Asian cuisine✔️ + lots of various food to choose from (including desserts and drinks). I f your into all-you-can-eat stuff, this is the perfect place for you. There's an exclusive room if you have something to celebrate. I really loved the variety of their fried rice, seafood (yung baked tahong super sarap! + crablets, shrimp etc), different soups for appetizer, Korean food, Japanese food, sobrang daming pagpipilian parang kulang yung isang tyan lang 😅. Panalo din yung Paella and pork sisig!

This place used to be one of my girlfriend's first choices of restaurants to go to. But after this time she was so disappointed with most of the food, not even the sushi that she is coming to this place for reached the level of her satisfaction....and I can only agree with her. This time it was a very disappointing visit. I don't know why and I think it's unfair to blame the pandemic on the situation because it's on the manager of the restaurant to act on these things.

Food: Predominantly served Japanese and Filipino dishes. Delicious! Service: The staff are kind but they need to be more pleasing and quick. Place: Needs improvement as the building felt like a rundown. I have spotted little bugs in the plates shelves and tables. The restroom also needs regular cleaning. Price: A little on the expensive side.

We arrived here at almost 11 am, just in time for their lunch. The food are still warm and they have a variety of food choices. The servers were also attentive and they have performances for birthday celebrants. What I think they could improve is the sanitation of the place.

Buffet ba kamo? Dito naman tayo sa Dad's World Buffet. The menu varies from Asian, Filipino, Oriental, Korean, Chinese, Japanese to Western and Mexican. The choices are a really lot, my eyes got full just by browsing through the buffet tables. The korean fried chicken were good flavor, but really tough to eat. The desserts were also not to our taste, not remarkable. The ambiance of the restaurant is really stunning and elegant. I hope they will improve the taste and texture of their food to make the dining experience even better.

Over all the place is clean and tidy. We went here on a Friday lunch time, walk in. We didn't have a reservation so we paid extra (₱100). It's my friends birthday on that day so she gets to eat for free. The restroom is clean too and located by the entrance. The buffet area is amazing, it's organized and clean. On entry there's the cake station, followed by the ice cream station. Then the whole buffet divides into Filipino dishes, Japanese, Korean, and American. They have an area for soups and juices too. The service is good, there a lady by the entrance that greets you as you come in. The service is quick and they would remove your dirty dishes once you set it aside. Check out was easy too, you get your bill and you pay. It doesn't take time to process it, even if you have a Persons with disability or a Senior citizen.

It was my first time to try Dad's Buffet and this was made possible by my amazing company. It was a generous treat to its hardworking and talented employees and our loving and supportive families during our Family Day yesterday. They have huge selection of dishes to choose from. Indulge yourself in different cuisines they offer, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, American, Filipino and more. There were only few dishes that really stand out for me. These are: 1. Crispy Pata (For the record, I finished one whole pata. The skin was crispy and the meat was tender and juicy) 2. Roast Beef ( Crowd's favorite and according to kuya who did the "chopchop", this is their "best product". Mabilis maubos 'to) 3. Roast Turkey 4. New Zealand Leg of Lamb 5. Leg of Ham 6. Lechon De Leche (yumyum!) 7. Bagnet 8. Paella 9. Sinigang na Rib I just hope that they'll add more seafood, shrimp and crab in particular, and add more options for Sashimi. Excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. They served with a smile. Thanks Dad's for making our stay a memorable one!

Probably the oldest Dad's branch and it certainly smells that way - old and stale. Had flies circling around some of the food as well. Glasses were dirty, some platers were chipped. Leather upholstery for half of their seats were damaged. Totally lost my appetite considering all of the above. The place needs an overhaul badly. The few food I did try wasn't so bad, thankfully, hence not a 1 star rating.

Overall the food selection was awesome and abundant. Best value for the price that they offer. Down side is that the place seems to be un maintained. There were small baby bugs roaming our table, a distinct stench can be observed upon entry smells like infestation of roaches. Anyways staff were nice, the food were well cooked and supplied. Hope they can do extensive cleanup. This is one of those nostalgic restos that reminds you of your childhood.

It is hard to tolerate the strong smell of the place. Smells like old rotten oil. Ventilation is sooo bad . We have been going to Dads in Glorietta and Megamall. This location doesn’t speak or even nearly represent our previous Dads experience. I honestly don’t think that this place represents the chain, Dads at all. Food: it’s ok. We were expecting a better selection of Japanese cuisine it being a “Saisaki” chain. They don’t serve shakes. Just watered down iced tea/lemonade in different colors (they call it flavors). if you want a cup of coffee after your meal, it will be for an additional php. Parking: Make sure to pick up a parking slip at Dads before going to the parking lot or the guard will turn you away. Staff: they’re nice and accommodating. I’m sorry but we’re not going back to this location.

