👍 The experience was great! I love the dessert section. The seafood was superb you can ask them to cook it in soup or stir fried. You have a lot of options when it comes to the seafood. The rest of the food taste fine but could be better especially if your paying for ₱4,900/ $98 Sunday lunch or ₱ 3,6... Spiral before the pandemic was 101% amazing! It was the epitome of buffet in Manila. Currently, their food changed. It wasn’t the old Spiral experience I had before. Instance, there wasn’t many choices in their pastries, and dim sums (specially, no hakaw). The food was okay, it wasn’t that bang anymore. Cheese room and deserts was still amazing though. Will definitely visit them again soon.

My early 30’s is full of spiral memories but alas all good things must come to an end.. goodbye spiral I Never thought the quality of spiral would ever go down ever since they opened back in 2006. I always thought that I would be able to enjoy spiral with my kids for many more years to come. But such a disappointment the only thing they got going for them is their ice cream and that’s it. Everything in their menu was either too dry, lacks flavor, too salty, not fresh. I mean there are some many things that are wrong that I don’t even know where to start. It is such a waste of almost 4k per person, I suggest just looking for another alternative buffet place. I will be going to more buffet place give an honest review, so will let you guys know where to eat next. If you have any suggestions do let me know so that you can be assured that it’s a real review.

Spiral is definitely the best buffet in Manila. They have it all, and it's all served at exceptional quality. Other buffets usually lack variety or quality in some way to satisfy either part, and Spiral manages to achieve both points. The 21 Ateliers is the real deal, and you'll be dining like a god because they offer all these cuisines with so many fantastic options. Calling in for a reservation is practically a must, even if there's plenty of seating available. The staff and their overall friendliness and performance is also above and beyond. There's enough staff to cover the venue (around ~40–80? guests) and every request asked has been addressed very quickly. They're also very knowledgeable, so you can always ask recommendations if you're overwhelmed at the options presented to you. (NOTE: Photos included only cover less than half of the ateliers (Japanese, Chinese, Indian, etc) but there's plenty of reviews here to cover those.)

Located within the Sofitel Hotel, Manila, this is one dining experience you won't want to miss. Decorated for the Christmas Season it is absolutely beautiful. The food is excellent! The service is outstanding. The ambience is festive and a live Sax playing was delightful.

We had an amazing dining experience at the Spiral buffet! It deserves a solid 5-star rating. The highlight for me was definitely the brick oven pizza, which was both delicious and fresh. The selection of dishes was impressive, offering a wide variety of options that catered to everyone's tastes. From start to finish, it was a delightful culinary journey that I can't wait to repeat.

Lovely restaurant and star location for Sofitel! Next to the pool and activities the restaurant is resplendent in decor and the breakfast is to savour and enjoy while on vacation!

Unremarkable.... What a disappointment. Maybe it's because my expectations were too high after watching glowing food reviews by 2 of the most revered food reviewers. The food here was average at best in terms of taste and freshness. And selection is not that great either. King crab legs, mud crabs, scallops, real lobsters were missing. This shouldn't be the case as it is the most expensive buffet in Manila!

I think it is a little overhyped. Yes, the place is huge with numerous stations. However, we needed to queue a lot, and the portions are sometimes too big and mostly too small. So either you ask for 3 person portions, or queue again. There is no particular dish that I liked a lot, all was good but not really special. The Christmas decor however is beautiful, and the staff was really helpful.

Good buffet in Manila. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, they have an incredible variety of food choices from French, Italian, Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, India and Korea. Amazing cheese room with a lot of French cheeses. Sometimes they have French oysters and French specialties. Nice trolley with a excellent selection of wines from the world. Staff are very attentive but not always well trained. I recommend this place.

Top-quality food, wide selection, and warm ambiance—Spiral has it all. It’s probably the best buffet I tried in the metro, but it comes with a (high) price 😅 I had high expectations, but safe to say, they delivered. The staff was attentive and made sure the guests enjoy a pleasant stay. The challenge was there was too much good stuff here, that you can’t savor all without feeling bloated first. They also have a cheese room allowing four guests at a time. Their juice options are available for an additional charge. Reservations are required.

