We were very happy with our experience with the Brilyo team. From the get-go, they were very friendly and informative during our in person consultation. We were very specific with the kind of diamond that we wanted, and they were more than happy to help us find this. Once the diamond was finalized, which almost took a month to find, they let us decide on every aspect of the setting and walked us through the whole process (i.e. finalizing the design, confirming we are happy with the CAD model, picking up the actual ring). They were very patient with all of our questions, and would try their best to reply within the day even with their numerous clients. Once we confirmed on the CAD model, the ring arrived in 7 weeks, ahead of the 8-10 weeks production estimate. Our first reaction was 'wow! worth it' because the diamond and design both exceeded our expectations.
