The best Indian restaurant in Manila, It’s been 4 years since I’ve been here. I am glad that I visited this restaurant again with my family. We didn’t reserve a table and the restaurant are packed. Thankfully the staff managed to give us a table for 11 people. Honestly the food still great at it is, it was delicious. We will come back here again when we visit Philippines and we will reserve a table. We don’t want the staff be in shock again. 😅

Good thing about this place is food. Food is delicious and I would recommend it to everyone. Bad thing is the price... Menu prices are excluded of Vat and service charge. So they first add 12% of vat to the price and then another 10% of the base price plus vat. As the example meal in the pic (chicken karma and coke) cost PHP900. That's more expensive than in good Indian restaurant in London.

Always loved RICH for their yummy food! This was the first time we’ve been back since the pandemic hit and we’re so happy we got to eat their food again. Everything we ordered was delicious and well-cooked. I also love how their mango lassi isn’t super sweet. The chicken tandoori was so tender and flavorful. The biryani rice so good and the fish massala awesome. Their service is also really good here!

If your Indian friends recommend it, then you know it's the real deal. Very nice interiors, delicious food (they will give you a heads up on the spice level for our local tastebuds) and courteous staff. A little pricier than the usual but worth it. Parking might be a challenge (welcome to Poblacion). Will definitely come back.

Not sure if I got scammed or what. The prices are already high and surprisingly VAT is not yet included. Overall, be prepared to pay additional 22% on top of your bill for the VAT and service charge. ‘Will not be going back here! There are way more Indian restos that offer delicious and quality food as well but have reasonable and fair pricing.

It's very hard for an Indian to like the taste of an Indian food outside India. This restaurant proved me wrong. Excellent taste. Felt home. Keep up the good taste, music and ambience guys. Good luck.

Fantastic experience. The roasted lamb was terrific. It was quite lean but the sauce was the driver. Could serve up to 4 persons. Service was awesome, thanks to Cris.

Today I discovered the best Indian restaurant, the surprise is that this restaurant is in Manila, Philippines. The restaurant is located in a side street near the hotel where I stayed. At the entrance of the restaurant we were greeted by a smiling hostess who also turned out to be very professional. The restaurant itself is very pleasant, beautifully decorated with elements from India. The kind hostess served us the menu with a large selection of dishes, each of which seemed better than the other. After much deliberation, we ordered a bread dish with dips, samosa stuffed with chicken, biryani rice and chicken tikka. We started eating and immediately at the first bite we felt an explosion of flavors in our mouths. All the dishes we ordered were very tasty and we just couldn't stop eating. For dessert we ordered golub jamon and kulfi ice cream which were a feast for the taste buds. In conclusion, want to eat at this wonderful restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere, very tasty food, charming and professional service, and the price is fair. Tomorrow is my last day in Manila and it's sure to be my last meal, eating at this restaurant.

The best Indian Restaurant I've been so far. Food is just amazing. Buttered chicken is a must. It comes with generous serving of chicken and the sauce. I've added some chutney and my goodness it tasted heavenly. The above-mentioned dish is best paired with naan. Plain naan would suffice but I recommend trying their cheese naan with the buttered chicken sauce. Dip it and be in cloud 9. The last dish I've tried is the chicken biryani. The chicken is tender and the rice is rich with flavor. Add more buttered chicken sauce you got one amazing meal. Don't let the serving of the Biryani fool you, it may look few but you'll get your fill in few bites. The price however is a pricey compare to other restaurants but it's worth it. Buttered chicken - 559 Chicken Biryani - 559 Cheese Naan - 249 The menu does not include service charge and VAT.

I've tried about 7 diff Indian restaurants in Manila and this one far outshines any of the others. Finally some authentic flavours and you can taste the quality ingredients used. The menu is a pleasure to read: dishes from all over the Indian diaspora and all the dishes I ordered were beautifully executed and not greasy. It's not the cheapest but the portion sizes are generous and worth the money. I'll even tell them next time to ramp up the spice because their default spice level seems to be for wary locals. Love.

Great tasting Indian food! This is the restaurant with some of the most authentic tasting North Indian food :) Would recommend if you're craving! However, it's quite pricey.

RICH is my go-to restaurant for Indian cuisine. Best things to try are the chollay bhature, chicken Tikka butter masala, samosas, butter Naan, Hyderabadi biryani, aloo chaat, Rogan josh, palak paneer and don't forget the mango lassi! A little pricey but one of the best for sure.

Never been disappointed eating here. Friendly staff. Experienced chefs in Indian cuisine. Extensive menu. Parking nearby at the Century Mall. Worth trying out. Sports bar on the top floor. Update 2021.11.25: So happy to see that RICH has survived the business challenges of COVID shutdowns. Mutton Hydrobadi and Curried Vegetables are my favourites with a Bombay Saphire Tonic to start and San Mig Pal during the meal. They pay as much attention to takeaway and they do to dine in service. Great people work here and we need to support our local businesses so they survive.

Keep your wallet and important stuff secure from their staff. Owner and Manager both are rude and arrogant. Staff named Carnito took my wallet during cleaning our table while we were seated on table (Also Confirmed in CCTV). Later, I asked about my wallet to manager if they have found one, he asked their staff and returned my wallet but there was no money inside. One of their staff helped me in checking CCTV. On confirmation, manager rudely asked me talk with owner. When I talked with owner, he was drunk and arrogantly giving excuses and said he can't him with that.