Foods: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ For a breakfast lover like me, this is actually like a paradise. 😂 I really loved everything in the breakfast buffet. Price: 💸💸💸💸 A bit pricey but, the price is reasonable since the breakfast buffet is already included in the hotel stay. I can say that the price is worth it in every bit of the foods that we have eaten. 😍😍😍 Thank you Spiral for the best service and foods that you have. 🥳🥳🥳

Service here is always good. Now with social distancing rules it's a little more civilised when ordering your food but a little annoying as there is a "flow" and only one entry and exit. But it's ok as we have to adjust to the new normal. Foie gras and steaks are always good here and the cheese room is great too. Some advice though for management, please list all the dishes available at each station. Eg, I didn't realise there was raclette available until I saw the cheese and asked the sous chef.

Our family had an amazing time at Spiral. The food was incredible, with a wide variety that pleased everyone. The restaurant’s buffet concept is a global culinary adventure, with live cooking stations offering a wide variety of flavors. From fresh seafood to delectable desserts, every dish was a treat for the senses. The staff, from waiters to managers, were so friendly and attentive, making us feel really welcome. They even offered us a private room, ensuring a comfortable and accommodating dining experience for all of us. This thoughtful gesture added to the enjoyable atmosphere and made our time at Spiral even more special. It was a heartwarming experience, and the atmosphere made us feel like we were among friends. Spiral is definitely a place where delicious food and wonderful people come together to create a memorable family outing. We can't wait to go back!

Lovely restaurant with nice ambiance. Place was packed when we dined there. There were several stations to choose from but unlike before where you can get your own food, most of the main dishes were portioned. The cheese room is still great.

First of all, this is an expensive place. So you have every right to expect amazing food and service. Fortunately, I can say that even during this pandemic, they delivered very well. Food was sumptuous. Everything I tried tasted really good. Meats were soft and seafoods were fresh. Service was splendid, everyone was courteous, they cater to requests quickly (well that's probably because the place is not as crowded), no waiting, no lines. Just luxurious eating. They follow a simple protocol for social distancing. You can only go one way, you ask a chef for what you want, they give you the plate of food. And since it's a place where you can expect people to follow directions, you do feel safe. I recommend the place if you're celebrating a special occasion. It's not really worth the price, but if you just want the day to be special, then this place will serve the purpose.

It's a luxurious buffet restaurant with a lot of food choices, inspired by dishes from different countries. Food is very good and delicious, the service is superb and the atmosphere is cozy and classy. The ambiance is very relaxing with very mild and beautiful background music from musicians playing live. This is better than the famous Vikings and other buffet restaurants but pricier, they charge higher than the others which is expected because it is in a high-class Sofitel Hotel.

Last year this place was excellent. This year sad to say quality has been horrible. The main reason I went here is for the seafood the seafood was horrible either it was frozen or recycled from the previous day. I was impressed last year this year it was not great at all. The shrimps were soft and the shell was slightly slimy. The desert was empty Half hour before closing was not replenished. Dessert was not as great it was last year truly disappointed. The cheeses were hard to know which one you’re eating when you get a small sample of everyone they should have some type of labeling. The guy in the cheese room was excellent and answering questions on where it came from. And they increase the price for the holiday season. For the quality that was served I don’t think I’ll be going there again. Recommend go somewhere else you could have the same seafood without the high cost.

With the proverbial "new-normal" in its full swing, there are definitely adjustments needed to be made. To summarize what that means: no more grabbing the food yourself, it's the station chefs who would be doing that from now on. If that is something essential to you, then it is a bummer. That said, Spiral is SPIRAL because of the world-class hospitality of the staff - they're there to simply make you feel like kings and queens. Very apt for such a majestic spread of top quality food selections.

