I've
been
going
to
Spiral
for
many
years
and
food
and
services
were
never
been
disappointing.
So
to
try
something
new,
I
went
to
Le
Bar
to
have
a
meeting
with
my
business
partners
and
managers
on
September
23
at
around
10
am.
We
were
seated
and
we
waited
for
a
while
to
be
approached
for
our
orders
(approximately
30
min).
Waiters
walked
passed
by
me
while
I
had
my
hands
raised
up
and
still
for
some
reason
no
one
approached
me.
I
had
to
walked
up
to
the
waiter
multiple
times
to
get
their
attention.
The
amount
of
servers
working
were
MORE
than
the
amount
of
people
dining
that
morning
so
I
do
not
know
why
the
service
was
so
bad.
Water
were
not
served/offered
and
I
had
to
ask
for
them.
I
also
had
to
follow
up
on
our
coffee
orders
since
I
waited
for
another
close
to
20
minutes
just
for
the
coffee
alone
to
be
served
and
this
is
after
following
up
on
them
(once
again
I
had
to
go
up
to
the
waiter
since
everyone
was
too
busy
to
see
my
hand
up).
Our
food
orders
arrived
shortly
after
30-40
minutes.
Food
were
incomplete
and
had
to
follow
up
on
the
missing
order.
FYI,
coffee
order
was
also
incomplete.
Was
all
the
staff
having
a
bad
morning?
Seriously,
I
get
better
services
going
to
a
fast
food
restaurant.
I
kept
my
cool
and
the
taste
of
the
food
helped,
but
it
is
not
worth
coming
back.
Please
take
note.
I
am
currently
staying
at
Sofitel
for
the
night
and
AC
is
not
working
properly
after
housekeeping
checked.
I
was
informed
that
enginering
will
be
assisting,
but
hours
later
wala
pa
rin.
Front
desk
was
informed
and
I
instructed
not
to
bring
anyone
up
to
check
since
it
was
already
late.
Le
Bar
and
my
current
over
night
stay
at
Sofitel
is
a
disappointment.
I
regret
choosing
Sofitel
over
Conrad.
Better
pay
that
extra
$$$
at
Conrad
to
get
a
much
better
service.
