The price here is like 40% higher than the salons that are not mall-based. Since this is a pricey Salon, I think the Senior Hairstylist must make sure that their assistant/Junior hair stylist knows when to use the Hot or Cold blow drying. I noticed that most of the time, these Senior hairstylists are away from the customer and Most of the time their Junior is doing most of the work. Overall, my L'ORÉAL Steambond + Keratin Treatment experience was NOT great - just OK (I am being generous for saying "OK") - as there are hairs (the hairs near my ears and at the back of my head) that were not as straight as most of my hairs.

Been here twice and I can say their serbice is exceptional. I just had a minor burn pain in my scalp from the iron straightener but it was only once. The rest of the service was great. They were also kind enough to give me a quotation for my possible payment and then told me they only used a little medicine so I paid almost half less than the expected amount. I would say they value their costumers very well from the moment I called to the time I availed of their services. My hair stylist Frederic was very hands on and very kind as well as his assistant Ayra. They even gave me written instructions to take care of my hair. Will definitely come back.😊

5 stars isn't enough! beyond expectations, I have long hair so the calculation was shocking but I've never had anything done to my hair before its my first time hehehe. *did hair color and keratin treatment* the front desk and kuya kevin is so friendly and the staffs too! I forgot ate's name shes the one who did my hair *see photos* she was very very careful with my ears , (i have piercings that still hurts) so its great! they will take care of you here, thank you po! 😸😸

Had my haircut and keratin treatment with Sir Fred and Arvin. Hair consultation when I arrived at the salon then recommend the keratin treatment since half of my hair is dry due to previous bleaching of hair. What I like about this branch and staff is they will assess your concern at the same time they will thoroughly assist you during the whole process. It made me comfortable to talk with their stylist. Will surely come back because of their service.

My sister and I got haircuts by Sir Fred and Sir Kevin, resp. (also assisted by Ms. Ferlita and Ms. Lorie, resp.) The service was very good, from the appointment booking (they accommodated our requested 30-minute delay, and even then we arrived a little late 🙈) to the service. The stylists paid a lot of attention to our requests and had us check the haircut several times throughout the process. The assistants were very gentle with our hair and gave very good massages. Will definitely return!

The service was amazing! Especially Laurie the junior stylist that took care of me, she was super accommodating. She let me know about the wifi and even offered me water proactively without me needing to ask for it. Will definitely go back when I have the chance!

I love my new hair color by Azta Urban Salon. Four hours of hair coloring easily went by as the staff made sure I’m comfortable. Everyone was attentive and friendly. Honestly, in my experience not worth the price. I've visited this branch April this year to get my previously coloured hair (brown) dyed to black. My hair as shown in the photos is only shoulder length. In their price list a full head hair colour is 2-3,000PHP. When I was there, the head stylist suggested that I choose the "best hair option" which is the Loreal gloss. He said it's PHP 4,800 but will definitely be better results, so I went ahead with it. But they did not actually show me which hair dye they used. It smelled the same as cheaper ones, and the end result is just not what I expected when they said "better". My hair felt dry, hard to comb with brush or hands. No glossy hair, before or after washing. Honestly felt like I was tricked into paying a lot more than I should. The lady stylist was nice though as she gave me a really good scalp massage.

Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! The stylist spent time on fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. They all knew what they were doing, they were all great at their job and I love how my hair came out! Definitely recommend coming here

It’s my first time trying in this salon and it did not disappoint me! I’m happy with the outcome and I had a good customer experience from them. I had my haircut and hair treatment with stylist Kevin assisted by ate Sheila. Also, manager ms. Grace was very accommodating. I had no prior appointment but they let me feel that it wasn’t a problem. Thumbs up for the good service and the nice haircut! I finally found my go-to salon. 🫶🏼

It was my first time to get my hair cut at Azta Urban salon and the staffs in Venice Branch were accommodating and friendly, from the receptionist to the Stylists. Ms. Ferlita's back massage was very relaxing and her hands was very gentle. While Sir Kevin was very professional and skillful. It’s been a while since I visited Azta Venice but every time I visit, the customer service is good and consistent. I got relaxed the way I wanted to with hair treatment and foot spa, thanks to Shiela, Rose and Kevin. Surely going back and a must visit!