I liked our experience dining here. I've seen a lot of negative reviews saying their food was meh, and runs out of good options quickly but it was the opposite of what my family experienced. It truly was a memorable experience. It was my sister's birthday and we paid/reserved ahead of time. We were seated somewhere away from the crowd which we appreciate a lot and it was quiet enough to have a good conversation. The ventilation was perfect as well. They had unlimited champagne (moet & chandon imperial) and I think my sister and her partner got their money's worth just by that. They've had more than several refills. I loved their coffee (illy). I've had a couple. You can also ask for non alcoholic drinks like juice and mocktails. They weren't sugary/strong in taste and it was perfectly balanced. The lamb and the garlic roast beef was soft to chew and flavorful. The seafood we had was all fresh (tuna, salmon, shrimp, oysters, lobsters). We didn't experience any spoiled or rotten food. We enjoyed the cheese and bread section as well to cleanse the palate. And we had enough sweets and desserts to finish our course. Their service was amazing too. Thank you Sir Ramon, for serving us and for being so attentive to our needs without us having to ask for it. You even went out of your way to ask if we liked our lobster baked or if we'd like to have our foie gras. You constantly cleaned the plates from our table, and you never missed a thing! Thank you so much for being so kind to us. I also commend Ms. Angela and Sir George for serving our table. Thank you. We felt so warm and welcomed to eat comfortably to our hearts desires. We never felt anxious to get more food or try a different course. The energy was just right iykwim. Thank you as well for gently reminding us the time to get one more round of drinks and food before the buffet closed. Overall, I think if you're conscious about the price you should reserve this place for once in a blue moon occassions. It's worth it. And come here on a sunday brunch. That's what we had. I have one simple guide to those who would like to get through this buffet experience practically, which is "alot an hour on protein, another hour on fiber/carbs, half hour on soups and/or hot drinks and last half hour on deserts" With that said, I still wish I had enough space on my belly to try everything. Thank you.

We had breakfast buffet here for only 2,000 pesos. Food - there are a lot of options, but for 2,000? Kind of worth it but just fine. Nothing really special though there are a lot of cusines. Parking - They have a valet parking, the parking itself is free for first 3 hours. Valet service costs us 150 pesos. Ambiance - Loved the ambiance, it's Christmas so everything has lights, decorations etc Service - Super cool and friendly staff. They will get used plates most of the time.

It was a wonderful experience for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the restaurant with my children. The variety of food offered was definitely considered one of the best buffet that I had eaten. Furthermore, the waiter, Clods, served and attended to our needs. He had brought to the table some highly recommended food for us to sample. He did an exceptional job that was way beyond the duty of a waiter. Well done!

The best buffet ever! The cheese room is to die for! We tried both the breakfast and dinner, i think going there for dinner is better cos you'll have access to their chocolate corner that you can't have during breakfast. Also, we tried to try and finish the whole corners but sadly we didn't make it (every time) cos we're full! 😂😂😂 Overall, food is scrumptious and staffs are very approachable and were very nice. we're very happy cos you're spoiling us a loooot when we stayed there hahahaha. The extra calories are all worth it 😂❤ Caaaant wait for my next visit ❤

One of the best buffets I've been to! The selection and range is amazing, with Filipino, Thai, Indian, Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Indian sections. Absolutely spoilt for choice. There is even a dedicated cheese room. Yes, a room. Desserts were also great with gourmet pastries and chocolates alongside ice cream and local sweets. First World problem - not enough stomach space to fit it all in. Cherry on top is the luxurious ambiance of the Sofitel hotel.

Comparing this to a similarly priced Vegas buffet, Vegas wins hands down. This place has amazing selection, but I thought the quality was a bit hit and miss between dishes. There were many really delicious items, but I had to go through too many mediocre foods to find them. For the price, I was expecting much better consistency. The ambiance and environment was superb.

The food is tasty as if home cooked. Food did not taste like cooked in bulk. There are a lot of option. Although for the price tag, you would expect drinks to be included but are not. However, in terms of taste and food quality, there is a buffet in the vicinity that matches this place (same quality) but is 25% cheaper. We tried this place for experience but would just eat at the other buffet next time.

I just ate at Spiral buffet a couple of nights ago based on recommendation from social media. I was there for a Friday dinner and it became one of the worst decisions of my life. First off, its not $60, its $68, plus they add 10% more for a "Service fee." Drinks are extra which they kept pushing. Ended up being $80.15 pp after the conversion to usd. My favorite was the Cheese room, most of the food quality was really poor and you could find a lot of the same items at an American "run of the mill" Chinese buffet. I was most looking forward to the Peking Duck station, but they did not make the wraps fresh like on social media and the duck meat was cold :(. A lot of the seafood were definitely not fresh but instead frozen as per many of the comments on Google and Tripadvsior. Also a good amount of the hot items were even served cold due some of the heating units not turned on which is shameful for a buffet in this price range. Just to give you an idea, if you know buffets; the shrimp was even unpeeled and the best meats at the carving station was just turkey, ham and brisket...that's it. This leads to the conclusion that either management is now taking a different approach or a lot of the videos on youtube were staged. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, save your money and just go to a real buffet in Vegas and stay away from this joke of a restaurant. I recommend either Wynn's buffet or Caesar's Bacchanal buffet which will blow this place out of the water.

