We love this place. Razor (the bartender that plays a wicked harmonica) is awesome, so is Chantel! Live bands every Saturday and Sunday. Karaoke on Sunday after the band!

My family has been coming to Redondo for over 30 years. Stopped by here in the past for a drink and to listen to some music. This weekend we were on our way to Tony’s and decided to stop here before. Weren’t even sitting down 5 min and the door man goes up to us and says buy a drink or leave. At first I explained we were waiting for someone friends be he put his hand in my face and said it California law. Unless you purchase something you’ll have to leave. I purchased a two drinks and he came back up to us and said we all had to buy something. Shorty after this the owner walked by and agreed with the old door guy. Very bad experience, and frankly I feel this was a racial thing since we were the only Hispanics in the bar and your door man was only focused on us. We left after all this went down. I will never be back to this establishment and if you want to do yourself a favor steer clear of it yourself. Hit the establishments around it, this place is a joke.

Had the best time ever! The Like Zeppelin band played for almost the entire four-hour time slot, and rocked the house! Also, the Starboard employees, including Razor and Sarah ensured that every patron received good service and enjoyed their time in the club. Although being my first visit to Starboard Attitude, most of the customers were extremely friendly and sociable, which made me feel right at home. Everyone at the club wanted to have a great time socializing, dancing and enjoying the classical rock music belted out by Like Zeppelin. Finally, I even hit up a new friendship with a fellow rock'n roller, and she and I are now concert partners in crime. In summary, the Starboard Attitude provides nothing less than the most awesome experience in the South Bay. Thank you Starboard Attitude and Like Zeppelin for providing a wonderful and memorable experience!

The bartender was great and helpful. She made my friend and me a drink called "Scoopy Snack" and OMG... We were buzzed within a few mins. But we were able to enjoy ourselves. We will be back. The environment was chill. Maybe needs a more modern look but it was to dark to know. The staff at the door was happy and excited.

I love love ❤️ this little dive. The bartender has the most dry sense of humor imaginable, and it goes perfectly with the ambiance of the bar. If you're in to karaoke or live music, then you're found your spot.

It's a cozy spot with a full bar and a good selection of beer. We saw three bands play. The sound and view was great. Get there early to get a good seat!

It's my first time here. The atmosphere is peaceful. The Bar tender is spot on with the non-alcohol drink that I requested. There is not a food menu. However, food can be brought in. Today is Monday, which is karaoke night. There is a small crowd, and they all know each other.

The most underrated bar in the south bay. Friendly people, great live music, ocean views, and a cool name. This place is great.

Pretty chill vibe ✌️ went on a Tuesday night so it wasn't busy but it was pretty chill. You can enjoy some drinks while watching the waves hit the pier 🌊

I love the bartenders here. Super social and chill. The whole place is chill and friendly, really. I love karaoke.. so it's almost perfect. For me anyway.

This dive bar has what you expect from a dive bar. Expect an older crowd. The karaoke and love music nights are a nice touch. I'm knocking it one star because they didn't have the ingredients for a Manhattan. I guess they are used to more of a beer and jack and coke crowd, but c'mon a Manhattan should be standard.

It's a great local bar where you can hear live music and karaoke nights, with good people showing up to join in on the fun!

This is the most underrated place/bar in the south bay. Friendly bartenders with fairly priced drinks. A fairly large bar that's upstairs with some pretty decent views of the ocean outside. They always seem to have some great live music on the weekends. Love the Led Zeppelin tribute bands. Love hitting this place after getting started at Tonys next door.

during a live music performance (they were great)my friends and I (all minors) started a mosh pit with the old people there. and they pushed us all out! what the flip!!!! and some old dude got rocked in the jaw by my friend, then the old dude scratched my friend in the eye. Very rude and unprofessional. He also pushed my friends down the stairs.

We like stopping at this place every time we come to Redondo. The drinks are cheap the music is good. It's kind of a dive bar and does not have food. When the bands are playing the windows are closed and the bar gets hot bur in the end I still think it's worth it. We have been coming here 20 years.
