I strongly discourage this salon. I only share the facts here. 1. Guarantee of hair color Because the hair color price is high, I negotiated whether to include the guarantee or discount. They were confident they would be okay because they had never failed. 2. I showed a sample photo and ordered a darker Ash Gray, and they agreed. But the result was a whitish light gray. 3. After a week they promised to repair. They repaired for free, as promised. 4. But one day later Ash Gray turned Ash, so I told them right away. They demanded me pay 1,000 pesos to repair it. They told me that If I refuse, I should use purple shampoo and do maintenance by myself. 5. Below are their excuses. You can't keep Ash Gray for a long time. The repair cost is discounted to 1,000 pesos next time. 6. Belows are my thoughts. They have failed my request and should be repaired for free or refunded. They should tell me that the hair color is only valid for one day before enforcement. If I obey them I have to keep going to the salon every day and paying them 1,000 pesos to keep my hair color ash gray. So it costs 30,000 pesos every month. No matter what I do, I can't accept it at all.

Doesn't start on time of your appointment. We had to wait outside, with their chairs under the sun, since they don't have space inside. They made us move to the shaded area next door which has no airflow whatsoever, we just endured standing by a nearby resto. More importantly, they don't know how to handle curly hair at all. Like a simple instruction of a layered haircut, they just did a straight cut! And that is their Php 500 "hair cut w/ a stylist." I left the salon with really terrible looking hair compared to when I got in. Really not recommending. Lastly, they cram too many people and things in a small space. Worse is that their electric extension wires are quite all over the place that could easily be tripped on or spilled on with liquid.

Got my nails done. It's by appointment. They also do home service. They give you complimentary bottled water. At full capacity, it's a tight squeeze and there was only 1 nail technician. Many payment options: GCash, Lyla Gem, debit and credit cards.

The staffs are all accomodating and friendly! Gave me professional advise on my hair treatment. Will definitely go back for their promos!

I had my hair done today in the BGC branch. I asked again and again before the procedure if they knew how to handle curly hair. They answered yes over and over. But when it was time to dry my hair, they were drying it like they would on a straight hair. The staff didn't even know what a diffuser was called. It's very basic if they know how to handle curly hair. But what they did was they kept pulling on my hair and twirling it while it was on hot blower. I got pissed and just told them to dry it straight. It was frustrating because they kept reassuring me that they know how and at first I said most salons dry it straight even though I'm curly. So I thought they knew what they were doing. Even when my hair was cut, they just cut it like a straight hair. Curly hair is very different to straight hair. I suggest educating your stylists more about curly hair and not make false promises. I don't think I'll come back again.

Me and my mom had an appointment for hair cut, hair color and manicure, pedicure and foot spa last Dec 22, which was acknowledged by their staff. Our appointment was at 2 PM, and we were inside salon at 203 PM. My mom was assisted immediately (thankfully), but I was asked to sit in the sofa at the corner. I knew something was wrong when I overheard their conversation but I thought they were trying to figure out how to solve the problem. I followed up after an 1 hour, and told me may ginagawa lang yung staff na magmanicure pedicure, kahit wala namang ibang for manicure pedicure inside the salon. At 4 PM, I thought masisimulan na din yung mani pedi, since nag approach na yung staff na gagawa, and asked me to choose the color. After 30 mins, hindi naman bumalik and I already saw my mother na papunta na sa washing area to do the final wash. At this point, I stood up and decided to pay for my mom’s treatment, and leave the salon. I’ve waited for almost 3 hours for nothing kahit may appointment kami. And the staff na gagawa nung mani-pedicure was drying another customer’s hair. So apparently, priority nila ang hair treatment dito and dapat may title ka for a special treatment. Kasi no one even bothered to ask if I need water or something. Pero si “Dra”, may pa-water pa. My mother thought na ako yung VIP “Dra” (yes, I have MD too), kaya she was really surprised din when I came to tell her na I’ll leave the salon and wait for her in the car. Disappointing!

Didnt like the way my hair was done. I specifically requested a blended highlight but my hair looked like there are very visible uneven sized lines - huge highlights. Literal parang nilinyahan hair ko in a not so nice way. Also, i felt like the job was rushed. Will have my hair redone soon by another salon.

Had my treatment done here, they used Kerastase fusio dose, only trained salons can do this. My sisters got their hair done here too, they’re very satisfied! To think the prices are all discounted. We’re all happy, will definitely be back

Availed their haircut+hair color+treatment for 1,500 and it’s so sulit. Staff were very accommodating and they were able to follow my peg hair. Super pretty and I love it so much. Chard did my hair

Did avail Keratin Treatment since they said it is similar to a Keratin blowdry I did with a different salon. I thought it would be nice to try them out but I was wrong. I washed my hair and it's like nothing happened. I'm going back to my original salon and ask them to fix it. It was a waste of money and time going here.

A nightmare salon! I didn’t get the hair color I wanted and the hair cut is rushed so there were lots of VERY uneven and unsymmetrical lengths on both sides of my hair. Anthony was the hairdresser, I do not recommend him. He ruined my hair so now I’m going to other salons to have it corrected. Anthony is the worst for customer service as well - unprofessional. He did not communicate with me well. And as the stylist he should have understood what I wanted from my salon visit and take it from there. The other staff were a lot nicer than him though. The overall service feels rushed. Their techniques are not good like when they pull my hair when combing and I have fine hair, when they blow dry my hair- my hair on top was silky smooth but did not pay attention to my hair at the bottom, when they placed the treatment it was only for a few seconds, not even lasted for 30 seconds to a minute. It was just terrible and a waste of money! I availed for their promotion but it’s really not worth it. I had my appointment on time. But I noticed other customers who had appointments had to wait for half an hour to an hour at least. Health and safety is poor such as blow dryers and their cords are placed on the floor, not even on a table. Anyone can trip down. The trash can without a cover is next to the hair washer, so when I lie down to have my hair washed, the trash can was touching my shoes. It was very unpleasant. The salon was very cramped and the AC was not working. Oh, my top was ruined by the bleach they used on my hair as they did not cover / protected my clothes well. So now a portion of my top has no color. I strongly do not recommend this BGC salon! What a holiday nightmare!

It took awhile to have my hair done even with appointment, and it was crowded, however, the staff were friendly and kind and the results were worth the wait!

Although it’s cheap, worst haircut i’ve ever had. They shampoo your hair but no conditioner. Their service is lacking and the place is cramped.
