This is definitely a very good dining experience. We were blown away by the exceptional interior design, and I like the concept. For food, we got Four For All, but the milkshakes are a must-try. It's a huge restaurant, and we had so much fun. Parking is so challenging.

Probably one of the coolest American diner experiences in all of Philippines. They have walls upon walls of memorabilia - it feels like stepping into the good old times when diners ruled. The food is amazing. Fresh always. The wait staff are all dressed up in retro uniforms from that era and everyone is well put together, clean and professional. Speaking of clean, you would think that, with all the memorabilia, it would be dusty or grimy but they keep it all so clean. The location is fun - right in the heart of Burgos St with lots of people watching and bars within very close distance. It’s non-smoking therefore allows for a fresh atmosphere.

This is one of the places you go to only for the vibe, but not for the food. We went here for brunch, and the ambience immediately captured us, with the staff matching the theme with their uniforms. Their menu was ₱₱₱ so we expected more, but we basically forced ourselves to finish our orders in the end out of umay from too much salty, sweet, or just bland tastes. I don't really see myself going back unless it's to bring kids to see the decors. But there could be a decent meal in their menu that we failed to try.

1950s American concept restaurant. Absolute Heaven to be able to get food in the wee small hours, after a night out. The staff are super courteous and helpful and did their best to accommodate all groups dining in. There are plenty of food options for everyone's taste. Something for everyone.

I really like this place its so lively and the designs are so eye catching. You can never get bored at it. The food quality is fantastic, our pasta and steak has a generous serving and really worth it. I'm too excited to comeback and try other food in the menu 😁. There are so many places you can take pictures with, as the place is surprisingly bigger than what I have expected. Their service is also good as well the staffs are kind and mindful also I like how they are wearing different costumes specially 'chucky' who always try to surprise you. Hope he continues doing that. really fun guy Overall, would definitely bring my family and friends here when I came back.

Ambiance is the best!!! This cafe is retro themed. There are special shiny cars with tables you can fancily eat in on if you expect your orders to reach up to 2000 pesos. Food is good too! They're a bit pricey compared to other local restaurants but it's acceptable considering all the electricity needed to keep this place aglow. They have all sorts of old things in the cafe. All are well-maintained, shiny and bathed in neon light like it's the 80s in America and everything is plastic and new. This is a good place to take new visitors, friends and family from the province, because most are easily awed by the beauty of this place.

It's like a time machine going back in 50's & 60's era whereas a lot of memorabilia let you really experience a natural feels during that time. Some of the noticeable figures there are the likes of Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, James Dean, Marvel Characters, DC, StarWars, Vintage Motorcycle, Vinyl Albums, Mobster Portraits, Movies like Pulp Fiction , The Shining and many to mention. Ambience definitely caught my attention. There food is a top notch highly recommended,the ribs, chicken wings, pasta & pizza is a must try menu. Will definitely go back again here.

I like the ambiance and how spacious the place is! The food is quite expensive but you will be satisfied with the serving. I recommend to every visitor to try their milkshake, it was one of the best. The staff was friendly and attentive. The bar-cafe makes sure it follows the safety protocols. If you have a car I suggest you park in the nearby Century City Mall because it’s hard to park in Poblacion. Would love to go back to this place soon.

Looking for a late night snack of burger and milkshakes with a 1950s ambiance? This is the right place!! Really at awe to try and enjoy this place which is open until 2am. It’s in the middle of Makati so parking there is no parking space inly roadside parking. Nonetheless, the burger and milkshakes are authentic! We will definitely come back here and enjoy the scenic era of 1950!

Hearty dishes served in a kitschy American-themed diner decorated with 1950s memorabilia. This place would definitely bring you back to the 50s era where vintage cars, the interiors, old posters, other collections, they were immense. So I would advise, before you sit, do walk around and just appreciate the bits of history that surround this diner. It wasn’t too busy when we arrived so we got a seatt very easily. They handed us the menu and can I just that all the dishes looked delicious. May I also add that the staff were also very friendly and always smiling. That makes a difference too overall! We ordered some Long Island Teas to start with and other cocktails. Then we decided, instead of ordering main courses, to order a selection of the best starters they could offer.

