am
writing
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
and
concern
regarding
the
unprofessional,
disrespectful
and
very
rude
behavior
I
experienced
from
one
of
your
employees
during
a
recent
interaction
at
your
establishment.
As
your
long
time
customer(since
2018),
I
believe
it
is
important
to
bring
such
matters
to
your
attention
so
that
appropriate
action
can
be
taken
to
rectify
the
situation
and
prevent
similar
incidents
from
occurring
in
the
future
because
I
also
heard
several
complains
from
other
customers
regarding
your
manager.
On
May
23,
2023,
I
visited
your
store
at
Kiyosa
BGC
F1
Branch.
I
was
seeking
assistance
with
your
receptionist
Unfortunately,
I
encountered
an
employee
who
introduced
herself
as
the
"general
manger",
this
"general
manager"
of
yours
displayed
an
alarming
lack
of
courtesy,
professionalism,
and
respect
throughout
our
interaction.
It
is
essential
to
emphasize
that
I
have
always
regarded
Kiyosa
with
high
regard,
I
have
recommended
and
brought
several
friends
in
your
salon
and
this
incident
has
left
me
feeling
extremely
disillusioned
and
dissatisfied
with
the
level
of
customer
service
I
received.
As
a
customer,
I
believe
that
I
deserve
to
be
treated
with
dignity,
respect,
and
professionalism,
regardless
of
the
circumstances.
I
also
work
in
the
service
industry
and
I
understand
that
instances
of
poor
customer
service
can
occur
in
any
organization,
but
it
is
crucial
for
you
to
address
these
issues
promptly
and
take
appropriate
action
to
ensure
that
your
employees
adhere
to
the
values
and
principles
of
your
company.
