sandwich or a burger and we are very happy. The service is really nice and it is fast. There are tables for you to dine at and a server will be with you right away. The menu is not huge, but everything on it is great. They really go out of their way to make their food great so it is just not a bar--but if you want to see a game there, this is the place to be. It is super clean. Parking is for a fee, but I recall them validating me last time. This place is close to LAX and perfect if waiting for a plane or someone getting off one. The hotel is also super nice. Have a fun time.

Very expensive… but my god that was the best beef dip in the world. Waiter was very kind but 30 USD for a beef dip is muy loco. They could serve it on top of the Eiffel Tower though. So good.

We ordered two breakfast burritos and two cups of coffee. Burritos had no taste. When we got the check, we found out that the coffee was $8 a cup. We paid $85 with tip. Eight dollars for a cup of coffee at the restaurant like this is crazy. Walk 3-5 minutes and you'll find much better places.

Overpriced. Two sandwiches, $57. That's just theft when it's costco grade food. Mushy bread, mushy fries. It tasted like it was microwaved from frozen, left to go cold. Then reheated in the microwave again, then covered with plastic so all the steam could soak back into and drip down on the food. Mmmmmm, soft wet not-so-prime beef sludgewitch with steamed french fries. Don't yourself a favor and walk by without making eye contact. Would rather go hungry and cry myself to sleep than make this mistake again. I'd give it one star if I could confirm the kitchen is in the same state of disrepair as the Sonesta hotel it's located in, but since I can't, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Never has the honor to try the food cause no employee even bother to give me a menu. After 20 min of waiting, I decided to have a menu, put it in front of me, they obviously saw me but just walked away!!! What the hell? Not even worth the wait.

Surprisingly good hotel bar food. We walked here from another hotel and it was worth the effort. The Cesar salad was fresh and the French dip was super tasty and flavorful.

I walked up to the bartender and waited as he finished serving drinks to the gentleman in front of me. I asked if I can order a drink and he’s said ask your server. I replied that I am not having dinner I only wanted 1 drink and he refused to serve me he said he was to busy to help me.

You should replace the Security officer in the parking and also the security inside the building they both don’t understand their job is to observe and report not to make argument with the pedestrians both of them need a suspension a fire a new job. Taking their authority way too far

Go for a walk before you waste $30 on their sandwiches. Just ate half of the “prime rib” dip. It was the greasiest sandwich I think I’ve ever attempted to eat. Just awful!

Can get pricy. It's fine for an airport hotel bar.

Only reason we ate here, it was convenient at the time we arrived for our room. But was surprised that turkey club was decent tasting, little pricey but it was worth it. Miguel our host was attentive and friendly. Here are pics that I took. They are updated as other posted pics on Google maps are years old.
