I have been using Zennya since 2017. Zennya's therapists are highly-skilled. Never fails to relax me. However, yesterday, I spent an hour locating and talking to my therapist and customer service. My therapist failed to find my location despite inputting the correct address. I called the therapist using the app but apparently, this function of the app no longer works. I merely wanted to direct the therapist to the correct location/pin but we were having a difficult time communicating since she was responding in broken English. I was responding in Tagalog and assured her there was no need to speak in English if she was having a hard time and advised her to look for the proper pin. It was a back and forth for over an hour. I reached out to customer service and they failed to help since the company has policies of 1) not allowing therapists to receive calls from customers and 2) requiring therapists to speak in English only. Needless to say, we picked up the therapist from the wrong location and she apologized for failing to speak Filipino as she will be required to attend training for doing so. She feared a reprimand coming from management. How is this a fair and logical policy if Zennya is operating in the Philippines? This just makes it harder when catering to Filipino customers, both for the therapist and the customer. Zennya, please fix this. It's not fair to prohibit your therapists from speaking the local language.

They were endorsed by my health provider in doing a home service lab test. First time user and it was a disaster. They kept changing the time of their visit, customer service is super terrible and extremely slow. I won't recommend availing their home service lab test though, the idea is absolutely amazing, kudos to that. However, I am extremely disappointed, they should repair the team that handles appointments, schedules and assigning nurses, they are not competent enough to handle this line of service. The only positive and a big shout-out to the Nurses, drivers and the team that are being assigned of their task by their HQ. They are just doing what their HQ tells them.

I never understood why this has low reviews, as zennya is a service I tell even my friends about and speak very well of, but now I do. I've always booked zennya for covid testing because results had been timely and convenient. But when it most mattered (testing my father w/ history of heart disease) the nurse said it was probably covid, obviously inciting a lot of dear and anxiety to my family. It felt out of bounds but I tried not to let it get to us since I know turnaround time is usually quick. Long story short it's been more than their 48 hour promise already, their support on status of results has been inconsistent with the documentation on their services and I still have no idea what's happening still because they don't seem to reply when something seems wrong. If I knew this would happen I wish I would've gone with the less affordable but more assuring providers instead. "Wellness" is holistic and I hope their support would be better trained to understand that and not send half baked, unconfirmed replies to pacify.

I am so dissapointed in this company,when i apply online i tell already that i am experienced massage therapist...and their system give me an appointment to undergo face to face interview..bt when i got there the interviewer geraldine Panaligan..she said this company will not hire massage therapist with experienced..it is really dissapointing...waste of money and effort to go to your office in makati.

Always late. Uplods the wrong Lab test result. Asked me to follow up the diagnostic center on my own. Charged my CC without sending the result.

Worst in providing labtest results! You have to download the app via link sent to your email to get the lab results. You will be routed to a very confusing app interface and no results are showing. Tried chatting and calling customer service but you can't reach anyone!

I have been a long-time regular customer of their service more than two years, but now seriously considering deleting the app. They have good therapists however very hard to get them and I guess that there are intentional manipulations on the booking by the operators. Also their customer service is not kind and fast enough. ‐---------------- After the first post 7 months ago, nothing has changed and I moved to other service provider.

I had an unfortunate experience with this service. After waiting for an hour for the therapist to arrive, she cancelled the booking, just when she was already inside my village for reasons I do not know. Then there was an attempt to twist the truth as she told her boss that she was asked to wait at the guard house for 20 minutes, which was a big fat lie! As soon as she entered our gate, the guard already notified me that a therapist was on her way to my place, ON FOOT. Apparently she wasn't in a service car and she was just dropped off by uber because there were still other passengers with her. She probably realized that my house was a bit far from the gate so she just deemed it to cancel my booking! I took the matter to her superior and in fairness, they were apologetic for what happened and gave me a promo of free massage on the same night. But I gladly declined the promo. It was too late the hero. I needed a massage that very night, because of back pains, but instead of relieving this, I got so frustrated and stressed with the whole incident. I now regret recommending this service to my friends.

All of zenya therapist are not a Medical therapist as they claim. They are not professional, they don't know how to deliver the proper technique of medical massage therapy so poor quality of services. I advise to the owner of Zenya to hired professional Medical Massage therapist, or to hire Professional Trainor of Medical Massage Therapist. You'll gonna have a lot of complaints and loosing clients for having unprofessional employee.
