A family-oriented spa. Changing linens after the client is a must 👍 All areas are clean. 🤩 The massage area is separated with thick curtains. Staffs are all courteous, professional, and sensitive about their client's needs. Being a licensed massage therapist myself, I admittedly may be a bit pickier than most clients. This is a nice and vibrant spa.. The reception staff is accommodating..Tried the combination massage and its really relaxing.. I would recommend “Nicole” if you will visit this spa.. For me, the overall experience is great though 2 of my friends are not quite satisfied.. Still, this spa is highly recommended..

If you want a spa that’s clean and offers fresh set of towels, linens/sheets all the time then this spa is for you. I have a habit of touching and feeling the sheets before I lie down and this spa never disappoints—it’s never oily. Aside from that, they have by far the most respectful and professional therapists I encountered along morato area. The only downside is they close around 11pm. Hopefully they can extend that to at least 1am.

One of the best spa places here in Manila - the ambiance is very calming from the moment you enter alone you can smell the soothing scent and feel so relaxed in an instant. Their massage is superb, their masseuse are well-trained and professional.

I am a massage convert because of them!!! Everything was excellent!! From the moment you enter, the place is super clean , fragrant and really calming. The massage was the best I ever had, shout out to Ms. Fe who was very sensitive to my needs / requests. The oil and rub used were not sticky, in fact, they smell good! WILL GO BACK FOR SURE!!

Will definitely be back. From online booking, rescheduling, staffs/therapist and the spa-experience are all amazing. The place smells so good, very clean and comfortable. Their toilet and shower area is clean, no foul smell. They even have shampoo, body soap and blower to be use. I was assisted all through out by my therapist. Shout out to my very professional at caring therapist, Ma’am Irene and Ma’am Shirley.👍🏻👌🏻 5 stars to you both. I found this place online since we are looking for a spa early in the afternoon. My parents enjoyed the massage and they said they were relaxed throughout the process. They are very accomodating to us. Overall, I loved the time we've spent here and the services they offered. We even purchased their balm and rub oil. 🥰

The staffs of Yu-An completes the experience, from entrance to massage bed we were assisted, so professional, si polite, very good massage, so clean spa, love the time we spent here. Sooo relaxing! Definitely we will be back.