Nice 50's Diner themed place. Reminded me of that diner in Pulp Fiction. 😊 Food was ok, loved the chicken pesto and the nachos. The banana split was really good too! 🍨 Be sure to go there early for dinner though since waiting times can be quite long specially during weekends.

It was FILLING both for the eyes and the tummy. I wanted to go there since 2022, however, it's quite far from our place. Luckily, we were able to visit the place recently, and I was so happy. The place was SO FUN to look at. No wall was spared from the vintage design. I also thought the place was small BUT upon checking out the whole place, it was spacious. There were also character impersonators. Old actors, horror characters, and such. They're a really fun addition. The food is quite pricey but I think it's reasonable because the servings are big. Good for big groups.

Ambiance and decor is great. They have a smoking room for diners which is somehow convenient for some people for them not to be hassled in going down to smoke. Food is a bit bland for me but if it's only for chilling, I'd recommend this place. They have a wide variety of food and drinks but I don't have that "wow" feels for their served food or drinks. This restaurant is mainstream for instagram or pictorial purposes but I wouldn't recommend for a good dining experience because their waiters are inattentive and it's kinda cluttery with their tables and bar area because they don't clean the soonest once the diners are done. The reason may be is because they are understaffed because there are a lot of diners but limited staffing for them to provide good service or food. Comfort room is dirty which affects as well my rating because I believe that a restaurant's cleanliness with the bathroom reflects the hygiene of the whole restaurant, mainly my main concern is that it can also reflect their kitchen. To sum it all up, this restaurant is good for pictorials but I wouldn't recommend for a great dining experience.

I did not go inside as 1 of the security guards is a racist. In order of COVID restrictions he wanted to take photos of IDs. I did not agree as there is no requirement therefor. His reaction was like foreigners should leave the country as its his country and foreigners have to follow HIS rules. The nice and young lady at the entrance did not ask similar things and even told him to stop!

Finally ate at the famed Filling Station. Saw photos of this restaurant years ago and always wanted to go. The place is big considering how loaded it is. They even have a car replica you can sit and eat in. The food is definitely not your typical fast food price but so worth it, t’was good. You can’t leave this restaurant without snapping or posting for a photo. This is definitely the most aesthetically appealing restaurant I’ve been in. Will definitely go back if I have the money.

Dining here is quite an experience. From the decor to the huge portions of food which are very reasonably priced, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back again! The burger patties recipe needs some further improvement though as it was dry. It gets pretty busy at night with long queues but much more quiet during the day.

I’m not sure if they were having an off day or not but the vibe of the place did not match the vibe of the staff. It seemed like everyone there really hated working there. I think there’s some changes that can be made in order to make the staff job easier so they actually like showing up to work.

Food is definitely awesome and the portions are big. Staff are awesome as they are very courteous and attentive. They had us seated at the car table in the middle of the place which was very cool. Though next time we eat there I will just opt to use the regular seats as that car table isn't really for big guys like me 😂 ( I could barely fit). The atmosphere is great. I love what they did with the place. It feels like you are back in time in a 50's diner. I would say that it's one of the places that you should try when in Poblacion.

Amazing!!! You get exactly what you pay for! Its not cheap, its the normal prices youd pay for any kind of food like this American restaurant as you would elsewhere in the world. I got the taco and nachos and strawberry smoothie all exceptional! The strawberry smoothie was more a sugary American version than a pure fresh one, still tasted great. The air con inside is actually really good, dress to expect it be cool/ cold. Really cool the amount and quality of decor and everywhere has something different and new to catch your eye, even the staff are dresses in the themed style! Easily spend 0000's peso, varies depending on what you want.

An amazing place with superb interiors located in the center of the Makati area. It has been one of my favorite places for years now. I've been here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I've never been disappointed with any of the dishes. I've tried the burrito, American breakfast, and the Hamburger 🍔 in a pancake (this is a must-try)! The iced latte is a must-have, and apart from these, they have a pretty comprehensive fancy menu. The service is really quick, and the staff is welcoming!

The food and beverages are on the more expensive side, though their portions of the food are big and quite filling. There's lots of things to see on the walls and ceilings, great place to take aesthetic pictures. There was even a small show entertainment where some of the workers performed a dance routine, that was cute. They don't really have a parking area, so you'll have to find a parking space outside on the streets.

