Really nice place to watch the sunset over Manila Bay. Broad array of seafood cooked on Filipino and Asian style. There is some more simple dishes though (it's not all super exotic). Service was good although sometimes a little bit casual. The entrance is messy and the waiting area has a sewage odour (that thankfully does not continue to the tables area). Price of food is high-ish, but not fine dining high.

Our group of 11 dined here on a rainy evening. We ordered sweet and sour lapu-lapu, sisig, halabos shrimps, ginataang puso ng saging, baked scallops, spinach, inihaw na liempo, pancit, and clam soup. We had 2 rounds of beer buckets which came with one choice of pulutan per order. So we ended up with almost untouched 1 order of sisig. The lapu-lapu and shrimps were fresh and tasted very good. The scallops was covered in melted cheese but quite small. Sisig was crunchy and done just right. Everything else was good-tasting; nothing extraordinary. Service was prompt. Waiter/s were attentive. CR could be improved. Also, since it is a seafood restaurant, a wash basin outside the CR or nearer to diners for washing hands would be advisable. Budget about P1k-P1.5k per head for a meal that is not tight on the budget and with healthy serving of fresh seafoods. Overall a good dining experience. It could be more relaxing if the sea were actually visible, so perhaps try to eat here at lunch or just before it gets truly dark.

I enjoyed the open air, harbor feeling this place has going! If you love seafood there are so many options it's hard to decide which to choose. Manila Bay hasn't been the best thing to view, but lately it's been getting better so I'm glad for that as it will only help this place even more. They also tend to default to giving you still water, so if you'd rather have just the service water you'll have specify. The food (at least when I ate there). We also had a few drinks which were good as well. All this does come with a price. As others will have pointed out, it can be quite expensive. The price point makes it impractical to eat here often.

The service and staff here are great but the beef is underwhelming. The drinks are fantastic and they've got a great bar selection. We chose the 1kg A5 Tomahawk and it came out cooked to exactly the right temperature but the meat was tough and lacked flavor. They let you pick your own steak knife but they were all dull and I had a hard time cutting through the beef. They have a nice array of sauces and salts for the meat but that's telling in and of itself. If you're looking for a good steak at that price, go around the corner to Wolfgang's or to La Cabrera in Makati.

And how it adds so much flavor and perfectly balances out the whole sandwich is amazing. And before I forget, there was one more really disappointing "burger" that you should definitely stay away from is the Naked Fish. I gave this company 2 stars because of there line up.... overall they deserve 4 stars all day but I am rating them on my last experience and it was sub par.

The place was busy on the Sunday dinner that we went here. The service was personal and exceeded expectations for a busy restaurant. Food was great, too! Love the ambiance. We weren't able to witness the sunset but it was a pleasure experiencing the soft, cool breeze during dinner.

The food was just delicious! Everyone should try the inihaw na bangus! Nostalgic as well since me and my parents been dining here ever since around 1994. One of the best restos offering Filipino food. Quite near Ocean park as well.

We went there to have dinner, it’s an 8-minute walk away from Manila Hotel. Waiting time to get a table was around 15 mins. Our orders were served fast though. Food is ordinary, we ordered steamed fish, pinakbet, baked scallops, nilasing na hipon and sinigang na salmon belly. The price per order ranges at P350 to a few thousands, depends on the grams of fish if you are ordering whole fishes. I loved at scenery and the wind from the sea was refreshing.

This place made me fell madly inlove with baked salmon. It literally is a heaven to your palate, chessy creamy and saltiness. It has a good over looking scenery of manila bay but because it is still not well maintained (by govt/people?), youll see unwanted garbage but does not smell that can ruin your appetite. Beautiful spot with a really great view. There were a couple of hiccups with the service but the menu and food were great. There is a sign out the front saying "wait to be seated" and we waited for a while and a line built up behind us but no one came so we just walked in. Got a seat straight away so no need to wait. We also asked for the cheque and it never came so we went up to pay. Minor issues but great place overall.

Nice view from this place. Personally I found that the food is just average with a higher price, nothing especial. All dishes come with same mince carrots and peas. I feel you are paying here for the view. You can find better sea food somewhere else.

Harbor View has been a place that i visited every once in a while since 1993. Location is great, the food still is great even now in 2022. I would give it 5 stars but sadly the service still has not improved, waiters are slow and have a hard time smiling, to the point of being rude at times. Since I do not care much about that, and rather go there for the nostalgic feelings and the food, i still give it 4 stars, Try the Sisig, the steamed Lapu Lapu, or the Kinilaw, or any of the other goodies on the menu.

We’ve been going to this place a lot specially when celebrating an occasion. The atmosphere is really great, the views are just amazing from here. However, food and service has declined. The food doesn’t taste as good as before but the price keeps on going high it’s just not worth it. Better go to gloria maris instead of this place The servers only pay attention to foreign guests and are only after service tips. Overall, not a place that excites us to visit/dine anymore.