One fo the best restaurants in Manila, prices are rather high. The quality of the different cuisines is excellent, especially the French area or the Japanese. What we did not like was the fact that the service water is not really up to the standard you would expect, and that normal beverages, like soda or beer are not included in the buffet.

Came here after seeing amazing reviews from Youtubers who made this place seem like the second coming of Christ, I’d say tone down expectations. Most of the dishes are great and for me justify the price (in fact, I could just eat that prime rib all day and it’d be worth it), but it isn’t an ‘eye opening meal’. Selection is wide and the decor and atmosphere are great. Service is good but not exceptional as depicted in these videos, with every member of staff smiling and eager to accommodate every need and request.

This is probably the BEST buffet I've ever been to in my life! They have so many delicious selections, ranging from French, Italian and Pan-Asian (including delicious Filipino offerings) My wife and I went there in October 2019 and we really wanted to come back, but because of the pandemic, we will have to wait. I am hoping Spiral Buffet can stay afloat until everything clears, so that we can visit again. I really enjoyed the Sushi and Sashimi, plus the French food section can give you a Fois Gras if you ask them for it. You can even have it included as an item on your Pizza! The desserts section is amazing too! Crazy amount of ice cream and desserts! The smoothies are just heavenly. I ordered a Mango Pineapple smoothie and it was awesome. It is all natural and organic, so the delicious flavours really come through. The service is super, super friendly as well! I cannot remember the name of our server, but she was very accommodating and always checked on us to make sure we were happy. They are very fluent in English, which makes it easier for visiting Canadians or Americans to enjoy the buffet experience. Thankfully my wife speaks Tagalog, so that she could talk to the server as well. Overall, I highly recommend Spiral Buffet. They are so friendly and the food there is worthy of 3 Michelin stars. I pray we will be able to visit and eat there again soon.

Exceptional service from the concierge at the Sofitel when booking our dinner at Spiral. Literally every other buffet we called was booked up but spiral not only accommodated us but made sure to make the occasion extra special for my brother in law who just graduated by surprising him with a slice of cake. Loved the selection at the buffet. There were some items that were a miss but for the most part the dishes were well done especially the Japanese and Indian stations.

Sofitel, or as it was previously known Westin Philippine Plaza, was the go to place for bay view gardens and amenities--something 4/5 star hotels along Roxas Boulevard couldn't offer, until maybe Conrad and City of Dream came along--although they're elevated amenities. Sofitel gained massive popularity ten years back when it just got off renovations and as a marketing boosts, was able to ride the tide of group coupons. Everyone was getting it--literally--repeatedly. For my wife and I, Sofitel offers the best selections for cheese, for the polarity of menus, and the luxury of space--get a taste of a grand banquet area amply spaced u like other mainstream buffet places where people are packed.

Pps would have been extra nice if they had iberico!!

All the staff were friendly and serves you well! Highly attentive and they’re happy doing their work. But for the food, Basically you’re paying for the ambiance. But the food isn’t worth the price tag. Went on a Sunday brunch. social distancing in seats. Due to covid it’s not a buffet in the sense of getting your own food. There are servers each section and you’ll ask for the dish. They’ll give it to you in plates. Sadly reminded me of turo-turo. Dim sum ok . Sushi and maki is pre-prepped, tempura have been sitting out a while. Indian food is good, cheese and cold cut plates are good. Dessert is sweet (too sweet). Bonus points for Moet. With the vast choices now of buffet , spiral is a splurge for ok food .

Although far from our usual hang out area, our group tried Sofitel's Spiral for the first time. Their awesome offering of Korean, Thai, Japanese, Filipino, Chinese, Italian, and French cuisines requires one to be quite choosy because it is just not possible to try them all. There's the usual food-to-grill; impressive cheese selection; heart-warming bread selection; and well, quite disappointing ham and meat carving station. I found the meat to be quite dry-looking, so I didn't bother to try. It seems from other posts, that this current selection is not as bountiful as before, but given the pandemic, their selection is quite impressive compared to another nearer-to-us 5-star hotel's selection. We had 25% discount on our final bill thanks to our friend who had an Accor membership.