Yes the interior brings you back to the 50’s ambience of an American Diner. I am not that happy though with the food and the place reeks of cigarette smoke...there could be a smoking room somewhere! Entering this place is like going to an amusement park...it satisfies for the moment but not the food nor the memories will last long!

It's my first time not being able to finish a meal because it's so many! I love every bit! An awesome experience indeed.

Nice place to chill. Full of marvel characters and other iconic action figures. A lot of instagaramable spots inside the restaurant. The comfort room is clean. Uniforms of their crews are cool. They are all accomodating too. Food a bit pricey, but could be justified with the taste.

It’s alright. One of those classic places you have to go just to say you’ve been there. Honestly there is nothing amazing about this place, food is ok and mixed drinks are downright bad. Actually I can honestly say I had the worst margarita in my life here. But the atmosphere is kinda cool, so that’s the main reason to visit. Right?

Its not everyday you get to enter a restaurant that will take you back in time. Retro interiors and yummy ice cream! Was just not impressed with the yema cake, like it was leftover from yesterday. Took awhile for the order to arrive and came back with unavailable cakes. Had no choice but to choose yema cake which was disappointing.

Narezzer the waitress (hope I got her name right) has excellent customer service. She's always smiling and speaks good English too. I wasn't expecting the food to arrive on time considering how very busy the place is, but I was surprised that my food was delivered in just under 7 minutes after ordering. The deco is lovely too!

A must go timeless experience that brings you back to the 60s dinner since 1992. If you crave those classic ice creams , milkshakes , burgers , surf n turf etc. A bit pricey but worth the trip and experience you wouldn't regret that you feel as if you're in a different era. The only down side is no parking. They are open now with safety health protocols , sanitation on each table after each satisfied customers leave ready for another one. Don't mind the strictness since all staff are courteous and very accommodating while following health protocols. It's my 3rd visit never disappointed with the food and the diner is always amazing.

Not a family-friendly restaurant. Filling Station refused entry to my child for no valid reason. At first, they said the IATF does not allow minors inside restaurants. When I said that it was not the case anymore in NCR, they said that it was Makati. When I explained that we had been eating in many restaurants in Makati, they said that Poblacion does not allow minors. When I told them that that was not true, they said that the management does not allow minors. When I asked why, they said that they were still discussing it and they are waiting for a memo... So much stupidity, it's hard to understand how a business can lose 4 customers and be happy about it. Completely illogical. A month ago we tried to eat here a few night but there is always a long queue. We thought wow, it must be so good! Yesterday we ended up here for breakfast by mistake. Nothing out of the ordinary and quite pricey (2000php breakfast for 2) Although there is several staff on the floor, they need to be called several times and are not paying much attention to you, but more to chat and joke between themselves. Not sure how lunch or dinner is, but breakfast was nothing to write home about.

Ambience is exceptional. You don't get to see diners around the metro which makes this unique. The waitstaff are reall friendly and have been doing a good job with attending at us. The only cons would be their chicken. We're not the best food critique but to say this is just to say it out of concern. This is actually the worst fried chicken we've tried so far. We aren't a fan of max's because their chicken is dry, this one felt drier than that.

A cozy and unique bar and cafe in the Poblacion of Makati, Metro Manila. It provides an 80s American style with many cools spots to take photos. The food is nice with the worth it price. You can order alcohol or non alcohol drinks. If you want to celebrate birthday, you can ask the waitress to serve a birthday cake and play the birthday song. A nice place to enjoy with family or friends. But I don't recommend to bring your kids here. The location is strategic and easy to find. The service is nice.

Ruby's diner fans will go out of their mind here. The food is great for Filipino's and foreigners alike. The menu has American staple dishes and your typical Filipino cuisine. I would have given 5 starts for service if the waiter would have taken the emply plates from the first course away before bringing the second course.

Only downside is that we had to wait a long time to settle the bill and you have to go to their till personally, and wait again for a bit if you're paying by card. Nonetheless, we enjoyed it here.

Loved this place. Been there a number of times, but never for breakfast. Waffles were fluffy, coffee was decent (better pure coffee shops around the area), and service was great. Little things were off putting, like my Mango juice was delivered as a shake, still delicious, and the music for 8am was very loud.

Portion sizes are US sizes.
