Waited for almost 15 minutes for someone to wait on me. The two ladies at the counter didn’t seem to be interested in making a sale more interested talking then anything else. Left got tired of waiting g and I shouldn’t have to go to them. Will nevef go there again. Very unhappy !

Always love the selections at Silver Moon. Took my sister in for her birthday and she got some beautiful blue opal earrings and feather thumb ring. I treated myself to a chain and black coral ring that I'm completely obsessed with. The staff and Kathleen are always so knowledgeable and friendly. I really like this place, the owner is hands on with the customers. I generally only go to this place in reference to jewelry items. I have bought rings, a pendent and necklace for my husband, and just recently had one of my silver rings reshaped there by the owner the day before my wedding.

Bought a ring 120+ been a customer over 30 years.. couldn't do anything for me no replacement to fixing nothing had it a year do not buy anything that is not sterling .. told me after a year + of wearing it was not there prorblen really do not buy from there designer collections you will be stuck with no replacement or even compensation .. don't care about customers only lining there pockets .. really sad !!! Not ever going thee again..