Amazing Indian curry experience! It is said that this is the best Indian restaurant in town and I don’t have any reasons to doubts that at all. The food is very delicious and I couldn’t stop eating. The scenery is also very nice and beautiful decorated. I’d love to come back!

Though i have not tried all the indian restaurants in Manila, but you can’t miss this place. Food preparation was authentic & it tasted really well. I went 2 times in 2 days & have no regrets. In my 2 visits, i tried chicken tikka, aalo tikki, dal makhni, bhindi masala & everything tuned out to be good. They do offer sisha, so thats a plus if you are into smoking. They offer huge seating capacity, as i sat on the 3rd floor as all other floors were occupied. Staff is really helpful & i just loved their service. The only -ve point is, this place is a bit expensive & does not offer small portions for 1 person.

I ate alot of Indian food in my life and wanted to try the Indian food in the Philippines, To be honest we made a reservation couples of days in prior eventually they placed us on the 4th floor and no elevator, the interior was destroyed and looked like an old basement so the atmosphere was horrible , the food wasn't excellent neither bad but I was disappointed cause I read alot ov reviews and made a reservation on them , the service was good and the waitress was super nice The dessert saved the evening and the people I was with The prices are okay and reasonable In my own opinion this place is 6/10 only because of the service

Owner allowed his children to run around, climb on pool table screaming. One customer complained and this stopped the children for about 30 seconds before I also had to complain. Felt like I was eating in a McDonald's playground except this meal cost 2350 peso for 2 people. Expect to pay 22% more for VAT and service charge. Not sure if the service charge was used to pay the staff to play babysitters. Food itself was decent but far from good enough to make up for the atmosphere or the cost.

Top notch! If you are looking for an authentic Indian restaurant within Makati, you’ll never go wrong with RICH. Food has been meticulously prepared and always served hot. My personal favorite - the chicken tandoori, is consistent in quality since. My new favorite is the Aloo Gobi. It goes really well with garlic naan. And most importantly, the crew is very approachable and professional.

Small space... Excellent Tandori Prawns. 8 pieces... Paneer gravy had exceptional flavour, but the Paneer quality was not good at all... Needs to be like Punjab and Sindh we get in India... Butter Naan was great too... It's an expensive restaurant.... 2k for persons without drinks and no alcohol.... VAT and Service is extra... Ie 22 percent on the bill.. Not too many options, so I guess he will keep milking it...

I was pleasantly surprised to experience this quality of Indian food in Manila ! The RICH LOUNGE on the 5 th floor is well thought out place with great crowd and vibe. The menu is Extensive. Every dish we ordered turned out to be spectacular. Dal Makhni and Mutton curry are to die for. The service was excellent. The owners, chefs, managers and staff are doing a great job of feeding Filipinos, Indians and tourists some lip smacking desi food.

Great food! Quite pricey, but the food tasted authentic and portion are large. Not recommended for a solo dinner - I wish they have a smaller set menu for solo diners. 2 stories, and plenty of seats, but they filled up pretty quickly especially during dinner. Credit card is accepted and staff speak good English.

Their business is good , if you prefer an indoor seating , most advise to make reservations. Well done and keep up the great work !

Being an Indian, I may sound biased, but having tried the other Indian restaurants I find this joint my favorite. It serves great food and the chef will fine tune the spice to suit your palate while retaining the taste. 5 star for that Now this joint is more than just a restaurant. Ground floor and 2nd floor caters as a restaurant while the 3rd floor as a sports bar cum restaurant and 4th floor as a resto-bar lounge. So multiple options under one roof makes it a spot where you could spend the entire evening and night depending on your mood and liking. Reduced a star...as I like playing pool and the tables need some attention

Used to love this place. Just returned. Both curries not spicy even when asked for spicy. Even sent them back asking for more spice. Still not hot. Methi curry was overly creamy with no taste. Saag was good taste. Must have lost old chef. Shame please improve.

After trying some indian foods while I was in the middle eat, I can say that they are authentic in taste. You can also tell that their dishes are authentic because most of the customers are indians and alike. The only thing I can say is that the menu is on the higher side. Indian foods are usually on the cheap side.

Service: What I loved about the dining experience was the service from Grace. Sadly you rarely get to go to places where the staff are smiling and seemingly happy to see you. Grace greeted us with a smile and led us upstairs where she said it had better ambiance. She also led us to sit near the acon which was a cooler spot(all while smiling and with a happy voice tone). she also gave us free desert since it was their anniversary. Happy 5th🎊 I asked if Ice tea was a house blend... She said it was powdered... She paused and though for a while... Then she asked if I'd be ok they create one for me from a teabag and they'd just give me honey as a sweetener... Who does that these days?? 😂 Usually it's "sir sorry wala po." as if there were no other options. Grace should train all the restaurant staff here 😁 Food: we got the Chicken Biryani and cheese Nan... Servings Good for two! Yummy especially with the sauces they provide. Enjoyed it👌 They have so many selections to choose from. Go and give them a try. Make sure you Look for Grace 😁
