    I did not want to post a bad review but I felt like the mgt of Kiyosa is not prioritizing my issue and taking my matter seriously Last Dec 13 I had my lash extension done here by a junior. Unfortunately the next day my left under eye was swollen. Up to now (more than 2wks) I still have an infection, now on both eyes. On top of this, they made me buy this lash coating (Php 1250) and to my disappointment when i got home it was expired. It was 3 months expired. They did replace it but I cannot believe I almost used an expired product near my eyes. Sorry for the picture but this is the worst it got. It was very painful and my eye was really swollen. I wasn’t able to attend xmas parties because of this. Spent Php 3k+ on meds (possibly more since my eyes are still infected) I gave the salon the decency and opportunity to compensate me for the damages since i did not want to publicly post a negative review. However they responded by making me sign a contract that i am never to step foot in their salon again. Unbelievable. As if i need a document to tell me that. Up to this time i am still not reimbursed.

    I had the worst customer service experience with the senior lashes technician last Tuesday. Staff name is Chu. She is so arrogant & rude. I was harrased with her manner of speaking particularly answering back that made me decide not to continue my appointment because I was afraid that she might do something bad to my eyes. Her attitude was inappropriate for a high end salon and customer service. I am a patron of Kiyosa since 2018, I never expected to experience such bad behaviour from this brand. I reported this incident to the customer/ reservations department as I was told by receptionist Aiza. I called and requested to speak to the customer service head but no one called back, sad to say, they let me feel that they did not take it seriously. I hope you could improve your service, this is a bad impression to clients.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the unprofessional, disrespectful and very rude behavior I experienced from one of your employees during a recent interaction at your establishment. As your long time customer(since 2018), I believe it is important to bring such matters to your attention so that appropriate action can be taken to rectify the situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future because I also heard several complains from other customers regarding your manager. On May 23, 2023, I visited your store at Kiyosa BGC F1 Branch. I was seeking assistance with your receptionist Unfortunately, I encountered an employee who introduced herself as the "general manger", this "general manager" of yours displayed an alarming lack of courtesy, professionalism, and respect throughout our interaction. It is essential to emphasize that I have always regarded Kiyosa with high regard, I have recommended and brought several friends in your salon and this incident has left me feeling extremely disillusioned and dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. As a customer, I believe that I deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances. I also work in the service industry and I understand that instances of poor customer service can occur in any organization, but it is crucial for you to address these issues promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that your employees adhere to the values and principles of your company.

    The reason for this low review is because we made a reservation with them as they did not take walk-ins. When the time came for our reservation they asked us for vaccination cards. We do not have vaccination cards because we are not vaccinated as it is not required by law in the U.S. and we believe everyone should have freedom of choice with what they want done to their body. They also did not ask us about this when we made reservations so we wasted time waiting when we could have gone somewhere else. I have no doubt that they offer good service, but the owner of this salon seems to have a dictator mindset. I do not recommend this salon if you are for freedom and equality.

    I only do nails at their store. I believe and like their quality and timeliness no issue at all. But just now, I go to the bgc branch waiting for my frineds to repair, and the attitude of the reception was so bad today. She told me cant waiting there even the repair time only need 5 mins. I can accept the rule with nice

    Attention Kyosa Management: Your receptionist Eli was rude, and the service and attitude was subpar. She has a terrible attitude problem. I discussed my reservations concerns with her and instead of offering me a solution, this narcissistic employee of yours was rude. Every time I visit Kyosa, the presence of this staff irritates me. She always makes an argument with customers pretending like she knows everything and customers don't. I thought it was just me who noticed this staff's disrespectful behavior until my other four friends told me that they are also irritated by her presence. Kyosa appears to be lowering their standards by hiring incompetent employees. Please check how your employees behave with your clients. They will be your downfall. One more concern, Kyosa staff sells and uses expired products.

    I regularly go to Kiyosa ( BGC and Makati) for my eyelashes and hair maintenance even though my residence is in QC. Ivy takes care of my lashes while Jhon does my hair (cut, color, and treatment). There are a lot of salons doing the same services but Kiyosa stands out because of their staff’s professionalism, precision, friendliness, and attention to details. It is also worth mentioning that the place is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be pampered.

    Kudos to you Jon! He never fails to meet my expectations may it be a haircolor or haircut. He is very accomodating and tells you honestly if the cut or hair color will not fit you. Hindi sya pera pera lang and really takes care of his suki! S

    In the end, my manicure and pedicure looked good. However, the overall experience fell short on several fronts. I went in with long, natural nails that had dip manicure on. I mentioned this in my reservation notes and explained to the nail tech that it comes off just like gel. I understood that there was an additional, higher fee for removing gel from another salon. However, immediately, the nail tech started cutting off my nails assuming they were extensions. She never asked if they were extensions, and she never asked if she could cut them off. She offered hard gel extensions at no additional cost, so it was okay in the end, but it was all still very unprofessional. Additionally, the standard pedicure did not include the typical foot treatments (soaking, scrub, buffing). Again, my nails looked good in the end, but you can get a far better quality experience for less in other nail salons in Manila.

    They messed up my records, very unprofessional and unfriendly staffs. The lashes used to be good but now looks fake and painful and itchy. Plus their service is very expensive and they don’t even wanna fixed the heavy and fake looking lashes they did to me. Very disappointed!

    Spent more than 5000+ pesos, but the result is very disappointed… it says Japanese salon but actually the skill stays at old style for the cuticle care… after the treatment my fingers and thumb feet painful and hurt, next day can even see the bruises, and the color of jell didn’t apply evenly as well. They provide coupons for the new customer, but you must refer a friend to get to use the coupon, and sorry for this terrible experience I rather gave up the coupons don’t even wanna bring anyone here for a sorry service…. However I won’t come back here again👎👎👎

    I’m happy with KIYOSA being my hair salon more than 4 years. And this salon (Hairstylist: Jhon) actually performs BETTER than any other salons in JAPAN based on my life there. Very friendly & efficient consultation, accurate assessment, detailed touch. My hair experiences in KIYOSA never fall short of my expectation. If you are first timer, just go request “Jhon” for any kinds of hair service. Jhon has great sense of beauty in addition to skills as a stylist. Perfectionism of Jhon will never compromise your desires.

    Had my eyelash extensions done here and loved it. Technician was Rochelle. 120 pcs, classic style, junior tech. P1,680 only. Appointment said 90mins but i think i only took 1hr. Arrived early and they started on my appointment right away. Didnt make me wait at all.

    I had my eyelashes done by ivy last month 2023, and I really love what she’s done. She is a senior technician,. I even fell asleep while she was putting the extensions on. The lashes looked glamorous, but not over the top, which was what I wanted. In terms of the service, I really would recommend Kiyosa.

    I did a pedicure and it didn't dry. My pillow and blanket were stained the color of the pedicure and they corrected it, but the pedicure came off the other foot the next day. I liked the nail art, but I don't like the pedicure at all. Never do it with Junior Staffs