Not recommended for dinner. Most of the food were spoiled and cold. We couldn't enjoy out time . The meat were kinda chewy and the salad veggies were not fresh at all even the fruits. Really disappointed 😞

this restaurant need a lot of improvement, we arrive there at 7pm, but most of the food is already dry, even the slice fruit look like dehidrated fruit, the small slice cake is hard like biscuit, except the ice cream still look like an ice cream😅.. maybe its because we come late n they r gonna close soon?? but we still pay full price, i think we deserve to have good quality food as good as they have when they r open.. or maybe this is their standart, idk bring ur vaccine card, or else they gonna charge u extra to let u in.. but they let the flies get inside to taste the buffet for free.. hopefully there is improvement soon, god bless.

Many of the food served looked dry. Most of the tags of the food are missing; customers would not be able to know what food they are looking at. The variety of food was limited. I loved their ice cream. Glasses for water and juice are small, so one needs to take multiple rounds to quench their thirst. The small cakes only differ in how the icing is used as decoration. The type of cake look and taste all the same. Other branches provide better food fare, replenish the food immediately (specially in the Japanese section), and have better selection.

This place is way to expensive for what you get. Yes everything is included even your drinks. But the layout of the food is way disorganized and they do not even have vegetables or fruit. So you get only carbs/rice, pasta and all the different types of protein you want fish, beef, chicken in a lot of different kinds of food. Witch some was really good. I only found icecream for after dinner. The service is a joke. I had to ask for my cutlery set. And no one came to get my plate after I used them. So I was sitting at a table with 3 dirty plates and 4 dirty glass eating my icecream. Plus I seen cockroaches on tables! I was quite ticked off that it cost so much. Just about 1,000 ¶

Food is very good, but be sure to get a reservation first. Walk ins are allowed, but price per head is slightly higher and there's no guarantee that seats will be available. You are sure to get your money's worth, so be sure to bring your appetite!

We came 30 minutes late and most of the food was already cold. Lechon was good, meat station was good and decent filler items. Some of the food was obviously spoiled and there was a cockroach on our table. Totally killed our dining experience. We went for lunch and paid 980 pesos each.

Food and Promo are of Great Value! I think it's been more than 15 years since i last visited the P.Faura Manila branch. The restaurant has a huge capacity and. i am glad they have ample parking space in the 2/f. My only comment is that the place is desperately in need of a major upgrade and renovation! I sincerely hope their Management and the Right person can realize this.

So many international food choices, fresh and they all taste great. This place is way better than it used to be decades ago. I'd say Dads Kamayan is the best smorgasbord place in town. This was our first time and definitely will not be the last.👍

First time dining with Dad's (April 2022) Ambiance: Place is huge, I love the long tables and vintage chairs that will give you that nostalgic feeling later on. It has that old Manila vibe to it. Rest rooms were untidy. Staffs: Polite and attentive to customers. Some even had sense of humor. We were tired after a long day but somehow we had a good laugh during our queue to fill our plates. Food: Refreshments were good. They had a few choices. What stood out for me was the quality of food; superb! Barely any leftover on my plate because everything was so good. Carving section and dessert section were my top favorites. Customer service: We picked it randomly so I have no idea how well they manage queries or reservations. I'd love to try this buffet again and would even recommend to foreigners looking to try Pinoy foods. We had one in our group and he was really satisfied.

All the food that was served were cold and probably from lunch. Some of the food even had insects near them, which caused one of our family members to catch a sickness relating to bacteria in his stomach.

Food is acceptable - a mix of Filipino, Japanese, Western cuisine. Ample choices for buffet but nothing fancy. Satisfying but nothing exceptional. It's kinda noisy when we had lunch because they use another room for private parties. Acceptable for the price. Parking is free but entrance is at Arquiza street (from Faura, turn right to Mabini, then right again at Arquiza). Parking is at the second floor of the building. Note: you have to ask for parking stub at the restaurant so that you'll be allowed to park. There is no valet service anymore. You have to park your car yourself.

Has that classic Manila old-world charm that I hope wouldn't change But I hope they improve their cuisine. The sashimi was terrible, alcohol choices were limited and expensive A lot of the food choices were also saltier than normal. Altho I don't know if that's because they are catering to the average Filipino palate Service is good, however. The staff were friendly and effective The functions rooms were also divided well so that the place can hold multiple parties at once

  • 2/5 Pamela 1 year ago on Google
It used to be great. Other than the crepe station and beef paluto are all gone, the food seems to have downgraded as well. Mostly cold, oily food now, and seemingly old as well. And there were small roaches around the area. I'll keep the fond memories from years before and not return again.

It's better than what I expected. The place is lively though the area outside can be off putting due to the number of vendors constantly approaching. The food is normal but fair for it's price. Not too many customers when we went but I can imagine that space will be an issue if there are too many guests.