Spiral buffett inside sofitel hotel is a wonderful place to dine! It has alot of different food choices from japanese chinese korean thai filipino indian french and lots of different desserts. It has a lot of nice views within the restaurant and outside. Definitely recommend trying for our group at the time was about 12,000 peso

Thank you so much to Ms Pia for making our lunch at Sofitel so memorable. Thank you also to Jeff and Solera. Also shout out to the staff at the dessert section, she gave me a full plate of the entire selection. Sofitel, I can say, is one of the best dining buffet experience in Manila. I tried every cuisine from Korean, Italian, Japanese to Filipino, French and more!

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Definitely a must when you visit Manila, Philippines. The quality and selections of food is amazing. They even have a separate controlled temperature room for their different cheese. The service and attentiveness of the staff was extraordinary. Great efficiency, care to detail and so polite and friendly. One of the best experience of restaurant staff we have encountered with all our travel around the world.

One of the best buffets I have had. The all around experience. The food options was plentiful. Each stand for each food there was a chief giving you a plate of your chosen food. The food given by each of the chiefs was enough to fulfill the choice of food but not make you too complete and be able to continue trying out their other options. The buffet also had someone walking around offering about, which was an excellent addition to the experience. My favorite area is an entire cheese room and the sashimi. They also had a drink cart with wines going around. The atmosphere was excellent with a live band playing in the spiral staircase in the middle of the buffet. From all the food options and service I am definitely coming back when I visit Philippines again.

Best Experience. The place is well designed and fancy. I celebrated my birthday here and it was really worth it. The foods were really good. all kinds of dishes from different countries. I like those foods that you cannot see on other buffets like lobster, different kinds of cheese and other expensive foods. The service was also superB. Very accommodating staff. Recommended for those who want to celebrate a special day.

Oh my god! This is heaven on earth! So much cuisines to choose from and the presentations of the stations were top notched! Definitely nothing less from one of the country’s top buffet service restaurants! Will defo go back soon when in Manila. Just a little too far from everywhere else is but it’s worth the trip!

Fantastic food. Great quality and cleanliness. The array of selections were dizzying. From: - Thai - Chinese - Indonesian - Brazilian - Italian - Indian - Japanese Servers were constantly checking on drinks and empty plates. Coffee (Illy brand) and tea are included. I would probably checkout one of the video reviews on YouTube to get yourself familiar before going otherwise if you’re one of those people that likes to tour the entire buffet before you pick up a plate you’ll be there for a half hour getting familiar!

Food cooking and flavor are solid. Generally diverse selection of cuisines but nothing that will surprise and wow. It was good for me to keep enjoying for a 7 day stay including desserts selections. Everyday I was asked about what I drink upon sitting and every day my water, tea, coffee etc would not appear even after I come back from a lengthy buffet hunting. I had to remind and on a few occasions multiple times. One morning I was almost done with my breakfast before coffee was finally delivered after multiple asks. Weird lack of dessert spoons presence on the table. I had to ask every day because it was never on the table. Ice cream was almost melted by the time some one brings dessert spoon. Dirty dishes pick up varied on different days sometimes rather slow. I still enjoyed overall experience and vibes. I really hope some day no pets in hotels because can't enjoy if they are barking at the restaurant or the pool.

Where do I even begin? 21 different cuisines Beautiful and elegant interiors Wide variety of buffet items from unique appetizers to decadent desserts Selection of slow roast meats And their very own cheese room... this is what a luxury buffet entails! Every single morsel is deliciously cooked, crafted, simmered and roasted to satisfy anyone's and everyone's palate. Pricepoint is still quite expensive but considering what you experience in return? No small wonder indeed as to why Spiral is still very much at the top of it's game as one of the country's highly recommended buffets! 🌟🌟🌟

By word and by far, Metro Manila's Most extraordinary buffet experience. Its reputation precedes it and customer service is exemplary. It's a complete dining experience. Be warned: with food choices from 21 ateliers, if your goal is to experience all cuisines, mind your portions. Your stomach can only handle so much good food.

The foods were great, the service was excellent, the ambiance was cozy. I would also like to commend one of their staff, IMAH, for her attentiveness to the customers and for introducing their must-try foods. She deserves a raise. Was it worth it? Yes. Will I come back? Yes. Will I recommend this to a friend? Yes. Kudos! Spiral.

