One of the popular hang out place for friends and family in Pasay City. This place have the perfect spot to chill day and night. Lots of people like women (who joins the zumba exercises every morning), cyclists, group of friends, families and even couples enjoys the place since restaurants of different kinds is almost here in their business location. You may want to label this place as leisure area for adults and in addition, the location is just around PICC, CCP, near the Coconut Palace and just a 5 minutes drive to Mall of Asia.

Harbour square is a great place to escape the dirty and busy urban jungle of metro Manila. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and of the city skyline. There are plenty of options for you to dine, drink and do activities. Personally, I love this place as a bike pitstop where I can refresh myself while I watch people fishing.

The place is good for relaxation for a morning and early evening on any days. No food stalls but there are resto and upper bar available in the evening. Place gets crowded during the weekends. Good spot for photoshoots and walkathons.

This once beautiful place suddenly became a vacant parking lot. It was once a lively place, but due to the pandemic, many establishments had to close. But, the ambiance of beautiful boats and skyscrapers are still an amazing view to capture.

Bay-side complex with different restaurants. I saw a lot of people fishing near the bay, and some brought their bikes. A good place to have fun with your family.

Nice view by the bay with nice yachts. It's a good place for your children to play with and the night scene is fun as well for party goers

Great place to hang out with friends. The view of the yachts and sunset is awesome. There are coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The place can be relaxing too as it is not that crowded. Awesome for taking pictures and chillaxing.

Cool place to have a morning jogging. Then after some exercise you can relax by sight seeing of the sea, looks like your where in Singapore with the yachts. You can have your breakfast here with variety of restaurants to choose from like unli samgyupsal and others.

Ate our Lunch here on a simple Restaurant that offers Filipino Dishes + this view. Also there is a musician (not related to the Resto but is friends with the Staff - he is an elderly man with a young adult female companion, you can give them any amount as a token for Lolo Musician's lovely voice / guitar skills) who serenades you while eating which makes it more serene! Perfect to visit on weekdays and on or before lunchtime during weekends to avoid any crowd.

The bay view is serene, and the sky seems to always cooperate for IG snaps. But if you are sensitive to smell, then you might find the place a little out of your comfort zone. Starbucks was closed when we visited on a weekday which was unusual. We planned to enjoy the famous Manila Bay sunset while drinking coffee and admiring the fancy yachts docked around the bay, so that was a disappointment. Nonetheless, managed to make the most of the drive and still enjoyed the view of Manila Bay as we explored the short stretch of brick road of Harbor Square while adoring cutie doggos being walked around the area. What was most interesting to see were the local folks with DIY'd fishing rods and small buckets patiently waiting for their catch when we visited. Saw some tilapia inside little net bags which I assume they will bring home to their families before the beautiful Manila Bay sunset finally calls it a day.

We went here for a quick lunch. Most of the restaurants were already closed. Even Starbucks closed down. The bay has a good view from here including some yachts. It was cloudy at that time and I'd like to go back to get more photos with better lighting.

It was on a weekend that I first visited Harbor Square. The place was packed with people who wants to enjoy watching the famous Manila Bay Sunset, food, and karaoke live performances. The weather didn’t agree with me but I took some pictures though it was cloudy. I had my dinner at Pancake House the usual good food and great service I expected. Simply put, I enjoyed the night and met some good people. I went back last Tuesday late afternoon and I was hoping to get a shot of the sunset as I wasn’t able to do it on my first visit. The place is almost empty as a ghost town but the security guard drove me out and told me that I needed a permit to take pictures. I was willing to get a permit but the security guard never gave me a name to ask from. Besides, I don’t understand why would the security guards allow taking photos with a cellphone and not with a mirrorless camera. Kudos to Harbor Square because I was able to take photos on my first visit and that’s because security guards are nowhere to be found during peak days and are very busy driving potential customers during lean hours. Media mileage through word of mouth is free so be nicer to people who take photos some of them are helping you drive customers to your place through Google Maps.

...just capping my morning jog with my favored double espresso at Starbucks. Got the salmon spinach turnover. Healthy and light, pastry puff is superb, flaky, crispy, the best! Come and try it! Harbor Square offers more seascape views that you would enjoy. Take a stroll in the area one day.

Place not too crowded. Convenient drivethru for KK customers passing thru Max's Resto. Few parking slot for Max's resto with a kind civilian guard. Confused with the SB sign in the premise but it's already been a long time since it's never been there. They should remove those signs tho.

This is a small park and yacht club with a few eateries in the area. It’s nice in the late afternoon but turns bland quickly in the evening

Place looks old and run down. Not maintained well and the smell is bad in some areas. A lot of restaurants have shut down.

Harbour Square offers a lovely waterfront location with a variety of dining and entertainment options. However, it can get crowded, and visitors might face parking challenges and encounter inconsistency in the quality of services. Despite its drawbacks, it remains a popular destination for those looking to enjoy the Manila Bay view and have a good time with friends and family. Pros of Harbour Square: Scenic Waterfront Location: One of the standout features of Harbour Square is its picturesque waterfront location along Manila Bay, offering beautiful sunset views and a refreshing sea breeze. It's an excellent place for a leisurely stroll or simply relaxing by the water. Variety of Dining Options: The complex hosts a wide range of dining establishments, from local street food vendors to upscale restaurants, providing diverse culinary experiences to suit various tastes and budgets. Live Entertainment: Harbour Square often features live music and performances, creating a lively and entertaining atmosphere, especially during weekends and evenings. Shopping and Boutiques: Visitors can explore small shops and boutiques, offering unique and locally made products, making it a great place for souvenir shopping. Family-Friendly: Harbour Square is a family-friendly destination with a children's play area and open spaces for kids to run around, making it an excellent place for family outings. Cons of Harbour Square: Crowds: The complex can get quite crowded during peak hours and weekends, which may lead to longer wait times at restaurants and limited seating availability. Parking Challenges: Finding parking can be a challenge, as the available parking spaces can fill up quickly, especially during popular events and holidays. Aging Infrastructure: Some parts of Harbour Square might appear a bit dated or in need of renovation, affecting the overall ambiance of the area. Inconsistent Quality: The quality of food and service at the restaurants can vary, so it's essential to choose your dining options carefully. Traffic Congestion: Access to Harbour Square can be challenging due to traffic congestion, especially during rush hours, which can result in delays when traveling to and from the area.

Very relaxing and fun to stay. The service is excellent. There is also a live band that has a very enjoyable repertoire of songs to make one reminisce some old times yet make new memories for good time sake.
