10/10 would get coffee here again. They are always very friendly and I'm usually in and out within 5 minutes. If you're here enough they start remembering you and your order. Definitely feel welcome every time. Update: still extremely friendly and very fast. I was in and out of here within about 5 minutes which is paramount when you have 3 hungry kids in the back seat

Been going to this dunkin for years and today was the last straw. I went in for my morning latte like I always do but instead of getting my latte I received straight milk. Taking my money and not giving me what I wanted is shameful. Avoid this place at all costs.

This location NEVER gets the drink right. I keep coming in hopes that one day you will not put 10 cups of creamer in my coffee even when the order ask for "easy on the cream" my last order didn't even have my caramel swirl in my Blueberry Crisp Latte. I am usually one who only leaves good reviews for people but too much $$ wasted. I am done coming here.

No sugar in our extra/extra coffee and denied cold foam per DD protocol in place (per manager)

Order # 9236.. Had a piece of plastic in my coffee roll. Took me by surprise. Fortunately I wasn't cut.

Im not sure if they rush through the order, dont listen, or have not been properly trained on how to make the coffee they advertise but unfortunately I cannot keep spending 6 dollars a day for the disappointments. I've gone back in, asked for the order to be repeated, and do not request any special modifications.

I ordered a coffee and 10 munchkins received 9. God, please help these young people.

Coffee and donuts are always great.. Nice selection of flavors. Do miss the $1 Large iced coffees though, can't lie.. good times. 😀

I’ve been going to this Dunkin since it opened. When Salmon worked there it was too notch. I’ve raised my kids going there.. the past few years the service has been lackluster at best. Drive through notoriously gets the orders wrong with no apologies at all. It’s almost as if they give you whatever they want to as opposed to what you ordered. It’s a shame. Salmon is the very best. Not sure where he is these days. But I miss they guy.

This Dunkin is nice, except sometimes the food takes exceptionally long and there's been a few times the tables have been really dirty before I sat down. Other than that, the food and drinks hadn't always been good and the customer service is nice

I went there and thr you g lady with blonde hair was unbelievably rude just wanted to reassure all the items where in the bag i called the store and was hung up on worst experience ive had at this dunkin and will not be returning.

Friendly staff but not serving fresh items. I ordered half a dozen donuts all to which were very hard. Another customer there had to ask them to make fresh coffee!!! This customer also mentioned that he has been there other times and he never gets anything fresh.

Just about what you expect from Dunkin' Donuts. Great coffee and a quick snack. I suggest getting there early for donuts as later in the day something happens and these Donuts turn terrible. Your typical selection of coffee drinks both hot and cold. I like the lattes as well as their regular hot coffee. They also have fruit drinks for the kids. Not too crazy about the breakfast sandwiches there are better places to go out there for that. What's also nice is that this location has a Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop inside. So if you're looking for an ice cream treat that's a nice bonus.

Never seen people screw up simple coffee over and over again. All cream. No coffee. Rude as can be. It's not like I order anything extravagant. There's been 3 times in 6 months they've gotten my order right. It's infuriating. Not wasting any more money.

Waited 5 minutes to brew a new pot of de-caff .. no problem,. Don't mind waiting . After I drove off I realized the server must have put 3/4 of a cup of old cold stale coffee and topped it off with fresh brewed coffee. . coffee was nearly warm and tasted stale.