Food are just ok, there are some that don’t get replenished anymore, & seafood area is not what I expected.. Wait staff & public area attendants are nice but the rest are a snob, they don’t even acknowledge you when you leave, all are just standing at the reception talking to each other. I prefer going to Fresh at Solaire where all the staff are friendly & the chef would even go to your table & bring the food you requested unlike here some people at their stations does not even seem to care, there’s also one lady stationed at an area where you get foie gras I asked her a couple of times but didn’t respond I had to ask her a few more times until she responded with an uncaring look. I do not recommend this place especially when I don’t feel we are wanted. Take your money to Fresh Buffet which is much worth it!

Spiral has a great selection of food especially the seafood section. Love the prawns crabs and some sort of crayfish. Personally I find it better than makati shang. The only draw back is lack of parking space in hotel. Plus ofcourse manila's notorious traffic. Strongly suggest to go early bec being hungry and stuck in traffic wont be such a good idea.

bad service, imagine paying 3000+ then u're placed sa corner seeing empty tables. I asked if they could transfer us, "I'll check if there's available seats/tables"-- he didn't check-- he came back telling me it's all reserved, yet no one arrived at the end of the night.

A very disappointing and terrible experience at spiral. First of all our original lunch reservation was canceled just under 2 hours before the schedule dinning. We were focus to change our entire itinerary and switch to dinner reservations. When we arrived, we were only impress with the spiral stairs. Upon arrival, the reservation desk, we wait 10 minutes for someone to come (rule of thumb, wait should never exceed 30 seconds for someone to acknowledge we were there). We're was greeted after and walked to our table but never was offered a tour of the buffet. Everyone else got a tour and intro what we can and can not do (custom made to order foods). Secondly, they kept asking us if we wanted wine as we don't even drink. Buffet itself was horrible, 90 percent of the food was cold, seafood was always dry with they bake, grill, serve fry the items. The chefs were so confused when I asked for sir fry, as they kept directing me to French section for baking but I clearly wanted sir fry. We've spending close to $200 cdn and they can't even get he basics right. I only items were great was the made to order pasta and beef ribs. Speaking of meat station, they should never precut the meat until its served, as it's drying the protein and makes it more tough. Dessert were not up to par. Honest opinion, food was alright. If you are looking for 5 star service, we didn't feel it as 5 stars as we had to ask for water refills multiple time. We recommend you save the money and to go Las Vegas as the quality is much better and service.

Heavily overpriced for what you get, It’s true that you get food made before your eyes. As well as cheese room, with every cheese you could ever dream of. As well as different cuisines from around the world, however. The selection at the stands are very limited, I’d recommend Nui by Vikings where you not only get free unlimited liquor, but the food tastes better, choices are vastly better too.

Very strict in reinforcing health protocols. You need to secure a Health Declaration from their Web site. Food is great, but the chefs attending at each counter are so and so with their services. When selecting among the choice dishes, you need to go around the entire stretch of the floor if you passed it. The flow of direction is one way only. The waiters are quick, but it seems their smiles have vanished along side their enthusiasm for work.

What used to be a 5 star rating from me became a 3 star rating for certain reasons. First, it is NOT senior/PWD friendly anymore. Coming from the Korean/Asian section, you will have to move to the Indian section then to the seafood section, French section and Japanese. If you already have the dimsums and steaks, you wil have to go around the entire place since its a one way direction. Poor seniors/PWD. If only Spiral supplied a rolling cart where you can put all the food you can avail for just one turn, then it would not cause pain in the legs and feet. The waiters are of no help sine they are not allowed to get thw food for you. The food is still wonderful specially the frois grois and the tom yum.

Amazed with Spiral's 21 different ateliers and dedicated cheese room. But offerings have somehow deteriorated during this pandemic. For 3,900 per pax (weekend dinner), dimsum selection got reduced and we didn't see any lobster or oyster in the seafood area. My parents were looking forward to these the most and ended up disappointed. Loved the special meat highlighted for the month though as well as their desserts. Payment took almost an hour of waiting because only one terminal was working... so additional minus point for our experience.

