We used to love Pizza Mia! In the last year, we had 3 parties catered from them and usually order a pizza once a month. unfortunately our last catering order went wrong. They delivered one incorrect pan of food. It was delivered on time but we kept the food in our ovens until we were ready to serve. When we were pulling off the tops and plastic wrap and adding utensils, we realized we had mac and cheese instead of Italian sausage. We called right away and the manager or owner was very short and unprofessional. He seemed bothered that I was calling. He asked me if we ate it, and we shared that we had not but we had opened it and added our utensils to it. He said someone would come by the house and bring our correct tray. They arrived quickly with a new pan. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the owner/manager asking “so were you gonna give us our mac and cheese back” I was surprised and said “I’m sorry you wanted food back that we opened and added utensils to… give to your other customers?!” He proceeded to get angry with me and say “well yeah I hope you enjoy it because now I have to make a whole other tray for my customers!!” I could not believe it. This was their mistake and then they wanted me to stop in the middle of serving to package the other food up and give it back and did not even offer an apology… Not only unprofessional but in my opinion, not the way food should be handled… I am so sad to write this and wish it was handled better!!

The food here is always on point! This is one of the best spots for pizza 🍕 in New Lenox. The rest of the menu is also great, The “Danwich” is my favorite!

This place was recommended to me by my sister in law. Not sure how their regular pizza is, but if its half as good as the CHUB it's gotta be good! I look forward to going back and trying the pizza.

A great local place for a take-out dinner. We especially like the chicken as well as the pasta. Pizzas are very good as well as the sandwiches and the appetizers. The owners and staff are super friendly and take pride and what they do. We've also had several large orders for party's so consider them for catering!

So this is my nearest local pizza place, it’s a good pizza but recently I’ve had bad stomach aches with this pizza idk if it’s their products or I just don’t know. Else where it’s good but just this place, now today I ordered pizza from here since maybe 2 months ago since I have a stomach ache with this locations pizza. Now seems to apear that there’s a chewed straw in my pizza like wow!! As you can see on this picture. Idk guys

Every time I’ve introduced someone new to pizza mia or a new food item from pizza mia it ends up being someone’s favorite! First it was me, i’m not much of a pizza person (i know, I’m the worst) but pizza mia is one pizza i can have again and again! Even my grandmother who is a picky pizza eater loved it! My dad, a picky eater so bad he’ll never go to a place again if he doesn’t like one thing, said it was the best chicken he’s ever had! Amazing quality for a great price considering the amount of food you get! Quick service and a clean store front! My go to from now on!

Was a customer until last night. Pizza was cold and nasty. Not to mention 40 bucks. Worst I had. Then I got called back from the girl taking calls , just to ask if I wanted to ad a tip to my card since the driver was on his way home after my delivery. She left it on my voicemail. Who does that. Very rude and unprofessional. Never again. Calls me back 5 min later after placing an order to ask that. Unreal. Dam pizza wasn’t even delivered , but ask for a tip 🤦🏾

Bear with me. 20 years ago, had a bad experience with pm in Honer and hadm't got one since today.. ordered a pizza and wings from the New Lenox store today. Absolutely outstanding I every respect!!