Ambiance is amazing! Well-maintained and clean. We arrived around 1pm and the place is almost full. At 1:30pm almost all tables are occupied so early reservation will be helpful. Lots of food choices. Most people line up for steaks, tempura, grilled food, and desserts. Personal favorites: •Pesto Pasta •Tom Yum Soup •Pomelo Salad •Truffle Pizza •Cheese Platter •All desserts we’ve tried are outstanding I asked for the 4 cheese pasta I’ve tried and liked when we had lunch here before but the one in charge said only 3 types of pasta were available. Another reason I rated it 4 stars is because someone asked me if I’d like a glass of wine and I asked for Champagne but it wasn’t served. I didn’t follow up, though so I’d still say the service is still good. Commending one of their staffs, Dani Anne, who went beyond excellent service in welcoming our family and being extra nice and accommodating, considering we have 4 kids in the table. Her assistance makes the experience worth writing this review. ✨

WOW! It's an amazing buffet that is bar none one of the best that I've seen and been too, ANYWHERE! The Spiral strives to authentically represent multiple countries and each station will be unique unto that country. It's a very impressive restaurant that surpassed my expectations and lived up to the hype as described on so many documentaries! It's a little pricey compared to anything else in the area but not expensive by true measure when you see it in person. It's all worth the money spent!

Lunch Buffet at Spiral Got the bdo deal for 40% discount. About the food choices, if you love dessert then you must try it. But if youre a meat lover and love eating fresh seafood i cannot recommend this. Too many options but still the one you keep coming back is the meat Lamb, roast beef, lechon. But its too bland for my taste, lamb and beef cuts are so thick and hard chew on. For me not worth it. On sundays lobster and foie gras are available

Spiral Manila is more than just a buffet restaurant; it is a culinary journey that takes you to different parts of the world through its 21 ateliers. Each atelier has its own specialty and charm, from the fresh seafood of L'Ecailler, to the succulent roasted meats of Rotisserie, to the exotic Brazilian barbecue of Churrasco, to the satisfying Asian noodles, to the flavorful Filipino dishes, to the indulgent desserts of La Patisserie. You can mix and match your favorites, or try something new every time. The food is prepared with high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection by skilled chefs. You can watch them in action as they create your dishes in front of you. I have eaten at Spiral Manila once, and I was very impressed by the variety and quality of the food. The seafood was fresh and succulent, the roasted meats were tender and juicy, the noodles were flavorful and satisfying, the Filipino dishes were authentic and delicious, and the desserts were decadent and indulgent. The restaurant also boasts of a sophisticated ambiance that matches its exquisite food. The dining area is spacious and elegant, with comfortable seats and tables. The lighting is soft and cozy, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant also has a stunning view of the Manila Bay, which adds to its charm. You can enjoy the sunset as you savor your meal. The service at Spiral Manila is impeccable. The staff are friendly and professional, always ready to assist you with your needs. They are well-informed about the dishes and can give you recommendations if you are unsure what to try. They are also attentive and efficient, ensuring that your plates are cleared and your drinks are refilled. Spiral Manila is a buffet restaurant that will satisfy your palate and your senses. It is a place where you can enjoy a variety of cuisines in a luxurious setting. It is a place where you can treat yourself to a memorable dining experience. It is a place that you will want to visit again and again. Spiral Manila is worth every peso.

Still one of the best buffets in Manila. The ateliers where you can choose different kind of cuisine from Filipino to French to Japanese and Indian cuisine. If you’re a seafood lover you will definitely enjoy their fresh tuna and salmon sashimi together with their scallops and red lobster. The cheese room is great addition to try different types of cheese. This will test if you’re a true cheese lover. 🤭 The over all experience is still great. We have dine here multiple times but the food quality great. You need to try to dine here even for once for the experience

When one thinks of the Spiral buffet at Sofitel, it brings immediate excitement to those who love food. As expected, the reception was outstanding and the ambiance is excellent and cozy with live saxophone music playing in the background. We were promptly and courteously seated by the hostess and we began stretegizing the consumption of the large culinary delights available. There are French,Italian, Japanese, Chinese,Korean,Filipino,Indian and Thai cuisine including the dessert station. Unfortunately, in my humble opinion the cost of entry can be prohibitive to moat people, and this cost does not justify the quality of the dishes available. The common thread of all the dishes is that they are all AVERAGE! However, I should say that the service and ambiance are indeed topnotch. The staff are courteous, attentive and efficient. If youre in the mood for multiple cuisines ina single restaurant visit, the Spiral buffet is an option if you dont care about the price, but please don’t expect to enjoy a deliciously fantastic meal. I probably will not comeback anytime soon given the many available culinary options in the area.
